He would have responded but it seemed he fell asleep. As she set him down he just sort of settled there filling up the space and snoozing.
Akubi only semi awoke for a half a second after being placed down to gather his legs in a more comfortable position and murmuring something about 'damned mice'.
Then he was out again. Riyo is now free to escape.

Well, that had probably been the easiest dropoff Riyo ever made.
The ghoul scratched her head as she stared down at the passed out cat, looking at the bag in her hands before taking his clothes out of the bag and neatly folding them. They now resided in a neat pile on his table. She supposed it was the least she could do, after causing a catastrophe in the store.
With that taken care of, a quiet, almost soundless exit was made. Maybe now she could catch some z's herself.
