The Kingdom of Knuffel is such a cute site! The art on that site is amazing!
Isnt it!? And a lot of the users are people who used gaia obce, and left years ago for reasons like these. Including the site owners I believe. Knuffel started as clickable coded pets for in your signature and stuff, here on gaia, that they made custom and sold in the art forum I believe.
I might actually start an account there. It seems interesting after reading what you've typed about it and the screenshots I've seen~

I never got how people could possibly spend $1000 on pixels that would be gone if the site ever shut down. It's like the Boycott did nothing, because during it they released like 3 gold generators, and now they're basically pushing them more than ever. Piggy banks, diamond things, candy based ones, 'Honey Pots' and so on. Trillions of gold being pumped into our economy. emotion_facepalm

Idk if anyone else has noticed, but they've also updated the TOS without notifying the users and that's ok according to the new TOS. It also sprinkles in the notion of the site colsing down too, which is troubling.

I don't remember ever being informed about the TOS changes, and reading them,is very alarming because all the changes are, are ones that say Gaia reserves the right to terminate the site without warnibg at anytime, and that users will not recieve, and are not entitled to, refunds or compensation of any kind for the money they've spent/will spend here. Its sleezy and worrisome. It feels like once the users stop buying their ridiculous sh**, they'll just turn the site off and call it a day without any warning or regard for us.

HUH. Well I saw that Tentacl thingy they have going on, and it did make me suspect maybe they decided instead of fixing the broken economy it was easier making a new site? That's if the gold we have here doesn't carry over to that.

I just went through like 10 Announcement notifs, and they were ALL ads for Gaia cash bundles and stuff. cat_scream Yeah, I can understand $5 here, $10 there, and maybe 15 or 20 even for special occasions to treat yourself to an evolving item thats worth it, because back when the cash shop was new and $10 was a lot to spend there, the idea was that when I bought stuff, I was supporting a site I love/d to spend time on, and usually got a lot of free enjoyment out of. But now they clearly make enough money and haven't updated the free features hardly at all. If Im going to pay so much, for mostly crappy and rushed or re released items, where the hell is my inventory arranger emotion_donotwant . If you want me to spend a lot of time on your site, playing and posting, where the hell are the guild updates and zomg updates everyone wants? emotion_donotwant so at this point, since users aren't being listened too and our money appears to be pointlessly lining pockets, I see no reason to support the site like I used too. Im sure they can afford to keep the servers up already.
