Lucky tried digging around again but all he could find this far from the ocean was, inexplicably, soap.
He felt too gross at this point to question the safety of beach soap and accepted the heavenly gift.

Beach combing was a nice change of pace. Sure it was dangerous to hang around too long, but with rations so few it was nice to actively help himself. Otto dug around here and there, enjoying the peace and quiet in his secluded dig spot.
Aaaah. These days of actual sunlight! He's bask in it as long as possible.

Stay away from the beach, they said. It was dangerous, they said.
Bah! Abbi... Well ok she didn't look danger in the face and laugh, she more kind of... Skirted toward the edges of danger, waited until it wasn't looking and looted its pockets before she ran away.
Which was exactly how she approached the whole scavenging in the beach thing she'd heard about. Not that she had actually talked to anyone directly, much closer to eavesdropped on people and then hustled her way on over to the beach. Sand seemed to be following her all over the Island, which given the fact that hey it was an island only made sense, but it seemed more pervasive now than usual. What was surprising was that she hadn't found any seashells yet, but that situation was quickly rectified when she discovered not only a pretty seashell but a bar of soap underneath it.
Jackpot.

In unison they dove for the shining object in the sand. But while Jack had long legs and an athletic background, Stormy had something called hidden rage fueling her, which was just enough of an edge for her to nab the item before he did. Immediately she yanked it out and rolled away, popping to her feet as he scrambled for purchase.
"Mine," she said simply, dusting it off and leaving him be. The less contact she had, the better.
Jack just scoffed.

Dakota blinked as he saw a familier brunette on the field, heading over to Nevada.
"Looking for something Nevada?" The moon hunter picked up a seashell, noticing something.
At the same Time, Nevada's trained eye focused on it too, grinning.
"Yep. Think I found something Handsome." She returned, trotting off.

Dakota watched Nevada go, leaving her to the whatever she found and instead focused on... MORE SOAP!!! He could stockpile this. Nevada on the other hand was walking away from the beach with a bag of the devil's drink...Coffee. Maybe Stormy would want it. Dakota get: Soap and Seashell Nevada get:

Seemed that beachcombing was the thing to do so who was Land to pass up a chance to root around and find something in the sand? He nudged a pile with his foot, glancing around.
