Melvin was looking at the drinks as well with the same hesitation the other man seemed to be showing, before he reached out and grabbed a cup and decided that he really didn't care as long as it was clean. "Can't get any worse." He said as justification to no one in particular, and he started to drink. Well, he wasn't sprouting extra limbs, so that was good.

Sadly to say, Saya was still a very short bishounen boy. She had to choose the most gender neutral outfits she had, which still didn't give her a maturer look.
Her hand ran through her hair, remembering her intense shock at waking up this morning. Males had so much to deal with and it all seemed horrifyingly terrible.
She had a hard time keeping track of this room of terribly intensive and attractive males. Perhaps some were too muscular or too wall-- or half of them she recognized with only fleeting guesses who the other were. She also couldn't get over how her height didn't change, oh good lord, height changing might have been nice to see.
Unfortunately, she simply just crashed into another male while trying to navigate the room.

 Jeremy entered the scene.
"WHOA!" He gasped out after getting a good look around the room, practically backpeddling in surprise. "We are a good lookin bunch!" Now to try and pick people out in the crowd...hrm. Well, some people looked very familiar but others certainly did not... hrm. He trotted a little further into the crowd, hands stuffed into his pockets and golden eyes wide, staring at each and every person in an attempt to figure out who was who.
He slowed to an eventual stop as a particular scent caught his attention, turning quickly to scan the crowd. It didn't take him long to follow his nose to his target, and he grinned up at the super bishounen Melvin once he reached the poor guy. Sorry Melvin, it just got worse. "Hey, I know you!" Duh. His attention then drew to the very...disapproving guy he seemed to be near.
"Sup, friend?" Intense Bishounen or not, Jeremy was all grins.

The death trainee gave Melvin a slow blink, wondering if he was talking to her, or whether he was talking to his drink. And then there was an arm around her waist, and she was thoroughly distracted.
Petra's eyebrows lifted a little in curiosity as Robert (... he somehow looked even more sexy than usual... were those sparkles?) curled his arm around her (his) waist, leading her effortlessly into what seemed to be some sort of... meeting. Or intervention. Although considering how Jerry and Robert were staring at Leon, it looked more like there was going to be a fist fight. Sliding her fingers into one pocket, she wrapped her arm behind him as well, her other hand sliding ... perhaps a little possessively into one of his, thumb hooking into his beltloop. Clearly she wasn't bothered by the fact that they were currently both dudes. Flicking her eyes to 'the accused,' the death trainee gave Leon a benign look, completely at odds with the looks the other two boys were giving him.
"... hey Leon."
Robert's lips against her ear gave her reason to pause, her eyes sliding politely to a non-existent point as she listened. If she felt one way or another about what he'd said, her expression didn't show it, although she did return her eyes back to Leon after he was finished, appraising him with an almost invasive stare. After a few long minutes of this she finally looked back at Robert, shrugging.
"... Ok."

Sherry was attacked from behind and lifted into a massive bear hug. There may or may not have been a kiss too.

It was obvious to see that whatever was affecting him was affecting all the other men on the island too. He could see Harrison was looking more manly, not to mention Rep...well, Jason was finding it hard to tell the difference because Rep always looked manly and like he could curb-stomp him any day of the week. But maybe he had less freckles now. And Jerry was looking more buff as well. Though there was one man who was looking at him rather...strangely. He couldn't put his finger on it but this guy...he seemed very familiar. The moon trainee approached the guy (having no idea it was Solia looking all the hots), smiling confidently and feeling rather....weird/ Why was he getting butterflies in his stomach? "Hello there, I believe we have met before but your identity has escaped me. But I do believe you are looking quite handsome, so I am ashamed I have forgotten your name." .....Why did he say that?!?!

Were they seriously going there? Leon could not help but wonder. Really? The greeting from Petra was briefly acknowledged, a nod in the female turned male's direction and nothing more, brief and fleeting. The look that was on Jerry's face seemed evident enough, and still he refused to lift a limb at them. It was a rage that felt as if he was roasting from the inside, out. Robert had the gall to essentially bring up the phoenix alliance that had him out in the cold from the very beginning. One that had him scrambling to keep them the zeta's together, to keep them alive in that abysmal setting they thought was real. and here the blonde hunter was, snogging with the one that turned coat and betrayed the group that once wore the same symbol for the precious bird that never died. and yet it was he himself, who was getting the third degree here. It was nonsense. "You know what, you'd like to know my intentions for Madison is? You'd like for me to tell you?" the words were barely louder than how he was already speaking, as he moved in to get closer to the duo, now trio with the barest of whispers. "Nothing." It was a moment before he went back away from them, the group that he still harbored a resentment for. "I'm not going to subject myself to this, something that was private between me and her, just because I made the faux pas to mention it accidentally. the tone was still even, with nary a look of anger other than the intense stare. "She's a grown woman, but you all feel the need, the compelling urge to shelter her like a child." it was nauseating, this whole experience. "I expected better of you Robert, someone that i have to work with, someone that had personally seen how I interacted with the ladies we worked with." It was like a blow to his sternum, a crushing strike, the fragile trust he had in the dancer. "if you want to worry so much about her and her heart, then I'll do whats best for her and your interests and tell her that whatever we were, its off." It didn't take naught but a second to take out the phone and begin typing away. Sosiqui Hey Mads, I made the mistake of accidentally talking about our relationship, or whatever we are calling it, and your friends are giving me some serious third degree about it and I don't want to start more fights in here, I'm starting to second guess the nature of our............ connection. It was all just a horrible mistake to try and connect with them, nothing but an illusion, this potential family. smoke and mirrors behind people who thought he could be nothing but a monster. A monster with a chainsaw was all they seemed to see in his eyes.

People around for Leon meeting  Melvin froze when Jeremy came around and looked over. Oh geez. Not the guy who knew he had been walking around with a bucket of sealife the day before. Swallow, he smiled as best he could. "Hey, Jeremy. I didn't expect to see you here."
When he saw a crowd forming and being as curious as ever, the Lifer stepped a little closer to see what was going on. What he saw were a lot of eyes looking at Leon who seemed to have been getting along with everyone until now. He had to wonder what set everyone off, and while he already knew from Leon that most everyone didn't like him, he only stepped just so in case he felt need to step in - but not now. Not after what he previously saw.
"What's going on?" He asked to anyone who would answer, taking a sip of his drink.

Pretty boy Sherry was more than caught off guard as a very fine pair of arms came out of nowhere and wrapped themselves around her. There wasn't even time to flail properly before...before...was that a kiss? Yes. Yes it was. Sherry's cheeks may have been a bit flushed as she tried her best to figure out who was molesting her. She knew she looked good, but... Getting a good look at someone who just put you in a bear-hug can be difficult...but Sherry caught enough. That shade of hair, that skin tone, that scarred shoulder... "Ofie?" Suddenly, the bear hug was totally acceptable.

Lex stared at Solia (Saren? Sid? Sharra?) for a moment, wondering just why the girl'd suddenly gone all quiet and blushy. Odd, considering just how loud and happy she'd been moments earlier.
Two and two were put together as soon as the other man showed up and started asking the girl for her (his) name. It must have been that Jason guy she'd been texting Lex about once. He grinned a little, finding a bashful Solia oddly endearing. Talk about a cutie.
Shifting his focus to Madeline, (Mandolin) Lex grabbed the admittedly hunky latina (latino) by the arm and moved off. Sorry, but you didn't get to put your weird antics into this budding romance.

"Cherryyy...." Ofelia practically purred in his husky tenor voice, popping another kiss onto Sherry's cheek. "Yer adorable!" She let go of her little Life friend and looked her up and down, a cheeky grin on her face. "Ah see even as a guy yer jus' as cute as b'for." There was a pat on Sherry's head of utmost affection.
Yup, really was Ofelia.

What really disturbed Robert the most was Leon's reaction to the entire situation. He knew Leon. Knew him well enough to know he took s**t seriously. When he asked the man what his intentions were, he'd actually expected some sort of defending argument. Something the likes of 'Of course I'm taking care of her, a*****e'. Instead, what he got actually started to piss him off. Leon wasn't defending anything. If he didn't know better, he'd actually assume Leon was trying to have casual sex with Maddie, an act he honestly hadn't considered until the way Leon backpedaled. He was too angry. Too angry to be thinking straight, too angry to make the right decisions. And what made things worse was that it seemed like the more people who cared about Maddie showed up, the angrier he got. ..Was that it? "You ******** idiot." Robert murmured thoughtfully as he watched Leon rage-text. He waited until the man was done, before unraveling his arm from both Jerry, and Petra, and putting both of them on Leon's collar. He grabbed the shirt, and pushed, hard, walking forward until he'd actually pulled Leon away from the hawkward group scene that was starting to form. The more people showed up, the worse Leon seemed to get. Robert distanced them from the group, and his face darkened in anger. "I do know you better. I know you well enough to think I can ask you a question like that and not have you act like a brat who just got yelled at by his parents. Whatever the ******** you just texted Maddie, I'm pretty sure you're gonna regret it later. But you're out of your mind right now if you think I'm gonna let you get away with talking to me like that. So let's go, then. If you're so ******** angry about all this s**t, take it out on me. You and me, outside. Maybe when you're done you'll rethink getting so ******** angry about the fact that Maddie has a TON of people that love her so much, they want to make sure she is taken care of. I know that's hard to ********' believe, but it's true. She's loved. And if this is how you're going to react just because we're protective over her? Then I'm glad you made that text. Because she deserves better than a ********' idiot." He let go of Leon's collar, and gestured out the door.
