He hadn't been expecting to see familiar faces on the other side. As Herryk slipped through the portal and he regained clarity, a slight frown pulled at his lips. There was Amphi - and while he recognized the doll and the dog, he did not truly know them.

Herryk shifted off to the side, feeling agitated. He glanced around in search of the huntress he'd spoken with outside of the portal. The idle chit chat of those around him made him feel nervous, mostly, but nothing else - no regret, no upset, no urge to go dodging back through the portal.

There was nothing left for him there.

With a low clearing of his throat, Herryk merely stood by, watching the other students curiously. Were they here for the same reasons he was?

She tried to remember everything that happened between now and what felt like just a few minutes ago. She had been defending Kat... talking with Gale... a large explosion... Horsemen everywhere. They were all descending on them, the bitter feeling of not being able to guard even one person in those masses struck a home run.

She stiffled a sob.


Allan.... Ryan. Ryan. Stupid...Ryan. HE would not give up on her when she died...so why the hell did he go and die?

Last time she remembered, herself and Ami trailing into the portal bringing Kat with them.

Approaching Kat once more, she realized with a amused stare that she was covered in bandages. "I see they are making a rerun of 'The Mummy' with you as the star." She really was covered... "Or would this be the Bride of the mummy?" She smirked, trying to fight back any feels she had over the current happenings.

Where was Bix? She could have sworn she saw him too on the fields...

Briefly she also noticed that with a group of people, was Mei. Ceres had not seen her in a while. Mei had been helping people on the fields the entire fight, so it was no wonder she was here really. Mei striked her as someone whom did what she believed in, and apparently they had made her believe in them.

Amphi only held Mei's hand closer and looked at the other hunters. She knew she'd probably face some hostility, she should expect it. But when answered question as to why she was here, she was a simple ghoul...if not a bit dumb.

"Uh like I said..." She looked at the auburn hunter instead, cocking her head at Ariane. "You guys are obviously in need of anybody that is willing to help you out in some way." Amphi's hand waved over. "Regardless that my last visit was anything less pleasent then a vacation.." She titled her chin, remembering the tagging to her body. To what invaded her core at the hands of hunters...."I am only here to make sure hunters end up alive." Amphi's eyes flicked to Mei and nodded.

Yes Wash was the hunter who had helped them escape, leading them safely away and defending them from other hunters.

"It's sad to think that you have to think in black and white Huntress." Amphi ear fins drooped a little. "How far would YOU go to save your friends?"

The mermaid ears perked though, sensitive to the hearing of even farther away. What she heard though was other humans speaking of a man waking. the same man that Amphi was searching for.

"I'm sorry huntress's. I found the hunter I was looking for." She gave Mei a pat and small, 'please be safe' before darting past the other hunters.

Hunters honestly didn't pay her attention as she found the tent that one of them said a large moon hunter had woken. Taking a breath, she stepped in and looked around. There.

"Mister Wash of the bubbles." Amphi darted to the hunter...but when faced with what she needed to say to him, it was lost...He was injured. Could she FEAR heal him? Or maybe she should ask other humans to do. "Wash...I'm sorry." She blurted out as she looked at the hunter.

Sorry for not saving you, for not coming to your aid until just now. Sorry for all the things I should've done instead.

Sasha would never get used to waking up without any clue as to how she'd gotten to her destination. She could vaguely remember how things had ended - there had been a terrible vortex - Julie - but after that she couldn't recall anything that had occurred. It was unsettling, disturbing, upsetting - and despite this, she was quick to pull it together.

There was a knot on her head which explained a lot of things, and as she rolled to a seated position on the cot she'd been placed on, Sasha let out a low groan. Her vision was blurry, but she had little doubt that she'd make a full recovery. Nona was a soothing presence in the back of her mind, warm and gently concerned.

Allowing herself a few moments to clear the cobwebs, Sasha blearily peered around. Her eyes lingered on a welcome, familiar face - Wash - and it was only then that she let herself relax. Her gaze flicked towards the young female that she vaguely recalled from times long past - she'd been in the same group that Yin had been in.

Falling back to the cot with a tired sigh, Sasha gave herself a few moments to rest. She'd help with the injured as soon as her throbbing headache passed.

The doll nodded when Gale spoke, knowing that it was best she followed his instructions in order to keep herself being killed. "Alright." Wincing from the sound of Ofie screaming, regretful that she was unable to help the ghoul with the pain. It was likely her kind would see to it.. hopefully.

Loosing a sigh, she returned her attention back to Aria. "I didn't intend to come here in the first place, but yes.. I think I know very well that this isn't a place to take a vacation. I learned that the hard way when I was last here. As for talking with your leads.." Honestly? She had no idea what she was to say to their leads. Sure, she helped them by aiding them on the battlefield, making her an enemy of the horsemen, and likely screwing over her life in Halloween, but she doubt that the hunters would be sympathetic towards that.

Eyeing Amphi and Thack, she watched the two quietly, unsure of just how they intended to help the hunters. Amphi, she knew the dangers of coming here, but Thack.. he appeared so innocent. Did he know? Truly? If any harm were to come to either of them..

The doll's eye only grew wider as Heryk even arrived. Now he, she would never have expected! She didn't know the boil all that well, but last she recalled, he wasn't a sympathizer for the hunters. At least not that she had seen. Why was he here?

Spotting Deryk and Ceres in the crowd of hunters, she offered them a shy wave, not stepping out from the protection Eva and Gale offered her

Well.. as long as she was here, if she had the chance, maybe Caelius would be so kind to tell her more of the horsemen and their goals--more than she knew--and fill her in more on what it was they had 'tagged' her and the others with.

It was electricity that was the first thing Rep remembered, tangled up in his fitful dreams of thrones, of bleeding to death, of battle and power. The ebb and flow of the battlefield like waves on an endless sea. Maybe it was a sea, maybe it was lightning overhead, sea became throne room became footfalls on the ground. Warmth under him, not blood, not his own blood, snow. Julie and crowns.

The warmth was replaced by cool sheets and contact at his wrist. The waters receded and he twisted his hand to seize Harrison's. Even as he did this, his eyes snapped open, and with a gasp and a start he went from still and quiet to loud and panicked. In his disorientation he was still convinced they were on the battlefield and even summoned Tracey in his free hand, startling a passing hunter.

"Where?... what? I'm I'm okay, I'm up, I'm up!"

Melvin was barely listening to what Cass was saying, focusing on anything but the fact that he was having arrows removed from his body. Without his shirt, one tech injected some medication before they set to work removing the last 2 arrows. Each removal had induced a strangled whine from the trainee, before they were set aside. After the wounds were cleaned, they were stitched up one by one before bandages were set and he was forced to sit up to be bandaged. They'd transport him to the Infirmary once he was taken care of.

"Almost done." One tech said, finishing the last of the bandaging. They removed his glasses before they fell off and set them in his jacket for safe keeping.
