Thank you, as uaul for the gift. However JUST a cat? Still a bloody expensive cat. Lavish yourself in beautiful things but you don't need to get me. It's really okay.

Prince had been sorting things out in his room, putting all his valuables in a safe away from possibly destructive grunnies - none had been there yet but it didn't hurt to be careful.
He had his sword with him, ready, just in case. But since most of the grombies were indeed their friends, there was no way he wanted to think about hurting any of them just yet - a cure would be much more preferential.
He wondered if Minty might have wandered into his thanking thread, so many people had been in there at different times but after he steadily walked in it was plain to see there was nobody here but grunnies. Oh, and Monster! "Hey Monster!" The brunette said enthusiastically, only taking in his stumbling form a little too late. "Oh s**t."
Xavier didn't even have to think about it, he just ran back into the hallway. A couple of grunnies had taken up chase, but he really hoped Monster wouldn't bother - not with his speed, even as a grombie he could still be faster. Prince had no idea, he wasn't hanging about to find out.

He led Arron along, they walked quietly, not wanting to draw any attention to themselves. He was only hoping Monster had got tired and moved along, there were grunnies in there too. Luckily the room they needed was just before it. He unlocked the door and slipped inside.
A grunny followed them, unknown to him and started chewing on some of the wires that were running along the walls. "I installed this because I thought one day we might need it to protect the guild from something in Gaia, I never thought we would be protecting Gaia from the guild." He sighed and ran his hands through his hair.
Xavier opened a small cupboard where there were many, many, keys. He grabbed a few and stuffed them in his pocket before taking a small silver one and inserting it into a lock beside a big, red button. Everybody loves a big red button. "Well, here goes nothing." He said and pushed it.
Immediately the sounds of cogs turning could be heard all over the guild as all the windows and doors were barred by great big metal shutters on the outside. They closed, locked in place, completely stopping anyone from the guild getting outside without breaking through the goddamn walls. Prince tapped in a quick five digit code. "The only person who can reset that is me so you better hope I don't die." He locked it and shoved the key in his pocket.
"As for the grombie thing -- woah!" Prince ducked as the grunny took note that there were two people in the room with it and dived for them, it collided with another wall and began chewing at the wires there, sparks flying everywhere. "s**t, s**t, s**t!" Prince yelled before the grunny bit between two cables, effectively electrocuting it - the smell of burning fur filled the room as the entire guild was plunged into darkness.
