And introductions were going to be made; Milo made a motion to gesture to Noemi and shove her in front of him, his mouth was open ready to say her name and perhaps their's to her. But then he was put into a headlock and his small amount of flailing didn't amount to anything at all; Evan was a pretty strong guy. "Awue - dude!"

Then he was deprived of one hoodie. His nerdy nerdy Gaim hoodie. That had he had managed to find despite being Premium Bandai. Kidnapped and taken, run off with and by a friend!

"We have to save it Noemi-chan!" They weren't seekers, the game hadn't even begun but Milo grabbed the perplexed girl by the wrist and began to move through the small crowd in the room in the direction the two thieves had gone.

"Ah Mi...Milo!" Noemi jumped as her hand was grabbed and they were off to chase after the pair. She had never seen Milo's face so distressed before and it for some reason made her a little more willing to help him out.

Unfortunately Melvin announced the game started and Noemi had to squeeze Milos hand to get his attention.

"M...Milo. we need to hide? Milo...." she tugged at his hand some more. "I...do...you want my coat? I'll be okay for awhile!"

Sometimes the simplest hiding spots were the best ones. Noah headed down the hall to the other end of the dorms, ducked into the lounge on this end, and took advantage of the fact that he was tall to haul himself up onto the top of the soda machine in the corner, scooting back to sit against the wall. His sisters had been good at hide and seek, but they never looked up. It was rare that anyone did, in fact. If you got above easy line-of-sight, most people would miss that you were even there. He settled in patiently to wait.

GUARD, Laz said, and Noah could sense the zombie dog watching with intense interest.

[Hanna's Hiding Place: 13]

Jack's voice warmed Hanna's ears, and she turned to grin at him. "Feeling happy to be out of that bed, definitely -- and doing better, souped up on Caelius' cough medicine or something." Wearing teal and gray, Hanna was more of a bootleg Slytherin than anything else. She had missed the House debate on Twitter, being hospitalized and all, and it would be something she would mourn when she figured it out. Hanna followed Jack's grin toward Peyton, grinning at the pink and blonde-haired girl.

Familiar faces from the Sahara filtered in -- as did an unfamiliar one -- a redhead who draped herself over Peyton. Milo entered and greeted her. "Hey, Milo!" she called back. She gave Neomi a wave too. See, she had friends! Look at how social she could be! (No really, look.)

Just then, another boy entered -- one that appeared to know Jack well. Hanna was curious about the "blind date" thing. Did Deus really have blind dates? She thought it was really all just relationships born out of either proximity, convenience, or heightened emotional states? The idea of a blind date seemed so banal by comparison.

Another approached, and by then, Hanna was half-listening to the conversations around her and half-scanning the room. Bix appeared, so many people appeared, COUNTLESS people -- and then things were starting, which was really kind of a relief. She noticed Cami then - a Hufflepuff? She could buy it, but Hanna was incapable of not judging her just a little bit.

Hanna preferred the hiding to the seeking so she remained quiet while others piped up, silently running through all the places she could hide in her mind. "I work alone," she announced to the group of friends gathered around her. "Like Batman. The Dark Knight version, anyway." Dramatically, she gestured eyes on you, cracked a grin, and then sort of skipped out of the room into the darkness.



Her brilliant plan involved hiding in a cupboard because, I don't know, she was sort of small? The fire of competition burned in her veins, and she did her best to breathe as quietly as possible. She had played many a game of flashlight tag, and being alone in the dark was not an issue for her. It was the 'relying on other people' part of hide n' seek that sometimes was a challenge.

As they were released, Peyton took off at a jog. Speed was on her side, and size. She high tailed it to one of the lounge, and then very quietly, very efficiently, tucked her tiny a** behind the cushions of one of the couches. A little shifting, a little last minute arrangement to make sure nothing was peeking out of making lumps, then she was set!

He laughed and rubbed his shoulder after the smack. The muscles in his arms were still a bit sore from some training he had done earlier. "We'll see Peachy. We'll see."

And now the game was afoot. No more time for small talk.

Zascha was rather tall and rather bulky so any small space would probably not suit him well. As he scrambled out of the room he went left down the hall, turned a few corners then found himself face to face with a supplies closet door. Perhaps it wasn't the best hiding place, but it was easy to fit in for him and he was pretty sure he could bury himself in stuff for added camoflauge.

He quietly crept into the closet, grabbing a few packs of toilet paper and paper towels before he crammed himself into the farthest corner between a pair of shelves. Pulling a few mop buckets in front of him before haphazardly stacking the rolls of tp and paper towels in front of him to where he could crouch down and be hidden. Adding a mop to effect as well.
