She pushed the complaint from her mind however and stood, entering the room quietly, eying the boy for a moment before stepping off to the opposite side of the room, taking on her normal guarded poise as she took spot on the wall, her arms crossed and eyes shutting to listen as she usually did."Mizukage?"

Kai sheepishly entered the office and stood infront of the Mizukages desk.He took a moment to swallow spit his mouth was becoming very dry. Opening his hands he made what appeared to be a bowl shape and brought them to his lips. Drawing moisture from the air Kai took a drink from his hands then placed them back at his sides. He now stood at attention awaiting the Mizukages command.
As both Kai and Mika stepped into the office, Mika to her usual spot which he cared not to have her stand the way everyone else was as the situation does not call for it. Then there was this new genin, a Hozuki; a clan he was rather familiar with due to their extensive background going years back in the village. They were shinobi with extensive control over the element of water, being able to liquefy their own bodies and use water as an extension of their own limbs. Their only major concern would be electrocution which easily can rend them useless if they are not cautious. They must also be constantly hydrated, not that within the water country something like that would be an issue. "Seeing that we are already beyond introductions..." He said, drawing out a file containing document on Kai Sui; he reviewed the contents for a moment or two, gathering the gist of the information he truly needed before closing it and stowing it away. "You're assigned to be in my squad. In which you'll be Mika and Noel's squadmate. The three of you are together as a result of your various own unique talents, thus a rather balanced team. Not to mention your own personalities" He said, before standing up and placing the standard water shadow hat, which the white veils hung at an angle where they rested just behind the ears. Flashing a series of handsigns that was all but a blur, water collected next to the kage and took shape, materializing into a clone of the water shadow ( Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique) ).
Turning towards Mika, he motioned her to follow. For what events laid ahead he found it best to keep her on her toes. Previously he did say he'll help her in the quest to unleash the sharingan. But now all she can do is follow the man to where ever it was he was leading her to. Heading to the doorway to leave, he paused for a moment to wait for Mika and to direct a few last words before he departed. "Kai...I will return shortly. In the meantime, my clone will address anything you wish to speak to me about. You can begin with what seperates you from others, as well as how will you be reliable to me and Kirigakure" He stated before leaving the office once Mika was behind him.

Kai watched the water style jutsu being performed, Water shaping into a human shape.He wondered if he looked anything like this as he was changing shape. He watched as the Mizukage and his new team mate left the office.
"Yes,Lord Mizukage. As I stated before I am a Hozuki but unlike other Hozuki I can absorb the moisture from the air. I also have several skills that make me an ideal sealing shinobi. I can perform Suiton jutsu better than most other genin in the village. I am currently working on a sealing jutsu that will allow my supporting skills to further be of help to my squad."
Mika listened in her usual quiet manner. When it was her turn to speak, she would do so trying to still not reveal anything to those that she didnt completely trust that could put her at a disadvantage. "My name is Mika...Other than what you have seen on the field of battle today, I am skilled with a bow and a few other tricks. That is all I am willing to say in present company currently..."She would follow the Kage, going silent as she finished

Kyousuke entered the Mizukages tower and went up the flight of steps that lead to the Mizukage's office. He told to come here and meet with the Mizukage and receive his head band. He climbed the last step and saw the couch the Mika had recently been sitting at and sat there himself. He contemplated using his Byakugan and spying on who was in the room but decided not to since he was going to be trying to impress the Mizukage in a moment and he didn't want disappoint him by being caught using it to spy on him and his private meeting.
He pulled out a scroll that was given to him during his brief training with the Hyuga to learn the secrets of his eye's. He activated his Byakugan but made sure to be looking and the scroll before hand to allow the Kage and the people he was meeting with some privacy even if they didn't know he was spying on them. The scroll is only readable while using the Byakugan to prevent the secrets of there clan from being leaked to those who may abuse it. He began reading about how to preform the Eight Trigrams: 128 palm technique and quickly gave up seeing it was a highly advanced move and would require more physical training to be able to perform.
The young Hyuga started to wonder though how long these meeting might take and if he would get in soon, it was all paranoia from him meeting the Mizukage for the first time in person. He though he heard something at the door to the room and quickly deactivated his Byakugan and stashed the scroll back into his pack. He stood up firm and waited to enter for his turn to speak with the Mizukage.

Renzo Uchiha was waved through by the Anbu guarding the front. When Renzo finally opened the door to the Mizukage's office and saw other Ninja. One of them had the Byakugan obviously. he saw another male ninja and a female Ninja. He stared at all of them for a moment. He finally snapped out of it and asked out loud , "Where can i get a headband?" Renzo had felt tired so he didn't feel like waiting for the Mizukage.

Eve walked into the kages office she took notice of a few genin loitering about waiting for the kage and her fellow konin doing some paper work in the waiting room. She sat next to her fellow konin, "Still working way to hard I see Kazu?" she said glancing at the paper work she recognized the general point of it all she had been neglecting it for a while and didn't intend to stop doing so anytime soon. She glanced toward the Genin, "Any of them have any potential?".
The clone seated himself behind the desk and drew out two files which held labeled with the names of the two genin before him. One clearly obnoxious as he had no patience, only slightly annoying the kage's imitation as he ignored the Uchiha; looking past him towards the young Hyuga boy who was waiting his turn patiently. "Hyuga, come forward. State your name in full, and tell me about yourself. Thank you for your patience" The clone stated as he opened both of their files. If the Uchiha were to pick up the reason why he was not answered, then perhaps the clone will address him as well. Until then, he will continue looking over Renko. On a side note, the clone took notice of his konins arrived: this time both of them. Finally. Once the genins were gone he'll call them both in, more so interested in the findings Kazu will produce. Then the matters with the other one who he had yet to properly meet, though he had already read her file and information.
Glancing back over at the Hozuki, he nodded as he heard him speaking of his sealing capabilities as well as his affinity for suiton. "Your clan holds a relatively strong bond with water in general, thus making you stronger as well with water. With your sealing capabilities, I'll be expecting you to use your talents to the fullest. Not just for yourself, but your squad mates as well as the village as a whole. With me your training will be more severe...I suggest you make yourself familiar with your teammates. Though Mika is currently busy..." He said, his eyes focusing on the genin before shifting to each of the other genins within the office.
Renzo saw that the Mizukage walked right past him to go to the Hyuga ninja. Renzo's eyes narrowed. He didn't feel like dealing with this. "What about me sir-Kage?" Renzo blurted out loud. As Renzo said it his eyes didn't just stay at the Mizukage. The Hyuga also draw-ed his eyes.

Kyousuke was a little surprised that the Mizukage had addressed him before the boastful Uchiha who had yet I Kyousuke's opinion to train in the art of patience. He walk to the desk and stood before his Kage and gave a short respectful before speaking"My name is Kyousuke Hyuga" he said taking a brief moment before speaking again "I am a Taijutsu user as are most of my clan and I possess a wind nature element. I do not use physical weapon other than my ninja tools because I believe that the body is a far superior weapon than any sword or staff" He looked at the Mizukage with his pale whites eyes that almost appeared like those of the blind, but in fact they could see far more than most.

The clone of a kage nodded his head, listening to the Hyuga speak. He found it quite fascinating that the clans which once hailed from the Hidden Leaf now resided here where the mist always clung to the air. Shifting through some paperwork the clone scribbled into a piece of parchment which held the squad rosters and reached into his drawer to retrieve a headband. "Well said. When it comes to it there is no better physical weapon, but for those who train with a blade proficiently; their weapon becomes an extension of their body as your hands and feet are. Both can inflict fatal blows, and both can be broken. You are in Elmina's squad, who also is a taijutsu specialist. You'll find your squad mates quite similar and yet different. Take your headband and find your unit. Most likely in the sparring grounds." He said placing the headband upon the desk before him.
From here, he looked directly at the Uchiha. "You have no self-respect nor do you have any for those here. Muchlike a military, you must have patience and know your place within the chain of command. Outbursts like this will not be tolerated. So if you want your headband..." He said, raising a single hand as a Hunter-Nin appeared out of seemingly nowhere. He handed the shinobi the headband and instructions, to which the masked ninja bowed before vanishing. "Head for the sparring grounds and speak with Izuma Uchiha. He will see if you are fit for that headband, much less capable of learning from your mistake" He stated firmly, his eyes piercing through Renzo's. He wasn't angry, no, as if he was things would have gone a very different way. But upset and disappointed. Clearly the academy instructors were slacking off lately with some.

Kai listened to the Mizukages words the bowed while not ignoring tge other genin just not concerned with them kai spoke to the mizukage making sure to wait his turn
"Yes. I will and I am grateful for the chance to prove myself."
Renzo watched as the Mizukage gave up his headband to another ninja. Renzo looked straight at the Mizukage. "Really?" Renzo gave a deep sigh. "Fine jeez." Renzo jumped out of the window and followed the Ninja.
