"Are you?" Ignatius grinned, when he heard the boil walking up to his booth. "If you are, prove it!" When the other boil grasped the poles, he nodded in approval before channeling the proper electricity...
Though it may have stung, he held out long enough to earn himself a ticket. "Congratulations! You win a ticket!" Quickly, the ticket was pulled off and handed to Benji. "But there are other prizes you can win, if you practice!"
To the next arrival, he winced when they lost again. They didn't seem to be very good at this...

"G-Get the hands on that poles????" She nearly screamed when the game runner told her so. "Are you sure I won't die?" She was a shadow, they dispensed and emerged, however, they still felt the pain. It stung! The shadow cried out as the shock got her. Quote: < or = 100: You lose. Get some toughness and try again tomorrow!

"You definitely won't die! Don't worry, at most it might just sting a bit."
Jack, Ignatius wouldn't be able to live with himself if someone died from his (relatively) harmless carnival game! There was a bit of nervousness in his voice when she suggested that, and he winced when she cried out.
She seemed quite upset, but he was sure she'd be fine in a minute or two. Ignatius shuffled his feet for a moment, pondering the situation further, before he shook his head and narrowed his eyes.
He quickly got his head back in the game, just in time for a repeat customer to take a whack at it again. Glutton for punishment or not, it seemed that the reaper was getting better at this game, and he won a ticket today.
"Congratulations!" He handed a ticket, grinning. "Keep improving at that rate and you'll get a minipet too in no time."

Feeling rested after his catnap over in the pillow area, he circled his way back around, bobbing his head back and forth to see around the others there to look at booths. He wasn't sure, yet, which ones he would try next--so many!--but he did recognise this booth as he came back around. Humming and rocking back and forth on his feet, he debated giving it another shot. Maybe his one hand feeling the pain sooner had been a fluke? His hands were definitely totally dry this time!
Why not!
The music wasn't any less amusing the second time around and he chuckled again at hearing it. After another wait in line, he grinned slightly at the elemental sitting there and approached for another go. One hand, two hand, and... ready!
...Not ready! Not! Ready! Hissing something somewhat impolite under his breath, he yanked his hands back off and rubbed them together. He offered the elemental a bit of an embarrassed grin and scooted off to let the next person have their go. He didn't go far, though, rubbing his palms on his legs to try and get rid of the pins and needles. He was definitely going to give this another shot in a bit!
Until then, however, he was going to find something else to do while he waited for the tingling in his hands to go away.

The shock game wasn't getting nay easier, as Sludge screeched with the electricity being shot through his hands. Shaking his head he let one of them go, holding on with the other for as long as he could until he had to let go.
At least his claws didn't feel very sore.

When Gabby put his hand on the machine, he immediately pulled away. That was painful, why would anyone...
...but of course he tried again, anyway. He was able to hold on for just a second or two longer, but still found the electricity too much for him. He was probably superconductive.

Three more challengers approached the booth. He recognized the first one from the day before, a reaper of some sorts with his humanoid similarity and his lack of levitation. The prior day he succeeded with one hand and nearly failed on the other.
... This time, he failed with both. Oops. "Try again tomorrow!" he offered, shout a little sheepish.
The second repeated his performance of the prior two days, hardly surprising but still worthy of a victorious whoop. Perhaps he was just trying to become more tolerant to the shocks? "Congratulations again!" He ripped off another ticket, and handed it to the ... slime ... demon (what was he, anyway? Ignatius wasn't super familiar with anything not a ghost or reaper). "Keep trying, I think you can get a better prize!"
The third was ... very clearly a superconductor. He watched the ghost dragon try once, and then twice, and fail almost immediately the first time, close to immediately the second. "Sorry, that's all the chances you get for today! Come back tomorrow and maybe you'll spark a little less." He winked -- in retrospect, was that even a compliment? Ignatius wasn't totally sure...

Lou didn't like the shocking booth, but she though she'd give it another try. Maybe she'd given up too easily last time? This time she managed to hold on, just barely. Both her hands stung pretty good, but it wasn't nearly as bad as last time. Maybe this electric thing wasn't for her.

Nova arrived early, by his schedule, at the carnival booths. Today was his third try at this game and he wanted to prove he could handle the surge. The little Incubus grasped the two poles and grinned at the lightning elemental. "Let'er rip!"

Mayaa balled her hands up, gave the machine a determined look, and grabbed the bars. Well, she managed to do much better last time, even if her right hand was very close to letting go. Maybe she was strong with her left hand? Hmm This was... an interesting discovery...

His next arrivals were two repeat customers, a harpy that had won more recently, and a demon who had won the first time he had tried, but lost last time.
It seemed that luck was on both of their sides today, as they both ended up winning! Though the level of the minipet was still eluding them -- that minipet just didn't want to be won, did it... -- Ignatius clapped a few times for both before handing each contestant their tickets.[A.V.] CONGRATULATIONS! After that quick game she just had, liela comes across this rather interesting one. "Can you stand the shock?" she reads to herself. Stepping over, she reads on how this is done. Soon realizing she must try to stand the shock-ness. She shallows deeply and tries her luck. She didnt feel much of it in one hand, but oh boy! Did she ever in the other, letting go quickly to shake it. She quickly walks away hoping the feeling in her hand well return
