Tenchi caught him with one of his wings and shielded himself from the light with his other one. The wing with the man detached and cloaked him perfectly in darkness. Tenchi stood straight, standing at the assassin at an angle as the man floated a Away in the shadow ball. He began to walk towards him as another wing formed from A shadow of a near by tree. - your enemy is me now - he said in a deep growl as he smiled

 Clutching onto Okami tightly he felt his body go weightless as she carried him through the trees. "This is incredible" he thought to himself. "I never seen anyone moves this fast since I've been swimming. People on the land have this kind of power?" As best as he could, Gwin positioned his head and craned it over her shoulder. "So is that why you have the marks? Because you and water do not get along well?" he asked loudly over the rushing wind and sound of leaves crackling past them. Gwin in fact did see the marks earlier on her body. He also remembered the blisters she retained when she made contact with the ice. He didn't know if it would work or no. But he was curious as to if one day he could possibly fix the ailment she revealed now currently.

((OOC:Not sure if she's shorter than him or if they're the same height.))  Okami enjoyed the wind against her hair as she sped past the trees and the school. I'll tend to the school things later.. Okami turned her head as she tried to listen with her human formed ears. Oh how I hate this form... but it's only for a bit... She listened to Gwin's words and gave a small nod. "The red tattoos I've had when the reincarnation started.... The scars are from when water has touched me... In this life..." She could have said more but they had neared the park and she didn't want to bore Gwin with her past. Okami slowed down and as they neared the park, she crouched down to let Gwin down. She stood and tried to listen and smell, but her human disguise wouldn't let her use her enhanced senses. She sighed in defeat and held out her hand to Gwin. "We both seem to look like children and somewhat alike with your disguise... You'll be my older brother...."Okami tilted her head as her mind raced through scenarios. "Use you first name, but don't volunteer any information.... Be kind and give a nod or smile to strangers that pass us...OKami held Gwin's chin and made him look her in the eyes. In her mind she saw the disguise as she messed with it to make Gwin resemble more like herself. She scrunched up her eyes, but her face softened into a smile as she put the final touches on his face. OKami gave an approved nod and dragged Gwin along with her. As they entered the park children ran past Okami and onto the playground with other giggling children. Her eyes sparkled at their adorable faces, but she quickly shook her head trying to focus on what they needed. Okami looked around as she tried to figure out where she was, as she looks around her eyes wander over to the pet store from before. "There it is!.... See you can see the fishes from the big windows from here....Okami pointed out an averaged sized, red brick building, with big windows showing off dogs, fishes, cats, and anything really. I looked at a white dog that seemed to be licking the window. I couldn't wait to get closer to the creatures.

(*OCC He's probably about 6ft) "How many times have you died?" He thought to himself. All of his thinking came to a halt when they landed in the park. He felt his weight return to him as she made an abrupt stop. Re-gaining his barrings he stumbled a few steps back holding his head. The ride through the air was a bit overwhelming as it was his first time. Fun. But still daunting. Looking around he saw the enemy he was supposed to be afraid of. It didn't make sense though. Seeing the vast park lands he saw people smiling and interacting with one another. He saw children laughing and playing, couples walking and holding hands. They all seemed so.....peaceful. Kneeling down he listened to the story that they were to play to get to the pet store. "Alright, this plan seems simple enough. Just walk on through them and to the store. From there, should be simple enough. Let's go." Taking Okami by the hand Gwin and she came out from behind the bushes. As he made his way to the store he couldn't help but not marvel at everything the park had to offer. There was just so much life in such a small place. "Look at all these people Okami, everything they do is so interesting. Like those kids over there flying that paper in the sky." Watching the kite soar so high it seemed like it was just flying on its own will. Passing under the shade of the Pet Store Gwin pressed his face up against the glass looking at all the new creatures he had never seen before. "Wow I have only read about some of these creatures in books. I've never thought to see one of these so close." He said.

Okami tilted her head at the question and wondered herself how many times she had died. She left the question unanswered as she went deep into thought. She looked down at her arms and traced the red tattoo mark on her arm where her reincarnation mark showed. She remembered being Gekigami for a while adn Yomigami.... but she knew she had been many people. She sighed and squeezed her hand making the marks dissappear for the time being. Okami turned her gaze to Gwin and saw his amazed look at the humans. She tilted her head and wondered what was going through his mind. I know they're plain... simple... and unspecial.... I think that's what makes them our worst enemy... They fear anything stronger than them or different... but there are few who like us..."Okami sighed and followed Gwin as he took her hand. Okami looked in the direction Gwin was looking at and saw the flying kite. "Yes, humans always find something interesting to do. They can't play with magic like us...I can take you flying later if you want..."Okami rubs her thumb against Gwin's hand and feels his scales. "If you're not afraid... I'll understand, you're made more for aquatic things..."Okami enjoyed the sights as much as she could before passing under the shade of the Pet Store with Gwin. She listened for a few moments as she watched a small dog bark at her. She squinted her eyes and saw that the dog was actually a small wolf pup. Okami looked over at Gwin and gave a smile. "Pick whatever you want, I've gained a dozen fortunes over my lives... I think I have a dorm at the school and we can put them there."Okami pulled Gwin along with her inside and saw many small salt water fish. She left Gwin surrounded by beautiful colorful marine life as she headed over to the wolf from before. It barked at her and whined as she got closer. Okami raised her hand to her heart feeling a pang of pain as she heard the wolf's whine. Okami picked up the small pup and went back to Gwin to show him the wolf. OKami decided to adopt the small wolf. ((OOC:Sorry for some reason I thought I posted something so I didn't look back till now.... I'll make a dorm for Gwin and Okami and here's this site if you want to view some specifically. http://www.fishchannel.com/fish-species/saltwater_all_landing.aspx You can chose from all of them or just a few, but the dorm will be specifically made to hold those fish and keep Okami safe.))

Hearing that statement sent a dark shiver down his spine. " They fear anything stronger then them or different. Is this what the council was saying when they thought this to be a fool's errand?" Looking down he felt the warm tender thumb of Okami as she offered to take him flying. Gwin gave her a puzzled look when he had heard this. As if this was something inachievable. "How would you show me how to fly? Is there some magic you know that would allow you to do that?" He was amazed by her knowledge of what seems to be ifinity so far. After entering the shop Gwin walked around perusing the isle for coral. He saw many of the fish that were living inside the tanks He smiled seeing some familiar faces here. He really had no feelings of hatred that humans would keep them locked in a cage. Back where he came from they too had pets and so long as they were well kept and taken care of here, he had no quarel. After looking a few rows he finally came across a big chunk of hard white coral. Looking at it carefully he tapped the bottom of his chin. "It's dead, but I think I should be able to help it grow again." He thought. "Hey, I found some coral over here and-" Running over to Okami he turned to see the wolf she was holding he stopped for a second and looked at it. Despite being a puppy and being fuzzy it still looked somewhat intimidating. Approaching it slowly he brushed his gilled fingers over the top of him. The wolf in turn licked his hand. Gwin gave out a small chuckle. Looking up to Okami he answered he looked at her in the eyes before letting his eyes wander looking over at an empty aquarium tank. " I do have my own currency for this world at home and I would be more than happy to pay you back. But I was thinking of taking the coral and a few species of fish home. Just for decoration purposes if that is alright. Also one more request..." He was a little nervous to ask as he hoped it wouldn't be opposing. "If it's alright with you could be come to a comprimise on a large fish tank in the dorm room? I can sleep in beds but I do prefer to sleep in something a bit more close to home. Plus I can keep the fish and the coral there. And I would be sure to make sure water did not go anywhere as I know you have your fears as well."(OOC: It's ok. smile Thats sounds great. If you want to skip buying everything pretty much Gwin buys 4 species of fish along with the dead coral. He's buys some kelp and some of the rocks as well. Just so there isn't a list in the story. But ok sounds like a plan.)

Okami gazed at the white rock inside the aquarium. It didn't look special nor did it look alive. She wondered why Gwin would get such a thing. Okami shrugged and hugged the small wolf closer to her. It licked her face and the small puppy looked at Gwin when he asked about flying. "I can't really show you how to fly.... Unless you can manipulate water.... I use fire to become lighter, but if you keep the kimono on it won't hurt you..." Okami gave a sheepish smile and nudged her nose against the dog's head. It wagged it's tail and snuggled closer to Okami. She felt warmth spread through her body as she held the small puppy. She looked at the fishes in the water and frowned. She missed the feel of water on her skin, but in this life she wouldn't be able to even be near it without fear. She wanted to reach out to listen to the soft swish of the fishes swimming. In one of her lives she was able to manipulate water, but never able to be near fire. Okami sighed heavily and started blowing on the dog's head to distract herself from the sadness. It nipped at her cheek and whined not liking the wind in his ears. When Gwin spoke he stopped mid sentence to pet the wolf puppy. The puppy licked his hand in a hello. Okami ruffled the puppies fur and nodded. "Whatever makes you feel most comftrobale, and I think there's already one in the dorm I have. I like looking at water and fishes... I just can't be near them... Yet...." Okami smiled and nodded at his things in hand. She asked a man near by who was tending to some fishes if they could ring them up. She adds some fishes of her own that remind her of one of her lives. As she pays she carefully places the items in a box full of bubble wrap so the fishes, coral, and the rocks wouldn't be damaged. She handed them to Gwin. "Don't worry about paying me back... I don't need the currency..."((OOC: I'll set up the room tomorrow, if you have any suggestions for some of the rooms then send me a link.))

Proceeding to check out Gwin took the box of fish and supplies and carried them to the door behind Okami. "Well for me I am a Hydrokinetic. I can manipulate water and its become quite handy. Actually that is how i was going to make the coral breath life again. You see..." Setting the box down for a minute to regain a grip on it. " Back where I came from I adversed myself in Aquatics Healing. I'm only a begginer mind you but I did remember what my family did to bring back dead coral. Its actually the only advanced healing magic I can preform and know. The rest is just simple wounds." Looking down at his webbed fingers he squatted back down and lifted the box from the bottom front. wrapping his arms around the side tightly. "So what is the plan for you exactly? You speak as if you know how to touch water without it burning you?" Gwin proceeded to walk down a brick path, following Okami listening to her explaination as they moved toward the academy. -Exit to Gwin and Okami's Dorm- (OCC: Ok I'll PM you the different links so you can see. I tried looking for aquarium like houses or houses that have a pond in them. i found four but i want opinion too on what you think. Again in the PM.)

Okami tilted her head and tried to remember one of her lives that dealt with water. She grinned to herself and listend carefully to what Gwin said. Breathing life back into the coral....Amazing... Okami smiled and wondered what else Gwin could do. "You are wonderful.... and amazing..." Okami looked down at her hands and sighed. She couldn't do much, only fly, burn, and heal some things. Her memory of her fire life was still coming back to her, but she knew enough to be able to move around and hide herself. She thought for a moment and remembered the meditation room. It held water in the middle. Water can help her meditate, but she knew she wouldn't be able to touch it. She turned to Gwin. "In our dorm you'll be able to practice more, and you can try healing some of the scars I have... I would be a good test dummy."Okami gave a grin and listend to Gwin for a few more moments. She watched as Gwin picked the box back up and wanted to offer help, but to do what she wanted it wouldn't allow her. She sighed and pulled Gwin deeper into the forest, not wanting humans to hear what she was. "I used to be a water type creature.... I bits and pieces of the memory..."Okami shook her head and sighed in frustration. A big chunk of her memory had been missing, and only the ones when she was a water snake. She calmed down again realizing that it happens when her element is the opposite of the other. Okami eyes wander for a bit and zone in on the fishes. She yelps realizing they should go soon. Okami rushed over to Gwin and fixed the Kimono so the box would be covered. She pulled the hood over Gwin's head securley and took a couple of steps backs.  Okami closed her eyes and sighed as fire curled around her ankles and went up her body. She was engulfed for a moment, but the fire went out after a few seconds. When the fire is gone a white wolf with red markings is standing where Okami was. A green disk floats on the wolf's back with flames flowing off of it. The wolf turns it's dark eyes to Gwin. The wolf takes a few steps closer, compared to Gwin the wolf was huge. It's shoulders reached Gwin's and it's head towered over Gwin. The wolf nudged it's nose agianst Gwins back and layed down wanting Gwin to get on it's back. The disk of flames hovered away not wanting to touch Gwin. The wolf puppy barked at the giant wolf and climbed onto it's back. The puppy stuck out his tounge and wagged his tail as he waite for Gwin to get on. The giant wolf, Okami, fixes her big eyes on Gwin and tries to look as harmless as she could. With her size Okami didn't know if he would be afraid.

 Courtney was sitting down at a park bench, her head resting on her knees, her breathing weak. Another curse placed upon her was asthma, and it was bad, too. But she wasn't sure how to take care of it, so she would sit still and try to breathe the best she could until she was breathing successfully again. She was rather exhausted- or was that feeling light-headedness? Either way, she could really use a nap, but the school was such a long ways away from the park, and she couldn't breathe already. After resting her head for a little longer, she stood up and stretched, before looking around. She only had her bandages on, but it didn't seem to phase her, as she struggled to take a deep breathe and began walking down the sidewalk.

Logen was on his skateboard his headphones on,he was watching people as he passes them. Logen stopped by a bench and took a seat,he pulled out a drink and took a few sips then he seen a girl walking who was dressed in wrappings and with out thinking he stood up,as he did he kicked his skateboard up and carried it. Hey miss! He calls out to her as he tries to catch up to her.

Courtney stops, turning back to the stranger, blinking. Was he talking to her? She glances around her, before facing him again. "Can I help you, sir?" She brushes her bangs to side, watching him nervously. She glances at her back with her broken wings, making sure they were folded out of sight in the bandages she had for them. Folding them was uncomfortable, and kind of painful, but people would question her wings if they saw them. Maybe he was here to take her back to the lab. Was her freedom going to be taken from her? She hoped not.

Logen finely caught up to her and looks her over. Hey are you alright did some one hart you miss? He asks taking note that she had no cloths on and no one around them seemed to give a damn,but he did. He shrugged off his backpack then opened it and pulled out his yukata and holds it out to her. Here put this on. He says with a smile.
