You should know by now there won't be a soul to collect. And my death would inevitably lead you with no way to find him. ❞- The devil machine giggled as she wrapped her arms around the Demon's neck, with a teasing smile. -❝ Are you really worried about him? Last time you told me you couldn't even care less.... you'll even rip off my stomach and eat it in front of me. Or have you forgot your own words? ❞- A hand would gently reach for his cheek as she would stare intently in his eyes. -❝ Now, now dear, this isn't the way a person that has the control of the situation behaves. It's not like you at all. It doesn't suit you. ❞-

Despair only watched as Eva turned to face him. As she wrapped her arms around his neck, he had an obvious look of hatred in his eyes. However, as she spoke to him, the look faded and became one of sheer annoyance. While it was true that he had said those things, even Despair had some ounce of humanity left in him, more specifically, his love for the one person he could call brother, which was Atticus. Even if it came down to it, Despair could not fully commit to killing him, no matter the consequences. As she went on to place her hand on his cheek, Despair finally smiled, "I;m truly fascinated by you." he told her before reaching up and place his hand on top of hers. "Perhaps I should make you mine, right here and now." he stated
╔═════════╗ ---❝ Eva ❞- ╚═════════╝ The devil machine would giggle softly, finding her hand covered by Despairs. Right after the subtle menace/promise, Eva would smile deviously, pleased to see a change in the demon's mood. -❝ That's more like it. I was truly afraid you were softening up. What kind of bodyguard would you be if you were as soft as wool? ❞- Flattered about his compliment, she was wondering if he actually meant that this time. -❝ Would that mean you'll stay for dinner? ❞-
"Don't get me wrong. I'm not here for you, only for the man I once called brother." he told her before removing his hand and stepping back. "I suppose I could stay for dinner. Though, there is still the question of where is Atticus." he stated as he walked over and sat down on the couch. "I'm guessing that you're not going to tell me so easily, so just name your price."

And here I thought I could get a free soul since you didn't seem to care that much. ❞- She sighed, slightly disappointed but shrug it off rather quickly as Eva proceeded to guide Despair to the kitchen once he stated he wouldn't mind joining for dinner. -❝ Great! I had a whole meal just for you. This should give you enough stamina. ❞- She said cheerfully once again avoiding the subject of Atticus whereabouts. -❝ I made some stew, and also ham. Plus a salad so it all doesn't go into protein. ❞- Sitting the demon, Eva proceeded to place the plates and bring dinner to the table. -❝ Isn't it great. It will be our first night together. But I do wonder if I made enough food. You look rather skinny. Was your errand too demanding? ❞- Eva asked as if she was just another roommate or even a housewife wondering about Despair's day. On the other hand the meal prepared did held on a strong scent which could almost be tasted.

Despair noticed how Eva would ever so lightly, change the subject whenever it involved Atticus' whereabouts, which only made him more curious as to where she hid him. Sitting down at the table, Despair looked at the plate before him, "Eva, you may think that you are cunning and have everything under control, but don't let that feeling get to your head." he stated "One such as yourself, should know her place." Despair then went on to look at the stew, before eating some of it, "This stew, is delicious." he commented, before becoming serious, "I am only going to ask once more. Where is he?" Despair was beginning to get agitated again. Unlike last time, he would be a little more considerate of Eva and not raise his soul wavelength, but that only made things worse, as Despair had a habit of going on uncontrollable rampages, which would not end up well for the both of them.

There's plenty more so you are welcome to have any seconds. ❞- The devil machine grinned, pleased to see Despair would actually try the food. Once he was already digging into dinner the Devil machine thought it would be proper to start answering some questions. -❝ Well by the looks of your greeting you already figured out he's not here. So kudos to you dear. ❞- She giggled before serving some of the food for herself -❝ While I don't want to brag about myself. I think at least I've earned enough merit from you to see that I am not one to take things lightly. If you represented a threat to Atticus why would I keep him within your reach? ❞- Sipping from her cup as she paused. Eva would smile gently once more as she proceeded. -❝ Did you honestly expected me to be carrying a pregnant womb while my daughters and their friends are around. Wouldn't that be suspicious? Besides. I'm quite vulnerable at this state. Even speaking with you requires a lot of effort. It would require a strength that I do not have. ❞- She paused, with that gentle smile leaning a bit forward to take a closer look at Despair. -❝ Right now, as we speak I am dying. Somewhere else. Somewhere safe. I didn't thought that Atticus would carry such a strong soul enough to start consuming my life force with such a great appetite. Not only that, but if you were to kill me here, right now. You'll never be able to see Atticus again. I don't have enough strength to create another clone. Even less sent it to take this one's place. ❞- The clone then would laugh as if she had found something funny. -❝ You are right. As much as I would like to hate it. I don't have control of the situation. Which is why I need you. ❞- Taking a lightly more serious tone she would once more address Despair. -❝ At this point. Even if I die, Atticus is safe to survive since he'll only have to end his current favorite activity which is consume me. But at the same time, my life enough won't be enough for him and will probably take the little brat that is being formed next to her. And if we loose her. You can say good bye to all your hopes of getting old Atticus back since she's the one that's storing his past memories while his new body is forming. ❞-

Eating some more of the stew, Despair continued staring at Eva, listening closely to her every word. What she stated first did seem to have some merit, as Despair was told by Atticus himself, should anything go wrong, he was too kill Eva and him as well. So, Despair was truly a threat to both her and Atticus, so she was right to assume that, which is why Despair did not argue. Her second point about being pregnant and vulnerable was also sound. It seems that Eva, had thought all this out. As he took one last bite of the stew, Despair didn't seem to be surprised by the revelation that the Eva he had been talking with was a clone, as from the very beginning he could feel something was off about her. This only proved that his intuition was correct. Despair would crack a smile, when he noticed that Eva had finally shown a more serious side of herself. Hearing her explanation, Despair sighed, "I see." glancing away from her, Despair looked up at the ceiling, appearing a little apathetic. "Just what is it that you want from me? Protection? I'm already doing that. Just what do you hope I can do to prolong your life and therefore Atticus' and that other one?" he would finally state.
╔═════════╗ ---❝ Eva ❞- ╚═════════╝ As Despair seemed to be taking things quite alright, the clone would began to feel safe as to proceed with his demands. -❝ Well, It seems you understand my situation. As such. I is obvious that none of us can truly trust one another. But a little bit of trust must be shown if we both want to keep what we want. ❞- Said the devil machine, while the conversation became serious. -❝ In order for me to survive, I would also need for you lend me some of your life force. Half to be precise. Since I could tell from the moment I met you that you possess quite enough. But since I can't trust the fact that you won't kill all of us and just leave I would need you to be at the verge of death. So that we are on the same ground. ❞- With that the devil machine would finish her meal and proceed to wash her dishes. -❝ If you are to cooperate. Then you will have to know how this would work. Obviously you can't expect me to be trustful as I did hid everything from you. So, I will tell you this. I will open a portal that would lead you to me. But in there there will be a trap. That will strip you from your life force and every bit of strength up to your bones. I had this planned just in case you would still look out for me with the intentions of killing me. However, it is this trap in particular that can save me. The stolen life force would be poured into a bottle. Hidden in a chest behind the portal where you'll enter. I already made preparations for it. There would be 2 cups next to the bottle. You can pour half of it in each. And you will follow my clone where I am without drinking any of it.
You are free to drink and retrieve your strength and lifeforce at any time as you'll be carrying both cups. but if you do so before I get my share I would not hesitate on taking my own life.
I would have to trust you'll share with me. By giving you both cups, letting you know I won't take all of it and just leave you to die. And in exchange you'll have to trust that if you keep your word and give me my share I'll not betray our deal. Since no matter how much life force I take from you I would still be weak because of my condition. I would be exposed to you. Regardless you'll be in full shape by 3 days so you may stay there with me. I don't think I could get anywhere, even with your energy. ❞- With that the Devil machine would then pause to see and wait for Despair's response.
OoC: (( Hurray! I hope I'm not looking god mode here. I'm just trying to give some weight to the situation. Anything you see that looks off feel free to point it out for me. Also, you haven't told me when do you plan Atticus to be born. Which is why I created this semi act to buy some time. ))
As he listened to Eva's request, the smile on Despair's face, faded once more. She wanted him to give up half of his life force, to her. Not only that, but he would need to be on the verge of death as well. Any sane or rational person would tell that this was just some sort of trap or trick, just to weaken Despair, so that she could in-act whatever plan she has in mind. Anybody would refuse such a obvious ploy, hell anyone who would consider such a thing, would be signing their own death certificate. Despair would say nothing as Eva got up from the table and went to wash the dishes, continuing to explain how everything would work and how she has already made preparation. Once she was finished, Despair let out a powerful laugh, "You don't trust me, I don't trust you, in fact, you've set a trap for me, just encase I come searching for you. You, my dear, have a pretty demented way of thinking." he stated before standing up and following behind her. Despair ended up standing right behind the clone, placing his hands on her neck, "It would be so easy for me to end it all. You've divulged your trap to me. I can easily avoid it now and get to you before you try and take your own life." Despair's hands began to tighten, it was looking as though he would destroy the clone. However, he would eventually loosen his grip and smile, "But that wouldn't be fun at all." he added before turning away. "So, it's either we trust each other with one another's life or you, along with Atticus will perish. Well, it isn't that much of a hassle, since I was ordered to kill you, should you do anything suspicious. But, this seems more fun. I'll play along." Despair said, finally agreeing to her conditions.
╔═════════╗ ---❝ Eva ❞- ╚═════════╝ The clone's eyes widened once she was held by the neck once more as her strength started to fade. Despair indeed had no need to undergo the trial. -❝ Well if it serves you as a consolation price, I would have just told you where he was in the very beginning and killed you as soon as you got there. But instead I choose to trust you ❞- Once the demon released her along with his laugher, the clone would start gasping for air as it felt relatively weak. Fortunately for all of them, Despair decided to play along. The clone would open then a portal leading directly into Eva's nest.

Hearing the clone, right before opening the portal and leaving, Despair smiled, "Only time will show your true self and when it does. I will be there to devour you." he muttered before exiting through the portal.
Illo had walked all the way to the quiet apartment complex without giving up the ghost of his "I'm fine!" act with Amatha surprisingly still tagging along. He tapped on the door a couple times and waited somewhat impatiently, expectantly.
"I have my... Equipment here," he said to Amatha somewhat nervously. Normally hook-ups went smoother than this.

Demon Sword Misty Taw. Demon Weapon. I think I finally understand Trainee Nurse Melanie Du Coteau . Demon Weapon. What have they done to you Lily?
After things appeared to calm down. Misty and Melanie were sent to scavenge the residence for supplies before leaving. However they were not counting on the monk's surprise visit. As Misty kept cleaning the room in search for goodies. Melanie was the one to attend the door. "Sempai!" Melanie was actually surprised to see Illo there, especially since they parted ways for quite a long time. "W-what are you doing here? Is your pilgrimage over?" The redhead asked, wondering what had become of her partner. However, not even a chance was given to the monk to reply, not even by telepathy when Melanie noticed the monk's wounded body. "Sempai!" She exclaimed, this time in concern and surprise as she took her favorite arm and tugged Illo inside the house. "You need to treat yourself! How could you be so careless." She lectured the monk, noticing another person just as soon as she managed to tug the giant monk from obstructing her vision from Amatha. "oh... another visitor?" Misty was at the second floor so she clearly missed most of what was happening right now. Leaving Melaine to be the only one attending the visitors. "P-Please, make yourselves at home... we may not have much but... would water or tea be okay? I'm sorry we don't have even coffee to offer." She commented, leading them towards the living room before walking towards the kitchen, there was a first aid kit at the bar, while she also prepared some water just in case they were thirsty. "We need to treat you as soon as possible sempai, you really don't look good at all." She commented, leaving a pair of glasses of water on the table for them to pick as she quickly and with no remorse at all, stripped Illo from his robe, since it was getting in her way to examine her partner's current condition. Kneeling right beside him after he sat by the table, she took the kit and started treating the wounded man.
As Amatha was following Illo, she notice they were heading to what seems like a dorm of some sorts. He then was about to reply to his comment before a door open up and there were two females that she didn't quite know at all. They seem to really know Illo, she sighed for a moment seeing one of them finially noticing her, she then replied to her comment. Well Thank you, and I am not really thirsty at the moment but thank you for the offer.She then enter the place and went over to Illo and the other female, and replied,Sigh, This whole way here Illo was acting like he didn't have all these scars, but finially your getting them treated.She then realize she had not introduce herself yet, so she spoke up Since I am a guest, and a friend of Illo here, and since you two seem to know him well I will Introduce myself. I am Amatha the Witch Weapon, its a pleasure to meet you two.
Abilities: (Up to 8 ) + Transformation Magic: Since she is part which she can't transform into her weapon form naturally like some users. She has to use Magic to turn into her weapon form and it allows her to use magic even in her weapon form.

There music can effect someone either with burning them, Poisioning them or making them fall asleep. - Sleeping Bard Alice: With her weapon out of her she can make anyone fall asleep for a good amount of time (and theres a 50 % chance the move will not work on the person)[7 posts]
- Burning Bard Blake: He may look all calm and nice and naturey but he will put who into a blaze for awhile.[3 posts]
- Posion Bard Ultha: his sweet saddening smile brings you to a relax moment but with one sound of his weapon form flute will posion you dear heart [ last 5 posts]
+ Next Level Witches Circle[Soul resonance move with Miester] Next Level is a move where the mister and weapon to soul resonance together and instead of creating a new weapon of herself. Her weapon for disappears and a witches circle gets created around her mister and with three different commands he/or she can hit actual types of magic at the enemie. Fire, Lighting, or Earth.[which throws giant rocks at]
+ Up Grade Witches Circle[Soul resonance move byself] Just being herself can make her go into soul resonance with no mister, but this time it the witches circle surrounds the enemy and does the three types of magic, fire, lighting or earth.
+ Metal Reaper Weapon and Armor Form: -Weapon: Just being the weapon itself, well she can advance herself to changed her weapon form into a beast but only 1 though.
- Armor: She can changed into armor for her mister but it doesn't go on the mister it floats above the mister. and it protects the mister for[6 posts]
