I would like very small multicolored glow lights to sparkle around him. About quarter sized tiny things to be lil spirits.

Full Body He has a short sleeved overcoat, belt straps on his chest, and belts and chains.
Headshot You can see the eyeliner style here. The earring and circlet is a base design. I want a purple center in the circlet to match the eyes on the skull motiff on the center of his throat. No skulls on the collar of the over jacket.
Upper Body Again. No skulls on the collar. I just want the one at his neck and the one crossing his upper belly.
Sleeves I'm not sure what theya re called really. Half sleeves?
Pants I would like the chains to be gold like his circlet. Only the main belt needs to be visible. I don't want the top upper left belt or the strip hanging by the chains that has the two little belt buckles.
Hair I want a extra braid or two worked into the ponytail. The ends of the braids should have little gold bands around them. I also want at least two gold chains threaded up through the hair and down the back of his pony tail.

Chains: ^x^ A silver and gold chains draped over each shoulder, around his neck, and circling each arm and torso. Decorative cuffs on each wrist and his ankles. Again, these are utterly decorative and not meant to be functional.
* Pants: Something tight, with gemstones decorating it (Not polka dot style. Just some gems swirling up one leg, or circling the cuffs), dangling chains off one hip in a half loop fashion..

Personality: Vic has a typically demur nature. He prefers to let others make choices and decisions, particularly in regards to himself. Underneath this easy to please nature, Vic harbors a desire to be wanted. Vic is in no way a whimpery push over. He won't cower and snivel before others.

Other Edits: Follow the ref as close as possible pleeeeease. His horns are weird, but they are like follows; unihorn, demon horns from temple, demon horns from behind ears, and neck horns that spiral backwards - all silver in color. The tip of his tail is actually poisonous, the spines going all the way up his back. He only has 3 fingers and 3 toes! The lighting shaped mark on his eye is actually a scar. His wings are feathered on top with the bones and membrane on the rest.
