"I am Aurora," she says in a soft and quiet voice, accepting his hand and shaking it lightly. "I really don't think it is such a good idea to head over in that direction. something bad is happening, I can feel it. The yellowish glow is from some kind of explosion. I feel there are people in need of help but at the same time I feel that going off in that direction is going to get us both killed." Aurora says this a bit more firmly, nervously looking at the direction of the lights. Something not right was defiantly going on over there, but she couldn't see that far to see what exactly it was. Aurora wraps her arms around herself, shivering slightly at the thought that death could be right around the corner. The was nothing within her that was telling her that there could possibly be a good reason to go in that direction. Yes, she could heal anyone who was injured, but at the same time was it really worth dying. She could feel the call of those who needed assistance, but she knew that nothing good was over there. "Maybe is another way, Mister Kain."

"Association of what?!"
Wyndom called back, trying to help play along. He knew the guards would be listening closely, so he and Grants would have to be careful. Luckily the guards left them alone for now, though - they'd have to be quick. Lowering his voice to just above a whisper, Wyndom would quickly fill Grants in on the situation, letting him know that somehow the council was involved.
"...So look, I have a rough idea of how I will get out of here, but having an inside man while we're all fugitives would be our best course of action. You might not like what all is going on, and you'll like my plan even less...but you have to trust me! In a moment I'm going to subdue you and make my escape, it'll shock you a bit, but the paralysis won't last long and it will give you some form of credibility with the authorities - at least for awhile. Hopefully you don't need to get anymore mixed up in this, but if you do look for one of the orbs in Kira's room - you should be able to keep in touch with us that way. Especially if you need to escape. Ready?"
If Grants had no further questions or advice, Wyndom would prepare to give him a small jolt of electricity.
"Start calling out when I should go - pretend like I resisted and you need backup, and then I'll hit ya, haha..."
Wyndom didn't like doing this, but it'd work out much better if they had some form of mole inside of Heaven while they were away. He couldn't risk staying here any longer - he just hoped that Kira was still busy in Hell and they could find him before he returned to all this mess.
"Great hope has no real footing unless one is willing to face into the doom that may also be on the way."

Inferno was waiting to feel his opponent's energy signature be obliviated but after his atomic blast exploded off in the distance he could still feel the angel's presence. Then he heard Kira announce that he wanted them all to be spared. Inferno had no plans of letting any of his opponents keep their lives. With a swift swing of his arm, the molten lava dragon's head clamped shut as it continued to pull it's self out of the wall while the wall was morphing to become part of the lava dragon's being. It's wings sprouted, immediately giving it the ability to fly. With haste, it hovered above the already scourged ground and took off towards the angel who Kira had thrown out of harm's way.
Inferno could now see everything including David's magnificent ice barrier. The beacon's light would struggle to pass through it which meant the angels trapped with them were in serious trouble. The angel in front of Inferno had dropped his weapon when Kira had thrown him out of the way. He quickly picked himself up to look over it when Inferno's lava dragon's jaws slammed shut on him. The lava beast quickly took to the sky before doing a back flip straight into a dive-bomb. In a vicious display of destructive power, the dragon corkscrewed into the ground slamming the angel first before the dragon's body followed into an explosion. It was large enough to give off a violent shockwave. If the impact didn't kill the angel then the explosion would have.
The officer who had called in reinforcements watched helplessly as one by one his fellow angels were being picked off. He turned to see the one with the greatsword fall to the ground with no sign of movement and then turn to see an explosion from the dragon beast kill the other one. The only one left was the one with two rapiers which appeared in front of Kira. he had no idea that his comrades had already fallen to the enemy. The angel threw up his arms as his wings extended out fully releasing a blinding light in attempts to blind Kira before the angel flew towards him to make a quick kill. A swift flick of the wrist is all that would hopefully be needed. If Kira let this happen, his head would be cut off while the other blade would attempt to stab him in the chest.
The angel officer finally dissipated the beacon finally realizing it was useless. He would face David now. Extending his arm outwards towards David, light would gather before piecing together a bow out of nothing but light strains. The bow would then flash solid as he placed an enchanted arrow to fire. His eyes waited to meet David's before firing, his breathing slowed and his focus directly on his target. The arrow launched from the bow upon the release, spiraling light energy radiated off of the tip. The arrow greatly picked up speed before the entire arrow flashed.
To anyone else it disappeared from sight but to someone who could see it, it was moving at half the speed of sound. David would need to act fast if he wanted to stop such an incredible attack.

"Yes, you're right. I dislike this plan but..I dislike what the Council is doing even more. Keeping in touch with your group discretely is all I can ask for. So I'll play the part for now..." His voice was kept lowered until he took a deep breath.
"You scum!! I've had enough of you! " Grants would bellow, quickly reaching for his white bladed katana. He would draw, slower than normal lest he cut into Wyndom and his aim would falter by will. But with a well timed block, Wyndom would be able to guard and follow through with his plan. Before the shock would come though, Grants would whisper, "The Council is very keen, mind you! Be careful my friend.."

I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION [!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!] Watching everything happen so fast, Heaven's forces were no match for the two men that came with him, was this some how a mistake he wondered, did he make the wrong choice? right now, it seemed like it was, but at the same time, he was sure it was the right one, even if he is removed as a vanguard of heaven. "Dammit...how did it come to this!" Glaring towards the angel as it rose it's sword, Kira knew all about the angelic tactic's used in combat, and he himself had an answer for it. Quickly pulling his goggles over his eye's as the flash of light blurred the area, the angel would be charging for him! The angel would make for the flick to the head and the impale to the gut, but for him it wouldn't go nearly as planed. "As much as i enjoy being a vanguard, my loyalty is to Lucas, not you clowns!" along the goggles the lens would be that of dragon eye's their customized model refined and created using dragon eyes themselves, lowering most light to where he can see perfectly in bright or dark areas, as his eye's do not carry that trait. Forming his hands into fist quickly, he would step forward and off to the left of the angel to duck under the attack at the neck, and to stop the thrust early by extending his left hand, the wind forming into a extended fist, visible as the wind changed to a blueish color. The wind fist or Kira's wind shape, would prevent the thrust to the gut, but now he, the angel had another problem. "Take a nap!" Flames burst from Kira's right fist as he would take another step forward to increase the power of his punch right into the stomach of the angel, but he wasn't gonna stop there if the angel just staggered, course if is the word. If he did stagger, Kira would not waste even a second to throw another punch to the face, with his left hand connecting with the right cheek, and right after he would open his right hand to grab the face of the angel, if everything went as planed, Kira would lift the angel off the ground and slam him right back into it, head first to knock out the guard, Kira did not wanna take life unless it was the last resort. Course this is if all the action's went on without hindrance, but even if the guard made a counter attack, he'd have a warm welcome waiting for him. Wyndom wasn't quite expecting Grants to draw his sword, but one of his signature stakes flashed in his right hand as he quickly executed the desired block. His left hand sizzled with electricity.
"Thank you. I'm sorry, friend.."
His hand stretched out to connect to Grants face, the easiest place to knock him out without serious damage. The yell, clatter of his weapon falling to the floor, and possible gurgled cry of shock from Grants would definitely bring the guards back into the room swiftly, but Wyndom was prepared.

Kain would pause - he wasn't able to sense energies, but obviously she could. Looking from her back towards the distance, Kain would sigh. "We could get lost if we try to hustle it to somewhere else - obviously life is in that direction." Shaking his head, Kain would shift his weight from leg to leg as if he was pacing in place. "Alright, what're you thinkin', then?"

Aurora looked back towards where she had seen the lights in the distance. Kain was right, what other choice did they have. If they walked off in a different direction what were there chances of survival. Going toward the lights were ultimately their best options, even if they made her uncomfortable.
"I'll follow your lead. If you think we should go that way then I will be right behind you," She said giving him a small smile. She needed him, and he seemed like he knew a lot more than she did at this particular moment, so it was probably in her best interest to trust him.

The mage could see it all happen, but couldn't do a thing because of the chance that he could hit Grants. With Grants now out of the way, the Mage would point his staff in Wyndom's direction before releasing an orb of energy that would have similar effects to that he had done to the doors earlier. With all the ruckus, the rest of the guards were quick to charge towards the door - anxious to get at Wyndom before he could escape!

I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION David chuckled to himself. These warriors were so honest, that he almost admired them. The officer made it plain that he understood that using the beacon any longer was useless, and that David now had his undivided attention. It was unfortunate that he did not surrender himself now; his chances of survival would have been significantly better. With the ground quickly super heating into lava, the water David placed beneath them was soon becoming nothing more than hot steam. David was far less direct than these men, and that put them at a distinct disadvantage.
Unbeknownst to the officer, the steam was subtly collecting itself around him, preparing for the perfect moment. As he drew his bow, already the steam was roiling up from beneath the ground, and though their eyes met, it would not be for long, a cloud of vapor briefly hiding David from the officer's view. The officer would see nothing as David disappeared into the floor, falling into a hole burrowed by the water as it made its way to the surface to evaporate. In his place, there stood a decoy of David on the surface, one created by the mirroring of light using the floating particles of water in the air. It would dash through the cloud of vapor, deceptively dispersing it as if it were real.
Bull-rushing the angel officer, it would seemingly run straight at him, even though the bow was pointing straight at its head. Finally, the officer released the arrow, a high-pitched whine singing out as it cut through the air. The arrow would blast a hole through the decoy's chest, but it would only be then that the officer would realize his mistake; mist would seep from the illusion's wound for a moment, after which it would promptly explode into a puff of mist.
"Should have run..." David muttered to himself, eyes flashing as he activated the magic within the steam and mist now surrounding the angel. The water would be converted into its base elements in an instant, forming two separate pockets of highly concentrated oxygen and hydrogen. The gas would promptly ignite due to the hot lava's proximity from Inferno, placing the officer at the very center of a powerful gas bomb.

The angel facing off against Kira hit the ground with at the same time, the officer who summoned him exploded in the background. Kira's angel was out cold, much like David's angel. With the beacon gone and the officer dead it was safe to assume they would have no more trouble. "You haven't changed much..." Said Inferno while walking pass David towards the angel who wielded the enchanted greatsword. The angel was coming to his senses but still disoriented. He was coming out of being unconscious somehow. His head moved to the side only to be stopped by the boot of Inferno. The fire demon looked back towards David. "How many does it take?" If David didn't know what Inferno meant he'd only need to look in Inferno's eyes to find the answer.
Inferno's eyes were staring directly at David before moving to the angel Kira knocked out then down to the angel David had previously fought. Hoping David caught on Inferno began to put all of his weight on the leg in-which wore the boot that rested on the angel's head. Not able to fully understand what was going on yet the angel was only beginning to feel the pressure on his head. "Fate has not favored you. But you can redeem yourself. I will grant you a chance to possibly survive this encounter.....Tell us what you know." asked Inferno in a rather calm voice. Rather he told them or not, Inferno had no plans of keeping his end of the deal.
"He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." said the angel who became aware of his situation. Inferno looked rather confused. "You are forsaken demon. I have already received mercy and you can do no more to me. He knows you are here." Inferno lifted his boot off the angel before bending down to grab him by the throat. The prize fighter wasn't one for games. With one hand would lift the angel off his feet and into the air. "Lucas knows we are here? Where is he then?!" demand Inferno.
"He is no longer worthy. They have passed their judgement on him. I fear your comrades may suffer the same fate. but you, there is no salvation for you. You can't be saved demon." The angel's eyes where still bloodshot as he looked back into Inferno's eyes. He'd then mock the prize fighter, "Fate has not favored you..." With that said Inferno's grip tighten. he could break the angel's neck at this point but decided there was a better option. The angel's face began to glow slightly red as steam started to roll off of his armor. Kira and David if they were watching would be able to see how much agony the angel was in as his feet started kicking. His arms reaching up to grab Inferno's arm but regardless of his struggle, Inferno won't loosen up his grip.
Inferno was doing more than just choking him, something was happening. The angel's eyes began to melt. As he began to scream, fire would spit out of his mouth. Inferno was cooking him alive from the inside out. His kicking picked up more as he was still desperately trying to break free. It didn't take long before the angel's limbs fell lifeless. At that point, Inferno loosen his grip to allow the body to fall before him. The angel landed on his knees and bursted into flames. Within moments, even the armor was melting around the leftover carcass. The carcass fell to the left, hitting the ground. The fire sank into the only thing left, bones. When the fire was finally gone, his ashes scattered into the wind. The armor was now bright orange only to become a burnt black. ((Edited, fixed some spelling and a few grammar mistakes. Still not perfect but hopefully it clears up more on what is happening and which angel this is happening to.))

I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION [!] ~”The winds of freedom blows for those can't hope for it”~[!] Kira would look down as he released the angel whom was out cold, it was something he didn't wanna do, and something he couldn't understand why this was all happening. "How...did it come to this..." he would tighten his fist as azure flames engulfed his body, his rage coming to the surface. Looking over to what inferno was doing to the other angel, grim it was that something like that had to happen, but even he knew at this point there was no stopping the flow of what already was happening. "Dammit...Dammit...DAMMIT!!!" Roaring loudly he would scream as flames swirled around him like a tornado the winds gust around the area with intense heat, as well as flicker of flames, but as fast as they came, they would die back down, all that would remind would be Kira's body aflame, and an angry expression. Staring at the angel and back to his party members he'd realize the armor just be the size of either him or David. "Y'all thinkin what im thinking, one of us pose as a guard and work our way inside?"The flames around his body would vanish as he was thinking of ways he could imrpove the issue they were in and make it so less lives were lost. Kira Skyra I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION David returned Inferno's stare with a sad smile. "I stopped wondering that same question a long time ago, friend." he replied. "But I could ask the same of you, couldn't I?" he countered, giving Inferno a tiny chuckle. Then, the demon began his interrogation. David did not avert his gaze as the man died; he had seen plenty of death in his time, and many of them gruesome. Still, it was a pity that the angel had to die such a meaningless death by resisting as he had. Inferno might have actually let him go if he had complied, but he'd never have that opportunity it seemed.
But there was much to ponder, judging by what the now deceased man had said. What did he mean, Lucas was no longer "worthy"? What was their judgement? "This does not bode well. My best guess is that there was some form of a coup de' etat that has happened. That would explain their hostile reaction to our mentioning of Lucas' name; it seems that he is no longer their king, in their eyes..." David's hand rubbed at his chin as he continued to think. He then looked to Kira, who seemed to be taking the deaths of his former comrades rather harshly. "I am sorry, Kira. But I have long since learned that both good and evil are not things limited exclusively to Heaven and Hell; your brief time in Hell should have taught you this. These men were neither. They were likely following the orders of those who would very much like to see the war between Heaven and Hell resume, judging by the way they treated Inferno. Do not blame yourself for their deaths, for that blame lies solely upon the shoulders of those who are now in power here." David hoped his words would console the other man, though it would not make their next move any less difficult. Much death would follow them, in days to come.
Then, Kira proposed his idea. It was a good one, because it would allow them to gather more information of the current matter of Lucas' location. Though they now knew that they would be considered hostiles essentially anywhere in Heaven, their questions had still not answered, so they could not yet leave either. "I would go myself, but you may be the better choice. I have not been here for quite some time, though this place was once my original home. I would more than likely get lost. As for Inferno and myself... Perhaps we will set up a base of operations here. Between the two of us, we should be able to make it... sufficiently invisible to anyone passing by, though we may have to go deeper into the forest, considering the state of this particular area." David motioned to their rather charred and generally destroyed surroundings.

Kain would gently rub the back of his head with both hands as he used this to stretch his arms and back out. The lights had disappeared from the sky, which could either mean a victory..or defeat. Perhaps even a stalemate. Did it mean things had calmed down over there, or no? "Alright. We're in for a long walk, but first...we need to get you some weapons and perhaps armor." With that in mind, Kain would look back at the store they just came out of. He had seen weapons, but no armor. Improvisation was going to be the name of the game at this point. Starting to make his way back in, and towards where he had found the twin Karambits.

"Mister Kain," Aurora calls out trying to make her way back to him. She finally sees him ahead of her, but he keeps moving. She starts running but her wings pick her up off the ground. She can not yet control the muscles used in controlling her wings. The whole thing is very foreign to her, so as she is in the air she her wings keep moving her around the area without any sense of control. She sees him walk down one of the aisles directly in front of her, but then her stops. He stops and she keeps moving towards him. Aurora arches back, trying to force herself in the opposite direction but it does not seem to work. She crashes face first into Kain, knocking them both to the ground. She lands on top of him. "I'm sorry," she says getting off of him as quickly as she can. "Mister Kain, I do not know how to use any weapons," she tells him quietly.
