Rebecca’s body went sailing over to Steve’s, landing near him. She was still gasping out her last breaths as she landed. She was dead but her body fought on, nerves twitching as she struggled to breath. It was useless, her heart would no longer beat. Her brain fired and she knew she was dying. No more words came, she had said her last, and she stared at the open sky as the last shaky exhale expelled from her body.
