Being raised by parents that loved him would seem to be awesome, however after his mother's death, his father would constantly knock him around and put him down. Most of the time he seemed more like a bully than a parent. As he grew into a young man, his father continued his abuse. Rin couldn't take it anymore, he ran away not finishing his training. Rin met a boy named Kairu and a girl named Masami, they all decided to train together and become stronger. Their goal was to start a Magic Guild that would be seen as the strongest guild in the world. They wondered around and did jobs that were posted on public boards. Rin fell in love with Masami, but Masami was more interested in Kairu. They became rivals without even knowing it, when Masami told Kairu something she liked Rin would try to do it even better. Kairu was able to use a lost magic, it granted him the ability to walk through solid objects by breaking the objects and himself down to a molecular level and passing through the object, it also allowed for attacks and such to just pass through him. It was a dangerous Magic for if he used it to much it would slowly break down his organs and cause them to fail. Masami on the other hand had a different Lost Magic, she had the ability to effect the senses of those around her. She could also cancel the effects if they are caused to someone she didn't want to harm. They traveled and lived as a family, each of them protecting the other with their lives, they all became extremely close. As they traveled together and completed quests they became stronger, they were seen as a threat to some but they were sought after for years in hopes they would join a guild. Each offer was rejected by Kairu considering he was self appointed leader of the group. They didn't attack the guilds or anything, rather they just went on living together not wanting to get involved with a guild. At least not until they were ready to start their own guild.
They traveled and grew together, they all became very powerful, and together they were nearly unstoppable. At the ages of 18 they ventured out to a town claiming to be terrorized by a Dragon, they shoved it off as a monster resembling a Dragon since it had been years since a Dragon had actually shown itself. Rin Was the only one who believed it could be true, considering he had seen a Dragon, he was fully aware of their existence. As they entered the village they all talked to the locals gathering information to continue the job, without a guild to back them up they found it difficult to get information out of the villagers. They were seen as just three weak Mages unable to be accepted into a guild, but that was far from the case, in fact they were invited to a few guilds but passed on the offer. They explored and found a few clues pointing towards the story being true, however it seemed unlikely that it would be a Dragon despite the evidence. Soon the Dragon attacked the village once again this time the three Mages were ready to defend the village, Rin put up a wall using his Gravity Magic and Masami forced the Dragon's pain receptors to overload as he crashed into the wall. The dragon hit the ground and Rin realized it was Terredon, at first he told them to stop, but Terredon got up and began attacking Kairu who easily avoided being hit with his magic. Terredon started getting aggravated when he realized in the group was Rin, accusing Rin of wanting to kill him to become more powerful Terredon attacked the group once again. The Dragon proved to be extremely powerful, in fact they were unable to cause much harm to the Dragon. The fight raged on and after countless attempts the three were unable to defeat the Dragon, Kairu's body began shutting down, Masami went to his aid and stopped the pain from effecting him. Rin held off Terredon so Masami could help Kairu, however Terredon went straight past Rin and killed both Masami and Kairu in one mighty roar. Rin turned to see his friends die, this only added fuel to the fire or in other words only made his hatred for Terredon grow. Rin attacked Terredon with a new class of attacks, shredding Terredons limbs one at a time, eventually Terredon's body was rendered useless. Rin stood over the Dragon and with no fear or regret in his eyes sent a final attack towards the Dragon, a gravity that would strike fear in even the more menacing Dragons. As the gravity in the area increased around Terredon each bone pierced through his scales as if they were all trying to escape, as the dust faded away Rin walked from the battlefield and collected his reward. Shortly after the battle Rin traveled to the first place the three met, he then gave them a proper burial and said his goodbyes.
Rin traveled alone for a year, his power reached a level that he was unaware even existed. However it wasn't to far of a stretch since he had never really been in a guild to see how powerful Mages really were, that and the only few people he had seen using magic was his friends and a few enemies that they faced in their journeys. He felt as though he was unmatched, that was until he met a few people just as strong as himself. He has since spent 14 years raising up the ranks in Sabertooth, enjoying his new life he still thinks about his old friends and wonders what his life would be like now if they hadn't have died. He is determined to become even stronger and teach the next generation how to become strong and hopefully lead them on the right path. His biggest goal now is to make a mark on the world, one that will be nearly everlasting, and have his name and legacy talked about years after he is dead and gone. He still wants to be a great leader of a guild, but for now he will continue to grow and meet new people, hopefully gaining new friends and building a reputation for himself as a Mage. It isn't far fetched to believe that someday he will accomplish his goals and dreams, but until the day he does he will continue to live his life out as a leader.
