“I cast the first vote Krishna, do you really feel that -I- am small minded?” he arched an eyebrow. "What the devil you think she did to strike first would be rather –interesting- to know, as the only thing I can think of was…Before the cards were handed out.”
He shook his head slightly, he might not have paper but he'd remember the behavior to be sure.
He turned and gave a small tip of his head to Vanya. “Don’t worry…you’ll not find yourself a Youma if I can help it.” He reached and almost but didn’t ultimately touch her shoulder with more than the tips of his fingers before he let his hand drop again.

Sawyer, who had been uncharacteristically silent thus far because he was busy filling his face up with food and alcohol--were those cheeks getting a little pink?--threw himself onto the cushion nearest Porsha after returning from a potty break.
"Such is my confidence that Porsha is a good little villager," he announced, "and such is my confidence that Krishna's acting suspicious as s**t, that I'm voting we lynch Po. Because I know nothing will come of it."

Boaz would have to be blind to not notice the tension that had quickly built up as the discussion went on and people started casting their votes as to who they should lynch by the end of this round. He didn't quite see the hurry in making his decision just yet, especially with how the odds were already stacked greatly against Krishna, very much preferring to scrutinize what they had to go with by far before coming to his own conclusions.
"Before the game itself? What do you mean?" It was a start albeit a small one and it could go either way really depending on what the other man chose to share. Inclining his head towards Makayla who was beside him, he gave her a small smile. "Pleasure's mine Makayla. Looks like the first round's almost pretty much determined before I even have the chance to cast my vote."

One of Ever's fingers was thrust toward Boaz all the same, though, accompanied by a wink. "Haven't you heard that every vote counts, though? Even if it seems meaningless, I'm going to insist you vote eventually, before the decision's totally made." He wiggled his eyebrows. "After all, they need something to judge you based on, next round..." baby_gwing plz vote! You only have about 5 hours left. XD

"Strike first?" Porsha scoffed, leaning around Vanya to loft a brow at Krishna. "Last I checked, Richard and I were friends." Hell, they'd even gone out once, and the evening had ended on a very good note. She rolled her eyes. Vanya's sudden flush earned her an odd look, but but attention didn't linger on the other woman. It swiveled rather quickly to Sawyer as he cast his vote, and she rolled forward so she could make a grab for his hand. If she managed to catch it she'd reel him in so he was seated beside her, and she could use his shoulder as a pillow. "You've been awfully quiet."

Richard saw Ever move to stop him and the red-head ducked away from the touch, though his reply made it clear that he wasn't ignoring him. "Two beers, coming up."
He heard Porsha's comment and flashed her a glass smile, before grabbing three bottles and moving to stand next to Krishna, handing him the beer he brought and keeping the other two for him. 'Maybe not friends anymore, if this night keeps up like this.'
He nodded to Boaz, before opening the first of the two beers and downing it. "Make your vote... are you with the in-crowd or will you stand on your own two feet?"

"Fair enough." Boaz gave a nod to acknowledge Ever's reminder of the game rule, a thoughtful expression on his face as his gaze went to Richard and the bottle he had in his hand. The older redhead's behaviour seemed a little off this evening, his usual candidness somewhat strained but he wasn't sure if it was from the way the game was going or due to other things that occurred even before he came to the party itself.
He took a deep breath and sighed, his decision made on the matter since he was plainly running out of time plus it wasn't his intention to disrupt the game through his own unwillingness to vote. "Since it won't be fair if I cast my vote without anything concrete to base on, mine will just have to go to... myself for now."

Makayla glance at Boaz, arching a brow over his vote. It wasn't something she was expecting, but she said nothing. Giving a small tug to her long sleeve, she pulls up the neckline a little. Instead of actually sitting, she lays across her cushion, feet up as she plays with the ring on her ring finger. She wish Caleb was here, but settled with trying to have fun on her own for once.
Giving Boaz a small smile, she just shakes her head at him. Leaning forward, she whispers to him "Your crazy, plain and simple." she meant it in a way to be silly.
Turning her eyes on the others, she crossed her arms under her chest as she waits.

Ever flicked a look around the group, holding his breath for a moment -- just a moment -- to see if any last minute votes would trickle in. Then he shrugged. "So be it, then. Seven votes for Krishna, three votes for Porsha, two votes for Richard, and one...suicide." This was said with an arched eyebrow at Boaz. Disapproving, perhaps. "I'll call it, then. Krishna, I'm sorry, but your fellow villagers have broken into your house and hauled you out to hang you in the public square. You are dead now, which means you won't be able to participate in any way after this point." A pause. "Except for one thing. If you want to act out your death scene, then you get this one last chance. Just do it without saying anything, because the dead and the dying can't speak." Absently, he reached out to take Krishna's card and flip it over for all to see. With this simple motion, he shows that Krishna is a villager, and they have just lynched one of their own. "He won't turn to a wolf when he dies, to your horror. And now night approaches. Heads down everyone." ________________________________________ OOC: Sorry this is a bit early, but I gotta go to bed, and everyone's votes were in! Quicksilver the Archangel Sorry Quick, but Krishna is now dead. I'm giving you the opportunity to RP out a death scene IC if you'd like, so as to pad out your word count and make sure you have the required 450, if you don't already. However under no circumstances should you say anything in your death scene. It's a dramatic, fun thing for you to do, not a way to give extra information! EVERYONE ELSE -- Night approaches. Werewolves and the Seer will receive PMs shortly. The next day round will begin in about 24 hours. If you'd like, you can RP putting your heads down now.

Sorry, Vanya mouthed to Krishna as Ever called it. She was slightly more sorry when she saw Krishna was a villager. But there was nothing she could do now, and she put her forehead on her knees again to wait for the end of night.

Makayla arches a brow, when the card was revealed. With a small shake of her head, she folds her arms in front of her. Resting her head face down, she close her eyes for good measure.
Time to wait out the night.

Richard was not surprised by either the outcome of the first vote, nor Krishna's innocence. He gave a huff, waving his bottle about and looking towards the ones that cast their vote on his friend and pointing to them with an accusing finger. "Murderers, the lot of you... should be ashamed! Ashamed!"
He knew he wasn't making any friends here, and oddly enough, that was... okay with him. He flashed his now dead friend a smile, before gathering his drink and lowering himself to the ground as asked. "Don't worry, innocent villager... I'm sure I'll be joining you soon enough, assuming suicide here doesn't skip in front of me..."
And so Richard put his head down, as asked.

"Better this way than to point my finger at anyone when we only have so little to work on at this point." Boaz whispered back to Makayla with a smile then got up to politely excuse himself and get a refill of the ice water he was having.
He spared a moment to offer both Richard and Krishna an apologetic look at the outcome of the voting as soon as it was announced by Ever, observing what seemed to be a disapproving look on the game master's part while he nodded a few times to himself, chuckling good naturedly at Richard's words and reference to his suicide vote. He was probably right. It would be a miracle if the both of them weren't picked off by the next round or two. He did not see any point at all in guilt tripping the others and chastising them for their erroneous decision, choosing to remain silent and let his head drop down as he waited patiently for the cue that would signal the beginning of the next day.

You might join him, you might not, though I wouldn’t criticize Boaz too harshly, you seem to have your own brand of suicide going on here, or a rather flailing attempt at it.”
Zac laughed quietly as he rested his head on his knees. This was really ridiculous, to think he’d expected more of the officers gathered to act with, oh, call it dignity. It gave him time to listen, at least, not that he didn’t suspect ever wasn’t clever enough to stop at extra places in the room to throw him off.
But it also gave him time to think, not just about the game for better or worse.
