He listened to Kami as he tried moving around to no avail. He was right, guys as tough as these, especially those who would require Celes to be as powerful as she was, would require tactics his grandfather would hate to use. HIs father however would see the logic in them. "If you don't have to get hit, then don't." he'd say, to which his grandfather would scoff and say, "I guess, but hit them as hard as you can after!"
He slowly began dialing up his power to see how much he needed to be able to move. It took most of what he had to be able to lift one foot, but that would be enough. Any more would be a crutch and hinder his training. His grandfather was strict in training, but he made sure you'd see results in yourself. Maybe he'd be proud to see him training with the Earth's guardian. It had to be an impressive honor no doubt. It put a smile on his face.
He started to move as fast as he could at this level around the edge of the lookout. It was slow going, but he wouldn't surrender. He tried singing in his head his favorite workout songs. He'd even try to mix up his steps so as to make it at least a little fun. He knew if his grandfather saw him "dancing about" to do his training, he'd be furious. He shrugged and kept going. That didn't matter here. Results and focus mattered for now. Definitely focus. Don't want to fall off the lookout. He continued even as it appeared that Celes stopped. He had to keep going if he was going to surpass her and return those losses. That thought brought another big smile to his face.
Walker continued to watch the young saiyans walk with the weighted chains. Though they continued to struggle in being aclimated to the weights, he became more sure with each passing second that they would succeed. You can call it an intuition. Though Celes approached him in her transformed state wanting to move forward. Time is of the essence and they need every minute they can. He gave it some thought before walking himself over to the edge of the lookout. Looking out in the distance wanting to gather any new intel with the Ragna crew. He then spotted a girl encountering one of the members as we speak. It left Walker at a pause for a moment. He decided to come up with a failsafe just in case, looking back to Celes.
"For you, you may end your speed training. I'm sure even this short of a session has produce quite the results that you come to learn." With the slight lift of his finger, he released the chains that were strained around Celes's ankles, releasing her from its grip. The weights that fell to the ground made its way semi into the lookout itself from the amount that was applied. "Do me a favor child, the palace behind you, I want you to revert to your original state then run and gradually skip to it. Touch the outer walls then do the exact same thing back to me. However, the catch is...when you skip, apply some ki to yourself. You'll find yourself, closing the gap between us a bit 'swifter' than you may realize..." It was time to put it to the test. Hopefully if he had guessed right, the results may encourage the other two Saiyans with their training.
γ"Please, just give me a reason to punch your face in!"γ
+12 Speed from training, +20 BP for Speed reaching a multiple of 10.
The golden haired Saiyan would watch as the Guardian of Earth walked to the edge of the Lookout and seem to stare into the sky. She was slightly put off, not getting an immediate answer, but she stayed still and waited. It wouldn't be good to be impatient with Walker. Her short wait paid off, as the guardian looked back and spoke.
She would revert back to her base form as requested. She knew that what he was asking of her. It was time for her to learn the technique. Without hesitation, Celes began bounding towards the temple, bursting herself forward with Ki. She could already tell she was faster. About twice as fast as she was before. Those weights really did wonders.
Nearing the front of the temple, Celes brushed her fingers on one of the entryway pillars before taking a sharp turn to the right and bursting forward once more. Her distance was improving each skip. Her bursts kept her moving forward in blinks. She almost had to visualize where she was going so that she could react when she got there. This also allowed for her to get an advantage in, as she was beginning to be able to control the distance of her skips. Nearing the temple's corner, Celes planted a foot and pivoted quickly, bursting towards the side.
The burst was quick, and calculated. She would be able to clear the entire side of the temple now if she went full tilt. Her target, however, was the center of the building. She paused long enough to brush her fingers on the outside wall before bursting off again towards the back corner. Again, she planted her foot and pivoted, bursting at full to see how far she could go along the longer wall of the structure. She reached about half way, reaching out to brush her fingers along the back wall before bursting forward once more. It was more than skips now, it was full on distance.
Reaching the final corner, Celes planted her foot one last time and pivoted. She would have to do a shorter burst to touch this wall. And a shorter burst she did, trying to get as close to the mid-point as possible. Brushing her fingers along the outside wall, she burst forward one last time, her destination being Kami himself. In a blink, the young Saiyan appeared before Kami, looking slightly winded from pushing the last burst, but no more winded than when she started. She looked to the Guardian of Earth to await his appraisal.
[Flash Step: 4/4]
γ"You really think I'm going to lose to you?"γ
Kami followed Celes with only his eyes. Shifting from side to side, watching the results come to fruition as she flash-stepped across the Lookout. At her current abilities, the skips were precise but still unpolished. In due time throughout her personal training, they will sharpen. Taking note of the brush on the outside wall, fulfilling the order that was given before approaching him yet again.
"My child, you have performed well. You have successfully learned how to Flash Step. The first time will have you in this state of fatigue of course but in due time you'll become acclimated to the experience. With this, you can use this to your advantage." He stated with a soft chuckle at the saiyans success. "Also with time, the beauty about this technique is that its potential is solely based around your current capabilities. The faster you become, the larger the distance in flash step. My, if I truly needed to, I can circle this world in three steps. Something to think about." With that, he glanced on over to Rawber and Veera who continued on with there speed training. Seeing them continuing the movement they also seemed to have gained progress.
However, something more important came up in his brain, turning his back towards the edge of the Lookout to gaze at what was transpiring between the Ragna member, the Frost Demon and the Human. What's even more pressing is that the human had the last dragonball. But with the Ragna member there...things could become sour. With Celes now finished, and unaware if anyone can intercept...he may have to use her. "My child, I may need your assistance...someone is in danger and it also involves the dragonball left to be retrieved. When I tell you to, I need you to hurry to West City."
Every lap he could feel the weights wer getting lighter so he began dropping his power to keep the weights feeling heavy. If he became too comfortable he wouldn't make progress. He had to get faster, he had to get stronger, he needed to catch up. If he didn't get any better, he'd be a burden. That thought kept him going on. He wouldn't let anyone else suffer because of him.
He watched as Celes lost her weights and began to disappear and reappear a short distance away. It didn't stop being interesting to see it in action each time. Each skip seemed further apart and faster than the last. It made him realize though just how far the gap was between them. This however inspired him to get better. He decided to drop the power even further with each lap. He decided he'd keep going even if he passed out.
Each step was agony, but still he kept going. What would his grandfather think if he gave up now? "He'd laugh because he knew I could do better." So he kept going despite the burn, despite the aches and burning muscles. He'd keep going because others needed him to. Again he dropped his power, and again the weights felt like they got heavy again. He felt like he was dragging himself through mud. It was becoming a good feeling. He wondered how fast he'd gotten.
After a few more laps he could feel his legs turning to gel. As he got closer, he overheard Kami talk to Celes. Something about going to West City. When he got close he stopped, almost falling over, and stuck his fist out to Celes. He didn't completely understand everything that was going on, but she'd know he'd do whatever he'd need to to help and close the gap between them if it were the last thing he ever did. He then looked to Kami. "If it's alright with you, sir, I think I'd like to see how much I've improved."
Before Kami can return back to the horizon to catch up on what's happening at West City, Rawber approached him ending his training and want to see the fruits of his labor. With a nod, Walker agreed to the notion, with eagerness himself to see how far the young saiyan has come along. "Very well, I will give you the same results test as our friend here. Now you see the palace walls? Do exactly what you've done before, run and gradually skip to it. Except this time, apply your ki when you skip and show me how much you've grown in your training." Stating with a genuine smile before remembering to see what was going on.
Walker was apalled at the realization that West City had been decimated to nothing. No signs of the Ragna members or even the gi-wait. He got a faint sense. Time is of the essence, if he can manage to save a life then the better! Immediately turning to Celes who was more than likely watching Rawber perform the technique, he spoke with sudden urgency. "My child, it is time for you to go to West City. It has been destroyed by the Ragna Crew members. I happen to feel that there is a survivor but she is meeting death's door with each passing second. Go there, find her and bring her here. Hopefully I can treat her wounds and prevent another innocent life. You must hurry!"
He nodded and looked over to the Palace. He hopped side to side trying to get used to how light he now felt. It was just skipping with ki to shoot you in a direction really fast. Can't be that hard to get a hold of, right?. He attempted a simple skip, and shot forward almost too fast to catch himself. He barely stopped in front of the wall."That... That could have been bad."
He turned around smiling. Once he got this down, he'd definitely have a lot of fun in fights. He dashed forward and skipped almost going over the edge of the lookout. Just before he did, he went into a slide in hopes his body's drag would slow him down. He was lucky he was right. Of course, he could have flown. "Hindsight is 20/20 as they say"
He then got an idea. He skipped with half as much ki and attempted to back-flip at the last second before he assumed he would crash into Kami and Celes. "Ok. The flip was unnecessary, but kinda cool, right? Kinda like a psych out maneuver." He started to skip around with ever increasing ki getting used to the new distances he was closing. It was amazing what this new training was capable of producing in him. He wondered if he could come here to rain more often. When the world wasn't in danger of course.
He started skipping and flipping, adding more maneuvers to his list. It was awesome. He started skipping in zigzags and increasing the distance each skip. It was just awesome. With this he felt he might even be able to finally catch up to his dad. He zigzagged around the lookout and stopped next to Kami. "Okay. That. That was awesome! Thanks for this training! If the world ever stops being in danger, do you mind if I come train sometimes?"
γ"Please, just give me a reason to punch your face in!"γ
Before Kami had addressed Celes, she had already felt the massive energy that destroyed West City, and she was horrified that the Ragna Crew, she was assuming, would sink that low. The horror was quickly replaced with anger, but she refrained from turning Super Saiyan once more. She needed to conserve her energy, and the perpetrator was already gone. As Kami gave his order, Celes clenched her fist harder. She burst off without acknowledging Kami, and headed towards West City, or what remained of it.
γ"You really think I'm going to lose to you?"γ

xxxVeera had no time to focus on anyone else. She needed to get this down. Slowly but surely, everything got better, easier, faster. Soon, she was able to run as faster as before and even faster already even with the weights still. She felt that she was ready. She stopped and looked at Kami. "I'm ready. Remove the weights." She said as she waited, trying to sense what was going on elsewhere. She wasn't entirely sure, but she thought she felt Celes approaching again. Well seems things were going to be getting more interesting again. She needed to join the fight soon or else she would miss all the fun.

So hold on for a moment, if we're not scared of opponents Then with what we have we can own it, we'll just plant the seed and keep growin' it And when that light shines in the mornin', they'll still be waken' up yawning But we'll be smilin' like we expected, with sweet victory one method
Kami watched as Celes ran against time trying to make it to Mari before the possible worst. Luckily she managed to retrieve her and intercepted the human male Runi as well. With a exhale of relief, he was at ease. That is, until the Saiyan female approached him, seeing that the weights weren't affecting her as much as prior. Wishing to be released of her shackles as she is done with her training. "Very well, I will give you the same results test as our friend here. Now you see the palace walls? You will follow the same steps as I've told the other two. Do exactly what you've done before, run and gradually skip to it. Except this time, apply your ki when you skip and show me how much you've grown in your training." Stating as he released her chains with his power for her to test her skills from before.
β§At some point, Pars and Seven had ran into Runi along their way back to the Lookout, he had handled whatever situation he had to and was on his way there. It had saved Pars the time on finding Runi, meaning they could get back to the old manβs place a lot quicker. However there was one issue, Runi could not fly himself apparently. His eyebrows furrowed a bit at the mild inconvenience, but it couldnβt be helped, he would have to learn how to properly fly at another point, unless he discovered his own method of flight. Not wanting to waste much time, Pars had simply grabbed the duo and put one under each arm, Runi under his right, and Sev under his left, as though they were luggage. Ignoring any pleas or complaints, Pars made sure his grip around them was firm and solid, then without a spec of time to waste, he blasted off at breakneck speeds, causing deep footprints into the surface he was standing on. With his current level of speed, he had quickly closed the distance between himself and the Lookout, Seven and Runi still firmly being carried. In no time at all they arrived, Pars lowering himself down onto the platform before dropping Runi and Seven, his hands going to his hips rather proudly. Though he did not care what this group thought, part of him hoped they could feel just how strong heβs become since he and the other two left the Lookout. He felt it was a considerable raise considering where he was before. Maybe he was fast enough to humble that old man, if that was the case, Pars would have to try again.

Celes arrived back with Mari in tow, the young Saiyan setting down next to Kami and letting the girl out of her arms gently before turning towards the Earth's Guardian. "Well, I got there just in time, and Runi arrived just after me. West City is done for. Runi seems to know who did it. So, sooner we can get this show on the road, the better. We've got all 7 balls now." Celes reached into the pouch on the back of her belt and pulled out the orange orb before handing it over to Kami. "I'd love to sit around and wait for the wish, but I think we should get to the Ragna Crew to try to cut through some of the chaff before we have to face their leader. Give Ryuzu some time to arrive."
γ"You really think I'm going to lose to you?"γ
The man would wave his hands as he flew through the sky on the wind runes, though as he was sky flying, the man wouldn't be too joyous at being caught by the giant who he had trained with. His eyes teary from the highspeeds, only to enter higher speeds, locked into a iron trap that was the pit of the man who flew him all the way to the tower while his body was dropped onto the floor. His hand adjusted his glasses while his green face held in the puke he wanted to release on the tile floors. The man, Runi slowly stood up, holding his stomach as he closed his eyes. ". . .I-I hate. . .Flying." He'd murmur while wobbling up to his feet. His hand dusting off his new clothing once more while looking over to Amber and walking over, offering a hand. "I wouldn't want to fly big guy airlines again anytime soon." He'd say while attempting to get Seven to her feet before pulling the newly acquired orange orb from his person and rolling it towards the old man. "Though sadly I think it's about time it happened again. Sorry for to kiss and ride old man, but I don't think they'll be laxed enough to not make the other cities dust as well. So I'm with hotshot when I say, happy wishings. I'm gonna crush a bug. . .And probably that other b*****d who blew me up too." He'd call out while limbered up once more and inhaled deeply.

Actually, it looked more like falling or skipping in the air. She wasn't even aware he could do that, but it looked uncomfortable. However, he would get no further as he was scooped up by Pars. Sev would not show concern, now knowing the Saiyan a little better. However, she would show concern when he suddenly grabbed and tucked her under his other arm. She didn't get a chance to protest before they were taken off at high speeds. Where was Pars taking them? She couldn't tell and she was keeping her eyes closed due to the force of wind. As they slowed, she would open them and look at the large floating structure before them. It was the Lookout! Her captor would touch down on the tile floor and then promptly dropped her and Runi on the floor. She did not land gracefully, hitting the ground on her hands and knees with a loud thud. Now she knew how Runi felt being carried around like that; even now he was turning green in the face. Despite that, he still found the strength to help her to her feet. "T-Thank you, Runi" she smiled and accepted his hand. Not long after their arrival, Celes would also appear with someone. Someone who Sev never expected to see here and was overcome with joy upon seeing her. "Mβ¦MARI?!" Making a beeline past the others, she would rush to pull her friend into a hug, still careful not to hurt her. "I-I-I couldn't contact you! Then I got attacked by this wrestler and these crazy space pirate came out of a wormhole in the sky and...andβ¦!" Sev was struggling to get her words out, explaining her recent predicaments. But before she continued further, she would remember why they separated in the first place. "AND LOOK!" She released the girl and pulled the bag from her waist, unzipping it to reveal the four golden orbs within. "I found three more! We're so close to having them all!"
qqq[ENERGY SKILLS] ⧠Voltaic Blitz - A variation of the Power Blitz, Android #7 draws her hand back and charges a swirling red energy sphere with electric ki. She then brings her hand forward and fires the sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
qqq[MARITAL (PHYSICAL) SKILLS] ⧠Hydraulic Press - With a rising knee kick, Android #7 launches herself into the air. Should this attack connect, the opponent will also be launched into the air; however it is not necessary for the technique. Taking aim, she launches a powerful dive kick at her opponent. When it connects, Android #7 activates the hydraulic pressure device in her leg, creating a second impact. Other races can replicate this technique by releasing a surge of ki in the kick.
β§ Autonomic Assault - Android #7 stands on one leg and side kicks "at the speed of lightning", with her other leg extended out. The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. This technique can also be used mid air; each kick that lands propelling and keeping her afloat.
qqq[SPEED & MOVEMENT SKILLS] ⧠Flight - The user manipulates their ki energy so that they can levitate or fly. How this technique is described, one would assume that the flyer is putting their ki underneath them, forcing it down similar to an engine or helicopter pushing air down to rise from the ground.
β§ Afterimage Technique - An ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. The image itself cannot perform physical tasks, as it fades through everything. Most often, it is used to dodge an incoming attack and get behind the opponent to perform a counterattack. Its usage is not limited to just counterattacks, though, as it can also be used to confuse enemies: the image is used to distract the enemy, forcing them to think it is the actual fighter and giving the user a chance to perform the actual attack.
β§ 3D Scan Mode - A feature used by androids and robots. Its scans and gives a reading of the target from their ki down to their species by reading their biological waves. Though it cannot reveal otherworldly information, unless the user is aware of such knowledge. It can also scan inanimate objects to identify and determine its contents.
qqq[ULTIMATE SKILLS] ⧠Bionic Frenzy - Sev will crouch down before delivering a sliding side kick and then standing on one leg, delivers side kicks "at the speed of lightning". The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. She proceeds to deliver a barrage of vertical spinning kicks while rising into the air. At the peak of this barrage, an upside-down double-legged kick upwards will then be followed by an axe kick that knocks the opponent down. Teleporting to land before her opponent, she then follows with a spinning back kick to the exposed back of the falling fighter, finishing by kicking them aside.
β§ Termination Storm - Android #7 creates two large electric energy spheres in each hand, strokes of lightning lashing out sporadically. If the opponent is too close to her when she is charging up the energy spheres, they will be damaged by the aura of energy that surrounds her. She can launch these orbs individual or combine them into a massive lightning bomb. Even after this attack this ends, her body will still be temporarily covered in sparks.

xxxVeera nodded her head as Kami took the shackles off her feet. She looked in the direction he wanted her to go. Getting into her sprinting stance, she took off to the wall, skipping and adding her ki. She concentrated, mildly annoyed when it didn't work. She just needed to try harder, focusing, she tried again. Still nothing and she was getting even more annoyed. [1] She tried again, managing to make a little progress. It was a start. She just needed to keep going. Skipping from one side of the wall to the other, she managed to make it half way across the wall. A starting point and better than nothing. She needed to continue to push herself harder, managing to make a little more progress. [2] Good, keep going, one side of the wall to the other. Skipping and going further and further each time, finally managing from one side of the wall to the other in one skip. Now to try further. She looked at the other corner, skipping to it. She did a little happy dance in her head. She was finally making progress and she wasn't planning to stop now. [3] She felt confident when she was able to do it. She started to go corner to corner of the building, building up how many times she could do it consecutively. She then started to look at Kami, skipping back to him. She managed to make the skip from Kami to the wall and back in one skip back to back. She was so happy. She wasn't being left behind again. She couldn't help but feel a little accomplished and her pride inflating a little again. [4] [Technique acquired] She did it a few more times before grinning. She turned her eyes to the returned group plus one. Well the party was just getting bigger. She heard Celes say they had all seven balls and walked over. "If we have all of them then we need to make the wish. The sooner he's back, the better chance we have of taking out the Ragna bastards." She growled as she cracked her neck and knuckles.
