Kursha had been out in the field when he received a series of frantic transmissions. First the the asylum base had been destroyed, then the shipwreck was wiped out, and then even the mall had been attacked. Kursha only had barely enough time to gather up his things and leave before the demolition workers swept in. He had not been able to find his team-mates though. His brow pinched. There was no way that they had been around during the initial assault... was there?
Suddenly a transmission cut through that the docks were under attack. Kursha breathed a sigh of relief when he heard the voice. It was Ganyma. Stryke was hopefully with him. Whatever solace he took from knowing that they were all right did not last long however. Ten minutes later he had heard the order for retreat. He swore and nearly chucked his radio at a building. Another base lost. To make matters worse, he knew that Ganyma had been there.
“Anyone around? Gather up and report to Stryke at City Hall!”

"surely theres a few more of you out there...?" He tried one more time crossing his fingers. With any luck he could add a bit more to their pool of defenders. Instead of mobilizing the mass all at once, the yellowblood reasoned breaking them into semi-even groups and deploying them to key locations would act as a kind of buffer.
"rodger, sending 8 units your way. hang tight city hall." The voices over the radio crackled, a group of rebels seemed able bodied and ready to go. Stryke sat back sighing slowly, it was defiantly better than nothing.

Kursha's plea for reinforcements had received a rather lack-luster response. That would not do. He refused to settle for anything less than excellent. Especially with so much at stake. “Come on!” he barked, voice snapping like a whip. “Move your asses! Lives are on the line. Let's go!” There was a chorus of voices in reply. Much better. High above, the Colonel rustled her feathers.
Kursha made his way down the streets, working his way southeast. It was a pain having to avoid all the enemy camps, but he made it through undetected. As he approached the city hall, he met up with a few older trolls heading the same direction. One gave him a nod. A moment later, he realised that these were likely the rebels he had rallied. How about that.
Taking the lead, Kursha marched past the flag and up the steps to the double doors. He tried to swing them both open at once but... It seemed there was a lock on the one side. That was annoying. So much for a dramatic entrance. Instead he settled for kicking the door on the right open with a bang.
“Guess who's back with reinforcements?” Kursha paused briefly in the doorframe. Then he strode inside, trolls filing in behind him. Though he kept his face fixed in a smile, his eyes darted to and fro searching for Ganyma and Stryke.

Now there was a voice he hadn't heard much from today. Perking up, the yellowblood moved away from the gathering of Vremea and Ganyma to greet his fellow team mate. "Oh there you are Kursha! Oh. Hey, looks like you brought a party, we have a real ensemble now eh?" Stryke waved the other over flashing him a grin indicating to the battle field below, and how new defenders were at their post already stationed vs those milling about awaiting direction. Most of the woes of earlier were passed, enough stress and tension had occurred he was just relieved to see the greenblood.
"I made contact with Phoenix 1, they were able to send over a few defenders..we have a large amount of folks on standby. Mobilizing them's gunna be a pain..we'll have to divide 'em." He sighed a bit dramatically waving his head. "Good to see you well! Ganyma's safe 'n all, same with Vremea." He quickly filled the other in, rambling as it was a lot to take in the days events in such a short amount of time.

"Hello, City Hall? Come in City Hall!" Odette's voiced crackled through the microphone. "This is team Totally Spies, we have word that our yellowblood comrade has been through here. We are here to help and provide backup." Odette clicked the radio off. the static was starting to give her a headache.

"Anytroll would be worried, it happened quite abruptly," Vremea stated in response to Stryke, smiling a little at him and bowing her head slightly. "It is nice to meet you too, even under the present conditions..." Vremea stated sadly, gesturing to her clothes and her ruined well, EVERYTHING.
It took Vremea a second to process what Ganyma said. "Y-you...?" WOW! "You took down the lusus?!" She exclaimed happily, feeling pride swell in her chest. "My team were trying but it was quite hard! Wow, what an honor!" She patted his arm, feeling a sense of kinship between them-- teens in the middle of this battle. "I have been with the rebels since the Mother Grub expedition. It has been stressing and..." The fire... The jadeblood... "I... It has been sad too. But I knew this when I joined. And I am not changing my path. No matter how rough it is." She mumbled sadly, brushing her hair from her face... Her hair. Was it really... that important? It was so long... and...
No. No no no! She wasn't going to cut it just because she was a rebel... No. It was her grubhood dream, she couldn't just do that...
Mistaken for a tealblood? That would be strange... She had never worn another color before. Interesting... hearing Stryke and Ganyma's words, the lolita frowned. What...? "Relocate...? I could try and rally up some troops, then get them to come over here...?" Vremea offered, watching the others begin to work and feeling a little useless, really-- they were already doing that.
"Hmm..." Maybe so she wasn't bare underneath the pants, she could borrow some other trolls pants? She searched around, eyes brightening when she saw a female troll and although she felt a little self conscious, she managed to snag a pair of shorts from them. She gave Ganyma and Stryke a small smile and entered the tent quickly, pulling off her clothes and tugging the huge hoodie onto her small body. It was extremely big, the bottom reaching her lower thights, but it covered her nicely, and though the shorts were a little loose, they felt comfortable as well. Easily sliding on her heels, the yellowblood took the ribbons out of her hair and off her shoes, instead pushing them in the hoodie's pocket and inhaling the scent of her city, letting a small smile grace her features. Yakmom... my hive... She almost wanted to cry... she just wanted to go home and curl up with Yakmom.
But she wouldn't. She couldn't. So Vremea toward the group and heard a familiar voice echo throughout them-- the voice on the radio! Stryke had waved them over... Kursha, was it? "Um... hello there..." She said, threading a hand in her hair, feeling a little self-conscious of her appearance now that more trolls were streaming in. She wondered if her makeup was still running...? Oh well, she'd fix it soon...

Vremea looked different un-hemotyped. Ganyma smiled. "That sweater looks, uh...! Big on you!" She seemed at ease. It was refreshing.
There was news that the shipwreck had been attacked - Ganyma balked. It hardly even looked like a base! Seemed like the royalists were just destroying stuff for the hell of it. "Hey Stryke, I'm going out. Vremea, Kursha, you gonna join me on a construction mission?"

Stryke had noticed the female troll looked noticeably uncomfortable about the way she was dressed given the episode with the water. The yellowblood was only a few inches shorter than her, surely what he had would do the trick? "Here Vremea, if you need anything else my bags by the tent when you guys get back ok." Giving her a smile in return and turned letting her have privacy moving away to busy himself with putting everything away. "Alright Ganyma, I'll hold down the fort here while you guys go out...see if I can get these guys moving after you guys get started on your project." He added nodding in understanding. "See you soon then..!" that meant he'd be alone potentially, but at least everyone was restocked with radios. Crawling under a blanket he shuffled over to a window with his makeshift cape and planted himself there. His lusus butted it's head against the troll before curl around him protectively. The yellowblood female had been right. Anytroll would be worried..but at least for that very moment in time everyone was ok. That was good enough for him. Stryke still had things to do, things to replace his missing his hive. Every move the rebels made felt important, only with combined effort and proper communication did they stand a winning chance. One wrong move and it would be all over. It also meant if anyone came looking for Vremea, he could direct them. Plus they all had the radios still, they could easily keep in contact with one another trusting nothing went wrong with the devices.

When Stryke mentioned Vremea, Kursha turned to regard her. Judging from her sweatshirt she was a tealblood like Ganyma. It was strange because Kursha could have sworn that Ganyma had a sweatshirt just like it. No... wait. It was Ganyma's sweatshirt! His eyes narrowed, as he searched for more clues. At last he found a hint of smeared yellow make-up around her eyes. So she was a yellowblood then. He expected to feel the usual surge of superiority that usually accompanied meeting a lowblood but for some reason, the feeling was strangely absent. “I'm Kursha Vidari,” he said, putting on airs regardless. “I'm first in command for Just Vigilance, so don't forget it!” He gave her a shark-tooth smile. Though it carried its usual dangerous edge, there was something almost benevolent in it. Suddenly Kursha heard Ganyma's voice. He whirled. Though Stryke had informed him that the tealblood was all right, it was still good to seem in person. “Good to see you too, Blue-Suit,” Kursha snarked. He seemed to be in a pleasant mood though. “Anyway, count me in. I heard from Stryke that you might need some protection.” He jabbed the older troll in the ribs

"First in command? Are you talking about me?" Asked Ganyma. It wasn't a slight against Kursha by any means, but his grin was enough to put his sincerity into question. "Hey, uh... Green-Suit," responded Ganyma. "Let's go then! On our way down we should swing by the Flea Market. I haven't heard news of anythin' there, but we might as well set up some camps..."
The three made their way to the node, and Ganyma immediately set to work.

Ganyma had finished up with the Flea Market. There was a call for reinforcement at the Harbor, which he was happy to oblige. It was nearby after all, and the leftover material from the Flea Market and Shipwreck were well enough.

Something about Kursha having noted for all personel to report to him, he took up the radio, and shoving the covers aside from his blanket fort. He was up, pacing around the City Hall making radio calls. "I need one more wave of able-trolls. Anybody else on this frequency? Last call before I station everyone." Stryke inquired, making rounds to see about padding their numbers. Not many new faces could be found, they'd already been calling for back up...several times including his team mates attempts so it stood to reason he wouldn't have much more luck with that.

Leaving behind his lusus and temporary source of comfort (he really needed to find a book to read after this and curl up) Stryke cleared his voice before addressing the assembled troops. How did you even address that many trolls at once? Without thinking, he simply went with the flow grabbing his radio and pinging each of his standby unitys before standing before them.
"All of you, your new assignment is in-fact here at [4,3] City Hall. Having a large mass grouped makes it easier for future counter strikes. So don't get too comfortable." The yellowblood barked, methodical how he had them line up. For such a small troll, he was extremely particular about how things were done. Only when the base was well guarded did he feel remotely safe about heading back inside. With any amount of luck, the rebels could take down one of the defended bases perhaps. He was studying the latest date report about the maps...wondering how best to spend his time. Instead of reading for his leisure he wracked his brain pondering the situation at hand.

Kursha snorted at Ganyma's question. “You're funny, you know that?” He debated punching Ganyma's arm, but the older troll was as tough as moobeast hide; Kursha's elbow was still a little sore from the attack on his ribs. As the group moved towards the door, Kursha waved at Stryke. “See you later, Double 'O'. Don't hesitate to call!”With Ganyma overseeing construction, the group made good progress. The shipwreck base was erected in almost no time at all—Kursha felt a bit nostalgic looking at it—the fortification of the bases at the flea market at harbour went even faster. Kursha made small-talk with Vremea as they worked. “I take it you're from Totally Spies?” he asked. Her voice sounded a little familiar but with all the interference, it was hard to tell. “You guys chose a pretty interesting name.”Suddenly he paused, hearing Stryke dish out orders over the radio. He looked back to Ganyma and Vremea, grinning “It sounds like we have a lot of support waiting back at camp... What do you say, we make the empire's life a little more difficult?”

Vremea felt her face heat up at his words, rubbing at the yellow makeup she just knew she had all over her face at the moment before rubbing her nose a little. "It seems so... I rather like it. It is very comfortable." She said, squeezing a little more of the water in her hair out before looking toward Stryke and giving him a shy smile. "Thank you immensely. Really, I do not know how I could ever repay any of you..." She was a stranger-- and they just accepted her like she was always there. For that... Vremea would be forever indebted to them. Looking toward the young greenblood who was a little shorter than her while she wore her heels, the yellowblood raised an eyebrow at his words-- First in command?
Kursha's smile felt strangely comforting but also... risky. Turning toward Ganyma's question, Vremea nodded eagerly and followed after the two, chuckling at Ganyma's words about him being first in command, strangely comforted by the exchange. Watching Ganyma and Kursha work from nearby, Vremea thought of trying to help but felt like she might've been more in the way if she did. “I take it you're from Totally Spies?” She heard, turning toward the voice after spending a little time in her own thoughts, nodding in response to his question-- the yellowblood let a fond, remembering smile cross her face. "Yes, actually! We had thought about it for a while. It was either that or reuse an old one, but it just did not feel right." Athene wasn't there, after all. Maybe she didn't feel well... then again she hadn't heard hide or hair of her for a while. Oh well, when she felt better, they could catch up!
Listening to the kid's words, Vremea felt her pump biscuit squeeze. "W-what?" She stuttered in shock, then opened her mouth a little. "Do you mean... Demolition?!" She had never seen it properly! And this was a royal base... maybe... But still, he needed to be careful! Who knew what could happen there... "What did you have in mind...?"
