Promo of the Year. I'm just glad to see so many outspoken female wrestlers in one place.
EWA did it better with better people (minus Claire, she was there), just saying. However hate to break it to you but it's kind of a huge ******** in all honesty.
That's really unnecessary. This thread isn't about who-did-what better.

Might have to disagree with you on that simply based on the fact that this entire topic is asking for nominations on 'the' 'best' things of the year.

but it is unnecessary, I'll agree to that
You're right. It's about nominating the best. Which is a matter of personal taste. So you can nominate the ladies in EWA, wait for someone else to, or let the votes do the talking. No need to criticise my opinions.

Consider this a re-nomination for 'Flop' of the Year, for the WWFG 2015 MitB.
Here's why
Firstly, while it wasn't hyped really at all. It didn't really 'need' to be, as the MitB has been a staple part of WWFG's Wrestlemania for YEARS. However a bit more advertising could've been used rather than a 'do you want to be in MitB sign up here' ordeal that happened.
Yes there were a handful of qualifying matches, but the majority weren't spectacular and seemed to go through the motions, three of which were auto wins.
This year's version however added the TLC twist to it, and while I applaud the effort of doing something 'new', it didn't do anything for the match.
There were no table spots, the chair shots were limited, as was the ladder usage. A bat was brought into play, and each time it was no sold, as were a pair of handcuffs.
Now by all means I'm not voting this match as a flop because Hiro won it, quite the contrary he deserved some sort of redemption over the past few years. However, the win did absolutely nothing for him. Because for those not in the know, there were two major players in that match that had their own storyline outside of it, Hiro and Kujaku. Kujaku at that point had put Hiro through multiple tables and constantly one upped him throughout his debut, cards afters. Yet in that match they team up, and Hiro doesn't attempt to get any sort of redemption or retaliation at him. That rather dulls the match when you know all that.
But Chrono, if you were paying attention they were hinting at a war games match later on. While it is true, Wrestlemania would've been the ample opportunity for a face to get some sort of revenge to the heel. Then the next show, the heel would retaliate perhaps get the win in the next ppv, and so on and so forth. But what happens in the off chance the heels won the war games match? Then the face would've gotten no retaliation or anything. All for naught.
Moving on The no-selling a huge turn off, namely the incident from Drako, a spot monkey (and I use the literal definition of the terminology) who did no spots. Blatantly no selling a move despite a guaranteed auto-hit performed upon him. Yes Kujaku did it later on in retaliation (without the auto-hit) which is just as bad but that first instance is when you start to realize as a viewer/reader 'yep this match is going to go down hill' and for the most part all the parties involved to their credit attempted to turn it around but you just knew it wasn't going to work.
There were really no spots in the match, despite one of the participants being a high flier, another one arguably one. It was just a disappointing match to read, even the participants agreed upon it.
TLbiggrinR past the spoilers "Because it was a disappointment that could've been better than it was"

PSA TO ALL POSTERS
DO NOT DO THIS ANYMORE
This thread is for nominations, maybe a little light banter. This is not the place where we say why something shouldn't be nominated. In fact that isn't a thing. This is just for nominations. If you disagree with a nomination, guess what, you'll have a chance to voice your opinion; WHEN YOU ARE PLACING YOUR VOTES.

Matt's reprimand was better than Kelly's (minus Cartwright and Salem, they were there), and I would like to nominate this warning for Flop of the Year. This thing with the bold colors is just a huge ******** in all honesty.

So I wasn't sure what to where to list this, it seemed pretty WTFish but in a good way. And that's the Tetris entrance (Kujaku) that's in this match. Short? Perhaps but it's descriptive enough for one to get it.
Tag Team/Factions of the Year Nominations Crimson Omen (Andrew Styles/Omen) Sharpshooter Society (currently) EWA: Major Devastation/J.W. Calibur BBW: Calibur, Bernhardt Rosenthal, DM Revolution, Mirela
Blah blah, Chrono's bashing on Jarel. Blah blah Actually I'm pointing out some in-discrepancies
I distinctly remember Riker v Jarel in a hell in a cell match in EEW (That Riker won via auto win), I know this because I BOOKED THAT MATCH
Angel vs Jarel in a hell in a cell, Jarel no showed. It's a loss. I know it happened because I booked that match
I distinctly remember Draze beating Jarel via auto win in WWFG in a hell in a cell, because I BOOKED THAT MATCH
Jarel vs Joshua Danielson vs Disciple happened in WWE:E in a Hell in a Cell, neither men showed up. While it's not exactly a loss, it's not a win either.
Jarel vs Hiro happened in a hell in a cell in WWI, which Jarel no showed, and quit the guild. Another loss
Landry vs Jarel happened in EWA (HitC). The match was booked, Jarel quit the guild while the match was posted. I count that as a forfeit and a loss.
Jarel vs Justin Amaze (HitC) happened in EWA, Jarel no showed. Another loss.
Hell, Jarel really DID lose that match against Shadow but he altered it to give his 'streak' another addition.
I've counted eight losses off the top of my head, and it's been pointed out by others concerning it.
Yes, I realize and understand that no one cares, and just reading what he wrote spews ever loving bullshit. I say it's more 'WTF' because it's in the sense of 'What the ******** man, do you really expect anyone to believe you did all of these? Like the ******** dude, get the ******** out of here with that ******** s**t.'
