how come no one cares about the elf children????

Ha, can you see an Altmer being raised by a Khajiit?
rofl

Although I believe he is commenting on the lack of elven children as well. To my knowledge, all children are either Nord or Redguard in Skyrim, there might be some Imperial kids but I believe they are all Nord and something like 1 or 2 Reguard (plus a mix Nord/Redguard in Dawnguard).

Yeah, I know. I would have thought that maybe in Windhelm, with the Dark Elves(Dunmer?), but nope, nothing...or maybe one or two at the Thalmor Embassy...hehe, that was a fun quest. To be honest, though, for some reason, TES is the only series where I didn't automatically play an elf. Not sure why.
Cause nothing is cooler then a Khajiit! blaugh mrgreen
There had been a call for children in Oblivion, they added them into Fallout 3 but I suspect they were more an after thought in Skyrim, hence why only 2 of the human races even get a "mention".

It should have been there from the get-go, as part of the whole marriage thing, but I guess that's why dlcs exist, lol.

Greetings;

Everyone found all the children that can be adopted now in skyrim? Not sure if talking about it counts as a spoiler or not so be warned: I know that there are 4 more children apart from the orphanage. There is also one other girl that has the dialouge option actually to be adopted but it sort of just cuts out before you can agree to anything. Its the girl in solitude, the one who's uncle is executed just as you first enter the city. She has a mom and dad as I recall already, but she asks you if you will be her new daddy...Like Bethesda didn't finish something.

Ended up adopting the little girl from the orphanage. Then the girl from whiterun who's parents died-aunt and uncle took over her parent's farm, kicked her out. Wished I would have adopted the little girl from Windhelm though, find her trying to sell flowers, sleeps near the museum...On frozen cobblestone, no bedroll...Sucks. Reminds me so much of the little Matchgirl-the Hans Christian Andersen story. Just something to think about then next time. I mean, the girl in the orphanage at least has a roof over her head, you know? The other two are in the streets. Can only ever adopt two children.

Thank you...

Well concidering what other features were cut from the game, I would guess many will slip back in either like this DLC or as parts of updates. Hopefully it won't be up to modders to add in other children though, I would hope Beth would do that so everyone can have an option. I will have to wait for my personal opinion on how the DLC executes things once its out on PC, Like marage, I will test the adoption feature but likely wont really use it.

I played Fable 3... I had a wife or husband in every location and 2 kids with each... you would spend more time dealing with the kids then dealing with the game! rofl

Actually yes. There was also a boy, found in dawnstar. Apparently his father was a sailor, dying of some unknown illness. The rest of the crew just sort of kicked them out in dawnstar, shortly thereafter, the father died. The son lives there now, just sort of running errands for the sailor's. I think he sleeps somewhere in the inn. Near as I can tell, there is another boy, I think living somewhere in Markarth, though I have yet to see him yet. Just havn't gone looking yet. Past several days I have been playing psychonauts which I downloaded off the x-box marketplace. Completed everything in about 3 days which wasn't easy. Really wish they would make a sequel to it already...

Anyone else feeling kind of unimpressed with the whole house options? I was really hoping for different home designs. But still, nothing. All the same...

Thank you...

Concidering they just set up xbox live, it is reasonable to assume they have not downloaded DLC before. Being helpful in such a case gains you reputation with the guards you know.

Keep in mind I don't have an Xbox myself, so this is just from what I found online, someone with an xbox can correct any mistakes.

1) Visit Xbox Live Marketplace on your xbox 360
2) Find the game you want to download the DLC for (Skyrim).
It should list the DLC for the game under it.
3) Add the DLC to your download queue and the download will begin so long as your xbox is turned on and logged into Xbox live.

Remember, the DLC itself will cost money.

True, but people should be able to google simple things by themselves as well. It gives them answers faster, as well. It's also better to find info from sources that you can chack, and favor Wikipedia over people you find randomly online (especially if they admit they know no better themselves).

Ehh... you need the microsoft points to pay for the expansions. Unlike with ps3 and PC, you can't pay directly to microsoft. The points can be bought in well-stocked general stores and gaming stores.

This info could have been googled faster as well.

Well it needs to bring kids that age... and grow up and leave LOL.

Actually, I know it would be hard but it would be cool if in Skyrim, assuming enough time passed, they got older.

That would be amazing. Then maybe you could have them as a follower. But then again, everyone would have to age, making some people die, some kids would need to be born, etc. You get the point but yeah...

... that or make it so no one dies but the homelss rate would go through the roof and dragons would be killing NPCs right and left because simply landing would kill atleast 10 people LOL
