It was not hard for her glowing golden eyes to see the changed in his body language. She did rather enjoy seeing other moods change. She took so much pride and enjoyment in it all. She took his hand with a gentle yet firm grace and keeping to the darker parts of the work she moved to get him upstairs.
"Well my dark prince I am sure if you do not find upstairs too your liking or enough to fill my nightmares with your songs I know another dark place that will have no one but the two of us to relish in your songs and music."
Ajax grinned brightly but before he could speak Caileen's voice sounded, "Not exactly. We are not as aggressive and we have been working and these two clubs and getting money so we can now provide ourselves with what we need without stealing for it now.
Ajax looked her over. "Wow for a mother you still have an amazing body. Well done. I am glad to hear you are doing well. And married. So soon is very good. I am glad to hear it. At least you are not alone any more. Wow twins, I would hate that. Too many children. I am not good with them at all."
"Well yes I do think Mr. Carwyn would be a wonderful father. And he and Aggro both have much love to share. I am glad for them. And for you Solang. I am very glad to hear it and I hope we can see them one day. I am sure Ura would be more than excited to see a child of our old friend.
Gao watched his sister walking up with a mon and he smirked though the smile was hard to convey with his mask. He gave a bit of a stretch and fluffed his petals before he moved to the dance floor. He was not with anyone but there is no reason he could not have some fun as well. He would keep his dancing clean but his body would not ignore the music and would show his skills as he worked and let loose not caring who saw or that he was dancing alone.
Mitja looked over to those on the dance flow her tail stiff and she did not feel any desire to movement with the music but she did envy some of them who could dance.

Draven was almost surprised by the pretty girl's agreement, almost. He was less surprised when she said she didn't really know the steps to the dance, either. (What self respecting dancer would willingly dance with someone who admitted that he didn't know how to dance?). He took his hand, smiling at him. "You're really pretty," he said again. "I bet some guy's going to be really lucky when they meet you. Unless you've already met that lucky guy?" He was curious; he loved hearing about other people's happiness. His happiness was Briar; but what happiness' were out there, in the world?
"Well, my trainer said you can't really go wrong with dancing. You just move your body to the music, however you like. But still... There seems to be a process to it..." He led the way onto the dance floor, glancing at the other boy.
"You float, huh? Kind of like a ghost."
Tania smirked. This was just the sort of reaction she'd been hoping for. She rose an eyebrow at Aya's words, rolling her eyes. She'd heard worse. Hell, she'd said worse. "Don't test me," she mimicked the older boy's tone, sounding equally as sweet. "You're not an adult, nor is Tris. You're kids, too! Just bigger kids. You can't tell me what to do." Seriously, what was with teenagers and their need for independence? Was it so extreme that they were beginning to consider themselves adults?
"I'm Tania," she said, frowning at the name. "I'm not in the habit of talking to walls, but you look as mindless as one, so I might as well." She stuck her tongue out at him.

Seeing the burning glares just motivated Raxka's teasing, "Ah, so you weren't thinking of attending anyways? Such a shame...I hear this is a good event to meet up with the one you love." She slyly smiled, "I suppose then it might be considered fate if two meet here without planning it."
Kirsi truly was adorable, "Ia he?" Raxka laughed softly, "I'm glad you think that of him, dear. Just let me know though if he ever makes you sad okay? We are friends now after all!" She pattted the dewgong's shoulder, "So I've gotta help take care of ya~"
Frowning at her argument Raiden just moved along with her. Dancing...was well pretty embarrassing for him. Trying his best to swallow back the flush on his face the ampharos moved along with the beat and Bethanne's lead, "I see..." He wrinkled his nose, "Too many people being close." The comment was half way a joke since he found this place to be no mission. No one here had much of great value on them...not that he would steal here of course! And he saw no real weapons or dangers...so there really wasn't anything to sneak on. [

Riley had successfully hidden himself in the shadows despite how glowy he was, feeling a mix of pride and sadness. It was always like this... wanting to hide, but praying that someone would notice. Someone nice.
Tugging on an ear, he noticed another kid his age wandering around the dancers. She looked about as forlorn as he felt. She seemed pretty, but was here alone? Riley chewed a nail and sighed. Maybe it would be better to actually interact with someone than to make up a story for Thomas...
Keeping his head down, he finally wiggled his way from the wall and tapped Renee's shoulder as she passed by. "Um... hi. ...Sorry if I'm assuming wrong... but did you come here alone, too?"

Renee blinked and felt a tap on her shoulder, it took her a moment to register that someone was talking to her, but after a bit she turned and face the other nodding her "yes, i did come here by myself" she told him as she scooted to the side a little so she wouldn't be in the way of another attendee. She tilted her head go the side "did you come here by yourself too?" She asked him.

"That's good to hear." She was still up to illegal activity, but that was because she chose to. Solange lived for the chase; these guys...they deserved stability. "If you guys ever want to come over for supper my door is always open. Can't promise my cooking won't taste like charcoal, though."
Solange's eyes widened and she snorted on a grin. "Still? Well now, did you think I had an amazing body before all this?" She was teasing him; mercilessly, at that! "Thanks for that, though. I'm never alone these days. My dork of a husband keeps me busy, and our kids aren't likely to give me a break any time soon." Though, would she really have it any other way? Not likely.
Solange shifted on her feet. "I'm serious about that supper thing. Come over, bring everyone, and you can see them. Just a warning, though; the pups like to chew. And they chase after everything, so everyone other than you, Caileen, should be kept up high and out of crawling range."
"I suppose it is." Shousuke felt a vein twitching in his temple. "So why don't you go find someone to love?" He could have just dug a ditch and waited for death. The best? Kirsi needed to meet more people if she thought he was the best.
Looking out to the dance floor, Shou took that as an easy way to dodge out of the moment. "Well, since I'm here...would you ladies care to dance?" He wasn't in the habit of leaving a gal behind, even if she did bug the s**t out of him. Raxka meant well...he hoped.
"Don't focus on how close they are. Watch their hands, their eyes...what their bodies are telling you." Bethanne lead him through simple steps, matching the change in tempo through a switch in song.
"That kid over there..." She whispered, motioning to a little Pika'child. "He's going to give a lily to a little girl he likes. See the flush on his face, the way his tail twitches only when she's around? He's holding that flower so tight behind him it could crush, but he's being careful." Her smile softened considerably. "It's sweet."

Kirsi blinked up at the woman curiously. Fate? Was fate real up here? Her brow knit though, lips pursing into a pout. "Shousuke not make me sad," she murmured, quickly glancing to the wigglytuff. He wouldn't make her sad ever! ...right? Still, she was once again smiling at Raxka. "Friend!"
Shou's suggestion did make her frown though. Dance? Her gaze went bashfully to those already one the dance floor. Dancing. On their legs. "No... No dancing legs." She looked back up with a hopefully cheerful smile at the other two. "I watch friends dance!"
Riley sighed with relief. That had probably been rude to ask, but she didn't get mad, so, it would be okay. When the question was returned, he blushed and nodded. "Yeah. I was told- I mean- Someone told me about this. It.. it sounded like fun, right? Even if there are lots of couples here, it's n-not all of them." He pulled his tail around to hold it shyly. "At least the food is good, right?" he asked with a hint of play behind his nervousness.

Renee let out a small sigh looking around at all the couples "yeah, at the time it did look fun but now I'm not so sure." she said to him and nodded her head "the food is good, but most of the patrons here are paired its uncomfortable to me to an extent" she said and shifted again since someone was going to bump into her. She glanced at him "My name is Renee, what is yours?" she asked him.

Dooma Blessing to Sly by Lugia to be applied his next growth Aya rolled his eyes, repressing the urge to really smack this kid. He quirked an eyebrow at her while rubbing his thumb along Triss' hip. He didn't consider himself a Teen. Not after he grew up being loved then being suddenly on his own. Tristan was his spark of life, he looked down at the smaller male. His eyes soft before leaning down to nuzzle him. Regardless of Tania's presence, well sorta. He looked at the child with one glowing red eye, "Say what you want. I'm with your brother and you're not changing that."

Tristan was relieved when Aya didn't do anything rash. He'd taken the zorua's hand in attempt to comfort him. "She doesn't mean anything by it, it's just her way. She's always been like this." Rough around the edges; affectionate to family. He lowered his voice, "When we were little, some things happened, and she and I went different paths." Some things had happened, and they'd put the two siblings where they were now. "She avoided me for a while, you know. But now..." He shrugged. "I guess we're still kind of in the same family. My mom's her dad's daughter, or something." Tania seemed unable to hear Tristan's words; or if she did hear them, she ignored them. She gazed up at Aya. "You better not make him cry," she said, again. "If you do, I'll get mad." She seemed to hesitate, before wrapping her arms around the Zorua. "You've got to promise," she said. "He deserves to be happy."
