The blush grew on Soyala's face as she grumbled her reply. "Not unless you make me leave, I won't..." When did she, the Ice Princess, grow shy? She never acted this way around others... but then, Elyan wasn't just anyone. He'd taken her sour mood and flipped it right around. She thrust her chin up stubbornly. "And even then, I might not leave."

Princess Soyala stumbled slightly to the side when she was hip-bumped, still a little unsteady from the run. To correct herself, she ended up stumbling into Elyan, unable to keep from giggling as she did so. Giddy. She couldn't tell if it was from light-headedness from her lack of stamina or because she was realizing exactly what this agreement implied. It did imply what she thought it did, right? She certainly hoped so, since she'd draped her neck across Elyan's shoulders and leaning into his muscular side.

Elyan craned his neck to nuzzle her outside shoulder, leaving his head to rest there. What a turn of events for the day, Soyala was so interesting, so different. Ely sighed contently, wondering if this was how his mother and Darrian felt about eachother.
