He was looking out the windows as well, letting the fact he was in London sink in and taking a deep breath that he was doing something exciting that wouldn't wind up harming him physically or mentally. It was a safe adventure in terms of what he'd done in the past. It was also time away with just Rin.
Leaning over across Rin's lap, he looked up at the building and smiled. "Wow. That's a hotel? Looks good." He leaned forward to inform the taxi driver that this was a good place, and hoped it wouldn't be packed.
Stepping out, he grabbed the bags and gestured for Rin to lead the way. The inside matched the outside, with details of being made in a much earlier time, with marble floors and columns, and flowers setting on the counter as he checked them in 1 of the suits that was still available.
Letting Rin take the key, they took the elevator, a old thing that was rather small with a gate, and were lifted up to the top floor. At their door, he let Rin open as his hands were full.

Rin reached to rub the very edge of Melvin's earlobe as he reached across her lap for the view. "Good choice." She smirked down at him before the moment ended and they were shuffled out of the vehicle and to their room. She swiped one of their key cards and opened the door. As old as the bones to this place was, it followed technologically. A concept that carried inside the room. Large TV, adjustable bed, and spa tub with jets aside, the room looked clean enough to eat off the floors and had a crisp clean scent of linens accompanied by dulled bleach.
It was perfect.

He hadn't expected her to even bother touching him, and he nearly jumped as his earlobe was touched. It was ridiculous to think he'd even be this startled and flustered by such a little touch, but he blamed the environment to his over-sensitivity.
If that hadn't already made him a bit warm under the collar, being brought into a room that was cool, crisp, neatly organized, cleaned, and had the faint smell of fabric softener and bleach was enough to make him weak in the knees. Was it possible to consider a room sexy?
Dropping the bags to the side, he looked around, eyes wide and mouth slightly agape as he checked the rooms, impressed by the detailed cleaning. "This place is awesome." He commented in almost hushed tone, looking at her. The Melvin seal of approval was being stamped everywhere, and it made him want to stay in this room more than ever.
Moving over, he wrapped his arms about her and lifted her up a bit, turning her about as he walked around the room. "So, should we stay a while or head out to the zoo?"

"My vote is stay awhile," Rin's arms loosely encircled Melvin's neck, fingers twined together at the nape of his neck as he held her up.

He stopped, aware of the room and finally being off the island. "We can be as loud as we want." He said, as if the idea just dawned on him. There would be repercussions like stupid gossip and people mentioning it later. None of these people in this hotel mattered. They could do whatever they wanted and no mission would interrupt them.
Rin his arms, he pushed the door to the bathroom and looked at the spa tub. It was massive, and one they could easily share. The vote was in. They were not leaving this hotel for a while.

Rin winked at him, "We can do anything." Nooope they weren't leaving any time soon at all.

He laid, warm and content, in the comfort of clean sheets and a warm body, letting fingertips trail through lightly damp curls. Their plates, a elegant lunch, were left cleaned on the nightstand, and there was nothing but the sound of birds (a rare sound that wasn't herd on the island), their breathing, the rustle of fabric, and the distant, muffled noises of a city teaming with ordinary people far away.
He could sleep here, wish he had a artifact like the Horsemen to stop time, and live a moment forever and even.
As it was, time was passing, and he wanted to make sure they spent plenty of time enjoying it.
"Hey....want to head out?" He looked down at the mop of black curls. "...we could catch a movie if you don't want to do the zoo." Movies were romantic...as long as the darkness didn't invite monsters.
