A fluffy ruff around the neck and chest, basically more fluffy hair
A rosary bead necklace glowing and levitating around the neck like in the reference. It seems to work best to attach the chopstick by lengthening the strings and repositioning the chopstick slightly.
Nine fox tails, arranged in some way that you can at least see some of each tail. You can arrange them in any fluffy or elegant way you'd like, so long as it looks perty.
