Claudia Vesslia Striding over to Nyru, she didn't realize what would be in store for her. Adi arrived with sleep settled into the corners of her eyes and strands of hay descending from her dress in her wake. Before she could proper bid the gypsy a 'good morning', her companion spontaneously exuded his joy of freedom. Grabbing her head like an egg, he shook her frantically explaining how his parents bailed them out. However, the lessened notoriety of their deeds was still at a high rate because they haven't convinced the public of their innocents. Besides his guardians always inwardly suggested that Nyru shouldn't be influenced by Claudia rebellious personality. They never liked her and why should they? The archer had no worthy humble impressions to shower upon them, especially when she sat on her pedestal in front of them. The Land of Crows was probably relieved of her families administration and handed over to them as a desperate means of funds.
She wouldn't put it put it past her own flesh and blood to keep themselves alive by the skin of their noses. Lost in thought, the sudden appearance of an illuminating portal apprehended her attention. The stallions and mares behind the unmounted knights neighed and stomped their hooves in the soil in protect of the commotion. The men shooed them to spare the frighted creatures, and gazed in awe as figures materialized through the oval frame. The disc around the wormhole hummed as filling the clear air with a burning ashy smell. A burly silent male stepped over to their side, his attire pure black, and had weapons as menacing to match. Other characters, several woman and several men made their introductions over the top.
Nyru authorizes weren't to shy either; his father's black scraggly with aging strands of hair and tattooed insignia were the most distinguishable. His mother looked like a drill sergeant with her hair tied in a compacted bun and her ruby accessories as well as makeup made her unforgettable. Claudia crossed her arms and gave an inaudible sigh hoping to inch away from the exhilaration. She was waiting for some cut-throat comment from one of them only for her to reply with a nonchalant smirk. They did have the decency to release her sentence so gratitude was necessary. She bit her lower lip wondering if she make a remark or wait to be acknowledged if she ever is. Adi seemed outstanding by their glory, and they would praise her and accept her as one of their own. Oh well, you win some you lose some.

From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadowsNyru Statem
Now that all of the Occult group were through the portal, the magical disc of air and charred material seemed t swallow itself up as the slowly turning, tiny debris floated down to the flaw. Much of the knights in their armour bowed their heads as a sign of respect, and even Nyru had to admit he was slightly surprised by the honour they showed the Occult. Isabelle, however, was not surprised, the Occult were the reason that they were protected. Nyru's parents stood there for a second, looking around over the people before the burly man spoke up with what was almost a beast-like voice "You need not honour us, this is our duty" he cleared his throat afterwards, when their mother finally caught gaze at Nyru, Claudia, Isabelle and Adi. She smiled, with a dear curve to her lips as she made her way over rather quickly to his children, she couldn't help but only glance at Claudia before forcing a hug to her son. "Mum!" he said, opening his arms to embrace her too, he stood barely taller than her, and squeezes tight. She spoke properly and though feminine, she had that tone of voice that always warned off no-gooders. "It's been so long, Nyru. I would ask you how the Royal Guard is treating you but it would seem Darris got a little over confident" she said, pulling away from his, looking over his shoulder to Isabelle, who was already coming over for a bright hug too, she said "I trust you've behaved yourself too" "Nothing out of the usual for me, mother" she teased. "Anita!" came that big, earthy voice, he seemed to chuckle through his rough beard before adding "You're going to smother them" as he walked over to them. He then came over to speak with them too, just as Charles arrived and greeted them too, but Anita, their mother, had already noticed him. Whilst she began speaking with him she said "Nothing wrong with smothering, Aubus".
"I didn't realise you were coming" said Nyru, Aubus stood still then and replied "Well. It isn't every day my son and his partner are accused of murder. And the queen of all, Darris has some nerve attempting to rule Declasia's realm, and the guildeam wouldn't have anything to do with it." Nyru gave a thoughtful sigh as he pondered the Guildeam's decision, surely, they couldn't still be sour from the Burning Invasion. It wasn't their fault after all. Finally though, Nyru introduced Adi. "Oh, dad. This is Rur'Adika, she's been by our side the entire time" he looked pleased, giving a respectful shake of his head as it seemed he pondered how thankful he was. "Thank you for being so loyal" he said, looking to her in the eyes. He then looked to Claudia and said "And how are you, Claudia?" with a calm tone " Haven't been clashing with Isabelle too much?" eh almost joked. In truth, he was the nicer one out of the Statem parents, Anita was the most harsh to Claudia and always has been. Aubus has had his own secretive reasons to just dislike her, but he has been less and less obvious with it over recent years."
Anita was still speaking with Charles, over with the rest of the group. The rest of the Therians had started moving again, another group going out to train in Notchwood whilst others came back to rest shortly. The Casters were taken inside with Anita and Charles to the hall for preperations not long after, leaving Aubus to speak with his children, as well as Claudia and Adi, who he was very keen to catch-up with.

Like a gift from the heavens it was easy to tell. It was love from above that could save me from hell. She had fire in her soul, it was easy to see, how the devil himself could be pulled out of me. There were drums in the air as she started to dance, Every soul in the room keeping time with their hands. And we danced on into the night! ━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
Gazing over the group, her eyes curious and still slightly awed as she took in the rest of the group and the leading pair. There was certainly a presence about them, and Adi was curious on how this was going to be moving forward, working with the Occult. Oddly Adi began to realize she was a bit more of the third wheel in the group...the rest of her new friends having their connections to the Occult, while she...had been flung into the mess by circumstance.
Reeling in her thoughts as Nyru greeted his mother, Adi smirked a bit at the casual air of it. Though how 'Anita' merely glanced over and vaguely addressed Claudia, it was with an air of tense and disregard that caught the gypsy's attention. Neither did she care for it, but neither did she know why either; they appeared to be a loving family, and Aubus gave Claudia more attention and respect then his partner did.
Before she could think much else on the topic, she was being introduced to Nyru's father and mother. Her friend's words flattering her, and the thanks from Aubus in the end making her blush a bit and the freckles on her cheeks showing a bit more. Lifting her hand she played with a strand of hair out of nervousness.
"It's nothing, honestly..." she said with a smile though a nod accompanied it. "I did what any decent person would have done and helped where I could; which wasn't much."
With her introduction done, Adi gazed back at the rest of the dispersing group either to settle in or get straight to work.

Claudia Vesslia After the radioactive portal slowed and elapsed on itself, the armored crusaders bowed to the Occult and left. Debris swelled around the scene until Nyru's fathers voice delivered an echo of a valid honest opinion of how these soldiers should address them. The narrow female with lips as red as a rose took a gander over the collection of colleagues that her son and daughter had scrounged up. Embracing Nyru, she puckered her lush lips to make Claudia jealous or display disgust which was normal even if the blonde didn't return the gesture. She choose to be mature and she no longer wanted bad blood with the stubborn woman or her large masculine husband. The shadowmancer squeezed his mother, and she could she the sparkle of love and relief in his deep blue eyes. The Gothic sibling hugged Anita too and probably feeling that vibe of reuniting at last. Her husband advised her firmly to treat her own children more gently which his sincere laugh. She brushed the man's warning off as Charles walked out to introduce himself properly.
Nyru was still trying to cope with the fact that his parents are standing right in front of him. Aubus admitted how he couldn't fathom that Darris would assassinate the queen and take the throne. Although, she never though she would wake up one day and find herself being accused of treason. Luckily, they were spared from the torches and pitchforks. The gypsy was pulled out of the shadows and praised for her excellent performance so far which Claudia was proud for her. She deserved the admiration for risking her life to travel with the two rebels. The raven haired singer was more than flattered by tried to hid her flustered expression from the stronger warrior. A smile was bared inside his grisly beard even as she acknowledged the archer. She was to much of a coward to look him in the eyes and rubbed her arm uncomfortable trying to laugh at his humor.
"I'm alive, I guess. Me and Isabelle talk so I assume we're okay with on another." The woman swallowed roughly before glancing at him for a few seconds and then turning away again. "Do you know anything my parents? I mean, are they okay?" Her families relationships weren't stable, but as their daughter or inherenter, which is a better word, she was obligated to check on them. She wondered if they knew anything about Ruby and Team Exiler, but it sounds highly unlikely.

"Well" Aubus said "I thank you nonetheless, Rur'Adika". As for the archer, he saw the timidness she showed, it was unlike a girl of her personality, though Aubus was a very large and dominant, traditional man. He couldn't help but almost chuckled at her comment, he gave Isabelle a short glance when she said "We've managed to put our differences aside when we needed to" softly. He nodded as if to say 'not bad'. He knew that the two girls clashed, they always had. Even when Nyru and Claudia first met, Isabelle was very protective of her younger brother, not wanting any harm to come to him. Claudia was a threat to that protection, but Nyru always insisted she was a good person, maybe he was right. It would take a lot more to convince Anita on the other hand.
Aubus could feel Claudia's care for her parents, and felt obliged to calmly state "They're well. " quite simple, giving her a reassuring smile.
"So what actually happened?" asked Nyru. Aubus cleared his throat and faced his son, hands on hips he said "We got your sister's message, at first we weren't sure what we had power to do. But what are we meant to do whilst you and Claudia are sentenced to death? The Guildeam didn't want anything to do with the Land of Crows and what it could threat, that's the problem since the loss of a King, they feel impenetrable. The mighty Lands of Occulas, rulled by the Guildeam and the High Court. After a unanimous vote, the Occult was convinced that the Guildeam could not hold pwoer over us in this circumstance, and that for the greater good of both worlds we should itnervene" "So the Guildeam is just going to watch a former guild, once an ally, fall?! It's wrong!" "quiet now, Nyru. I didn't bring you up to over react like some scavanger of Bloodholme" Aubus stated firmly, giving his son a meaningful glare. After pausing for thought, Aubus continued, whilst making sure toa dress even ISabelle, Claudia and Rur'Adika. "The Guildeam have reasons to distrust our race and your guild. Though it is not our fault we must remember they only believe facts. They simply didn't believe Darris was a threat. But after explaining to them what has happened, the Injustira Syndicate and Castayu Del'yir have some bones to pick with him, something to do with his past endeavours. Anyway, the Guildeam is willing to help if we need it, but i very much doubt that will be needed. He won't see us coming, and you know how he fights. Oh, and they seemed quite interested in the fact that the Therians are back, actually. The blue guild wants to know where they're been and the syndicate seems apologetic" Aubus chuckled under his breath.
Nyru wasn't sure what to say next, that was a lot of information for him to understand. He didn't care all that much for the guilds, the conclave had saved the Guildeam more specifically Shard from the scarred and demon attack led by En'radial last year, and yet they still don't accept the guild into the Guildeam. HE also began to wonder when to menton the Black Jewel...

With his reinforced thanks, the gypsy smiled warmly and nodded again. A protective and loving father Aubus was, reminded Adi of her own and causing her to miss him. After all it had been a few years now since seeing him...and then Claudia bringing up her worry for her parents wellness. That sounded more complicated then the rest of their relationships, but Adi didn't press the issue, her thoughts on home at this point. However it was the bringing up of the Guildeam and politics that drew her away from her thoughts of home; music and prairie grasses.
It wasn't really her interest that was peeked at the conversation, however Zuriel's. Adi could feel his interest and curiosity over the topic, as if he was leaning forward eagerly within her mind and body. Though she didn't notice, never did, the slight glowing ring of gold shown around her pupils in her eyes.
By the end of it Adi was shaking her head. "Politics and your Guildeam are horribly confusing." Gypsies were no directly ruled by a Guildeam...they didn't have one, though there certainly one overlooking them Adi knew. Gypsy law however came first, and last typically; a Guildeam never had to get involved in some time as far as she was made aware of. They had their leader and that was who they answered to and kept the peace as well.
Mention of the Therians being back and the guild being apologetic brought her back once again from Adi's inner thoughts. "They should be..." she stated simply, a glimpse of her opinion on the matter as she gazed over the Wolf Village.

Claudia Vesslia Isabelle was sympathetic enough to vouch for her, appealing to Aubus' better nature. He nodded in sanctification, wind writhing through his straggly beard, and told her that her parents are secure. Claudia didn't have to worry about them so much, Ruby was the troublemaker in the family. Should she bring up her sister as well to test their memories? Everyone in the Land of Crows acted like she never existed after she was banished including herself. Past protocol is not the issue at the moment because Nyru wanted to more on to the near future. The blonde wanted to cross this point as much as he does, but time seems to be altered. Not surprising especially because of the Guildeam's policies to reject their services to the Land of Crows.
She had to side with Aubus. Why, because the old warrior was more familiar with politics than a group of easily deceived young adults. The shadowmancer spoke out of turn, but Aubus warned his son of the restraint he knew he possessed. However, all democracy fractions were somehow persuaded by Darris' obscene actions and have allowed them to summon them when needed. Nyru's father doesn't find it necessary to use them, but they can't be to reluctant about the idea. The Syndicate already know that the Therians are in hiding waiting for the moment to pounce so the Guildeam in general shouldn't be far behind? Adi should be proud of her lack of knowledge when it comes to the government because there was nothing to gain from it anyway. The gypsy wouldn't want the weight of their notions to invade her mind when she travels from city to city.
The girl sighed as she staggered over to her partner and placed a hand on his shoulder. "I'm so tired of this. At least when we die, the afterlife won't be a huge revelation. Anyway, Do you want to stay here or train for battle with me?"

First Adi gave her opinion about the Guildeam, Aubus couldn't help but chuckle and say "It's the most mundane topic. Luckily we don't have to worry about it too much in Non-Magic Earth". As he continued with his conversation with all of them, and Nyru being put back into his place, everyone was almost at the same understanding.
Claudia also expressed her boredom of the subject, Nyru was actually holding his face with his hands, stretching his cheeks like they were plastic. Isabelle watched and waited for Nyru to reply, and as he was about to say "Yeah, we can train for a-" "Afraid we don't have any time for sparring, Nyru" Anita announced, brushing between Isabelle and Aubus, Anita's daughter raising a brow watching the woman move through tot he other side of the group. She continued with her announcement when she turned around and said " We're moving out, now. Darris won't be expecting an attack during the day, and whilst there's less shadows for the conclave to use against us the better off we are". Aubus then asked "But what about them?" gesturing to Nyru and Claudia "They're the conclave too, they need the shadows" "I'm sorry you two, but with Darris controlling the Conclave of Declasia we can't let him have the upper hand. I know you're trained to deal with situations like this, as will they, but it will give us the advantage". Nyru sighed, it would be jsut their luck. But then he remembered the prince's mark and placed a hand over his other. He looked to Claudia as he remembered the powers they had, so perhaps they wouldn't be so neglected in the light of day. But some of Darris' men will have the same powers, according to the Prince of Crows.
"So" Anita said, brushing down her leather attire and pulling up a loose black hood from her shoulders. It sat neatly on her head, and her red lipstick stuck out like a fire. "I hope you don't mind battling alongside us, Rur'Adika?" she had a strict tone, Aubus then in that moment, almost in a bubbly sense of realisation of how stern Anita can be, added "I'm sure she'll be able to out-shine us". He spoke quieter after and said "I've heard what you can do" with a smile.
"And then you will help us take back Southmarch?" called Charles from ebhind Aubus, he stepped tot he side to reveal the young Therian. "I doubt that there's be much trouble there, but yes. We shall" Anita replied. The other Casters then arrived by Anita's side, they were all wearing their hoods and had their hands either cross or by their sides covering their weapons.

Not that she was judging to finding it unexpected, hearing the eagerness to train and go to battle, was perhaps a bit unsettling for Adi. As a gypsy and clearly untrained she tried to keep her nose and hands clean of such messes, but now she had no choice. Those around her used to it and trained for it, and seeing the masses of gear each Occult member wore certainly was intimidating and made her wonder just what they were rushing to meet.
"The shadows..." she murmured a little confused, wondering why Nyru and Claudia would need the shadows as the same as their enemies would. Adi still had a lot to learn about the Land of Crows and its people. The gypsy was about to ask further however, however Aubus had his attention on her now, and making a comment that quiet literally shook her and Zuriel in her head.
'He knows; leave me wondering just who else and what they are playing at...' Zuriel's words rang in her head in a warning and worried tone. Adi herself wasn't sure what this meant, but her expression of shock and worry was an honest one. "How...when..."
The questions were many as were the worries, but in the end Adi shut her mouth and held up her hands in a slight frustrated air. She didn't like being spied on, and she was pretty sure that's what it was, but she would deal with it. Instead Adi gave her answer of confirmation of helping.
"I'll fight and help where I can...don't expect me to be very useful though."

Claudia Vesslia Aubus knew how tedious politics could be and reassured Adi that it wasn't of substance. The gypsy probably brushed off the subject as they all did after trying to comprehend the confusing democracy. Nyru was trying to pull the stress out of his sore cheeks and was more that happy to train, however, time was at the essence. Anita registered herself by slipping in between her husband and daughter to make the plans of today crystal clear. The attack was going to advance now when Darris least expects it which is actually a brilliant idea. Right now, he has the responsibility of running the country over his shoulders and doesn't have time for fun and games. It was best not to argue with a Sergeant especially since she'll give you a good whipping to keep you in check if you do.
The two were advanced to stick to the shadows which was pretty obvious considering day light circumstances. Claudia glanced at the marking from the Prince and wondered how many soldiers bared the same emblem. What if they were severely out numbers and had to surrender in order to save everyone else? The blonde shivered and lowered her head as the mother readied herself for war. Nyru's father would confirm himself when he was set and organized.
Rur'Adika was informed on her extensive help, but she doubted herself to much. "Adi, your light is hope. If you want us to win then don't hold back." The archer stated plain and simple for her to understand. She wasn't weak in the magic department, but maybe her combat could be a little improved on. Charles would get his chance to shine after this ordeal was over because she wouldn't fail to keep her promise even if everyone else does.

Adi seemed slightly taken by what Aubus had said, Anita noted this and waited for he reply, Aubus all the while though was hoping Anita wouldn't go so far as to offend another of teir son's loyal companions. The gypsy then did come out with a reply, she didn't sound as though she was too confident about it though, and Nyru's heart for a moment wanted to sympathise with her, even Claudia spoke up in that moment before he could. In a way, it wa slike added pressure for the light bringer, but in others... it was an excuse for her to explore what she was capable of.
"Well then" Anita said, tightening a bracer. Aubus swiftly followed, standing by his wife's side and clearing his throat as if he was a charming young fellow. "We'll be heading off then, uh" he looked over Nyru's shoulder and added "Charles. Presuming you're men are ready too?" "Yes sir, they're as ready as they'll ever be" he looked to his men surrounding nearby, and they raised their gauntleted fists as a sign of their culture. "For Zurakkis!" one man yelled fromt he crowd. In that moment, when many of the others repeated him with a shout of hope, Nyru realised they were willing to aide and sacrifice themselves in order to help the Land of Crows be retaken, and to then go on a reclaim their own homeland. Therias won't just be a part of the Land of Crows that everyone forgets, it will be a thriving community once again. Isabelle could only hope as she stared on at them that they all survive. But of coarse, who would be expecting an army, though smaller than most, of vengeful Therians?
Anita nodded and said "Then you may lead the way". Charles then commanded his troops and group by group the few with horses and many by foot marches out towards the outskirts of the make-shift town. The women and children stayed behind... but Nyru did note one or two woman amongst the ranks. HE was intrigued to get to know the Therians in their home... they're like a lost community, lost to history. It must have been what the City of Crows was like to Occulas, when the Daywalkers were suddenly back and showing themselves... invading all the cities to protect them from the oncoming Scared. The confusion was worth it in the end. Nyru gave the others a look, to each of them, and began walking with the others.

With everything seeming to be said and done at this point, it was clear that Anita was eager to get going. Her husband and son catching on quickly to that, and everyone else following. Charles as well wasn't far behind with the cries from the wolves.
Adi found the cries slightly chilling, giving her shivers. Though far from being compared to their animal counterpart...these cries still had the nature of that animal...least to her. So nodding, the gypsy turned away from the group and stared at the barn where she knew Crox was waiting.
"Let me get my horse and I'll be ready myself."
Walking away, her hair tossing in the light wind, only when she was fare away did she finally speak aloud. "Zuriel...what do I tell them? They know of the power being bonded to you gives me, but not the actual source."
There was a pause before the Angel spoke. "Tell them nothing...clueless is probably best. Within your human body I am fragile; easily beaten and far easier to capture and manipulate. I don't distrust them...but neither do I trust them. Caution is our best source of action."
Adi found it rather calculative and thoughtful, it surprised her, but it really shouldn't. An Angel was a being that was superior in many ways, intelligance and strategy being only two. Sighing to herself, she nodded and found herself in the barn shortly after and pulling her horse from his stall.
Croix was eager by the sight of his slight prancing. Chuckling softly, the gypsy knowing they were headed into battle knew a dress, well long dress wouldn't be well suited. Quick about it, Adi changed into tight fitting but light leather trousers, over it were a few half skirts, and layering belts that held pouches and nick-knacks already suited her battle. Her bloused was loose and comfortable for easy movement however, still tight that it didn't get in the way either. A black leather cincher was around her waist to be a slight means of armor; gypsy armor as it were as gypsy kind rarely did battle or fought. Heavy and high reaching boots up to just below her knee were on her feet and gloves on her hands. All of this in the colors of a deep emerald green and black, with hints of gold and cream.
"Rest of my assortments can be attached while traveling," she said softly to herself and gracefully flung herself into the saddle and came out of the barn at a steady trot.
"Shall we get going then? We have a city to save."
((onward to the city!))

No room left to move in between you and I. Our voices rang like the angels sing. We forgot where we were and we lost track of time, And we sang to the wind as we danced through the night. And we danced on into the night!

Claudia Vesslia Anita was more than ready and if no one else was she would start the march anyway. There's no time like the present, Claudia noted to herself seeing Aubus agree with his wife. The man was incapable of his own thoughts of course, he just knew the woman's plan was a reasonable choice. He asked Charles if the troops were set, and by the obvious standing around and waiting for orders they were ready. All members hailed a salute to some force or God named, Zuarakkis before going into individual groups. The archer would refer back to the hope rising shout later with Nyru or the mustached savior himself.
Adi left to retrieve her horse and Nyru and her watched the battlement trot off ahead of them. Woman and children waved from the side lines while wishing their loved ones luck and a safe return. These people didn't look like violent warriors, but her suitors riding skills and strategy tactics would suggest other wise. Onwards to the settlement! (It's short. I'm sorry. I couldn't find anything to say. I'm sure my next post will be better.)

"Welcome to your life There's no turning back Even while we sleep We will find you"
Ȥσltaᾗ Ӎaues ☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰☰ "Acting on your best behavior Turn your back on Mother Nature Everybody wants to rule the world"
"It's my own design It's my own remorse Help me to decide Help me make the most of freedom-"
Notchwood was calm and quiet, the evening was coming and many of the Therians still here as their army marches west for the City of Crows were... easy to avoid or... dispose of. Nearby in the shallow darkness of the trees and the lowering orange sky an oval portal, humming and singing as it ripped open, gave life to two people. First, Zoltan Maues walked through, he took a deep breath of the fresh air as he passed through and stretched his back. As Dorian passed through too, Zoltan ignored the pain going through his spine. The sacrifices of using the Demonaria's stronger magic wasn't that bad... some might think. As sacrificial as it was, he didn't fear never being able to turn back into his human form. He did however find that the end of the book was rather... abrupt. It seemed like there should have been more.
He felt as if it were beginning to mention something of a new world, a plane of existence of demons and magical artefacts. But it was so brief... so... unimportant to the rest of the boo he has shrug it off.
Looking around and closing the glowing portal behind him with the snap of his fingers he crossed his arms and looked around. They were only a few feet away from one of the outside buildings to the temporary encampment made by the Therians and their young to live in. "So... there's a whole village here now?" he asked himself. Looking over his shoulder to Dorian he rolled his eyes and said "You wouldn't have happened to studied the area and who's here, would you Dorian? I can't imagine who would wanna live in a forest of ... " he placed a finger on a tree beside him as let it drag down along the bark and then over it's corner, "square... trees..."
The Black Jewel must be around here somewhere, and it looked as though there weren't many people here to guard it. How fortunate. He had expected humans, as far as he was concerned, to be more wary of such an object. Though he was none-the-wiser to know this place was full of a bunch of mutts. Clueless, perhaps. Secluded on an unknown land for so many years they wouldn't have ever experience the affects of the Jewels... or would they?
"-And of pleasure Nothing ever lasts forever Everybody wants to rule the world" "There's a room where the light won't find you Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down When they do, I'll be right behind you So glad we've almost made it So sad we had to fade it" ~Everybody wants to rule... the world ~

Stepping through the rip in space essentially from their dark an icy fortress to the forest and wildlife here, Dorian quickly began looking around to gauge his surroundings. There wasn't much to see aside from said wildlife and the village that had sprung up in the middle of it by the look of things. In the center of a secluded 'square' tree forest. Notchwood....the area didn't have a lot on it as far a Dorian's memory went. Zoltan's question of any research, Dorian couldn't help but raise a brow. "When was there time to do that Master?" he stated simply, not sarcastic or condescending but rather a simple obvious question. "I may have a way to figure that out relatively quickly however..."With that simply stated, Dorian took a breath and closed his eyes and as if water was rolling down his body from his head down, his human appearance melted away gradually. As if he was beneath a shower head and all his human husk and clothes were nothing but wet paint on his body. It wasn't long before Dorian was sanding in his half beastly human form, wings and all. Ruby eyes slowly opened, and the apprentice took in a depth breath that filled his lungs and expanded his chest. For two reasons, one as a way to relax, being in his human form felt as if his skin was too tight and just uncomfortable enough that he noticed it. The other was to smell the air, taking in just what was on the wind for him to smell, and Dorian was genuinely surprised. "Interesting...the Jewel wasn't the only thing thought gone and nothing but a myth. I smell wolf Master Zoltan...Therian, this is a Therian village." Lifting one hand that held his pendulum, Dorian stared and didn't even speak the words in order to cast the simple but highly effective spell to find what they were searching for. An the little trinket spun around before a particular corner lead the way towards the village. "A village of Therian that is housing the Jewel...our day is turning out to be very interesting indeed." ◑__________________●__________________◐
