Immediately, Gene sensed a threat. It came in the form of a Huntress that wielded guns and...oh my her clothes were cute. Maybe she'd steal them if she ended up KO'ed. Her logical brain made a grumpy face and shoved her daydreams aside, telling her to snap into focus. This was game day; attacking time. Take down the huntress, disable the shields, and get them another thirty minutes.

In the end, the horsewoman had hit him fairly hard. Fortunately, Wilson wasn’t bleeding too much. There wasn’t a need to use the bandages, at least not yet. He pressed a machine-covered hand to his side while he looked around the headquarters again. The hunter spotted Aria, calmly shooting colored flames at the students. He grinned softly as he took extra caution to avoid the fire. Eventually, he found himself standing next to Madeline. He wasn’t sure if she would recognize him with his mask on, but hopefully the voice would be familiar. “Hey there Mads.”

It took her a moment to recognize Wilson with his gasmask on, but the voice was unmistakable, and she couldn't help but grin. "Hey there, doll." She put a hand on her shoulder, the other secured around Arsen's hilt. "You still alive n' kickin'?" He was talking at least, and that meant he wasn't dead. That was all she could ask for right now, really.
Her head turned back to the fireworks - aka students and horsemen and all sorts of abominations in between getting their asses lit with flames - settling close enough to Wilson to make sure he could lean on her if he needed to. "Come to watch the fireworks?" She asked him mirthlessly, eyes flicking from Aria to Wilson.
To be completely honest with herself, she felt useless right now. She was a Sun, after all, wasn't she? She wanted to be out there, fighting, helping out. But the flamethrower wielding lady bamf had everything in the palms of her hands right now. So here she was.

((Entering from PVP)) That little tussle had been rather invigorating, but the horsewoman had moved away from the hunter, intent on seeking out other ways that she could be dealing some damage. However, as she glanced upwards, a shard caught her eye, and with the smallest of smiles she reached up a hand towards it, letting the fear absorb back into her. OOC SHAHEEN IS NOT IN PVP! Feeling good, and strong, and ready to go, Shaheen's eyes fell on a hunter that was engaged with several others. With a slow smirk spreading across her face, she decided to join them. Come home....What was that? Her head cocked to the side in curiousity. Were the voices...were they actually making sense for once? Her face nearly lost all of it's color as the blood drained away. With his opponent gone, Ryan slumped against the wall. Aria seemed to be attracting all of their attention for now, so for the time being, he would sit and wait until he was actually needed again. That was, if he was needed again.
Considering Aria's strength and skill, she might just dispose of them all on her own. Though, if by chance, any did manage to slip past, the trainees here would be sure to keep them at bay. It was their job after all.

She could hear the sounds of chaos around her. The place was burning, people were fighting all around, and a class of unnatural energies were sparking in every direction. It was magic and physical, screaming in pain and shouting in victory, it was defending a home on both sides, and destruction.
All paths lead to the same end.
"Is that so?" The voice was deep as her eyes continued to smoke.
If all paths lead to the same place, then it would defeat the purpose of fighting his passionately. That they could all lay down and not do anything and meet the same end. What end did they predict, these horsemen? He refused to believe they had all the answers, felt fate was dictated, when they were caught off guard several times before. Why would they be here, fighting with such intensity beside them if they knew the outcome would be the same?
Breathing deep, she looked up as she heard a sterile voice tell her that they were gaining some room in this fight.
Do you feel it? It's like being sucked into a current. All chaos with the world turning upside down.
If they were in a current, then she'd be taken somewhere, to this end, without having to move.

[Entering Bea] Bea was weak and absolutely underestimated a one-eyed hunter. As she came limping back, she reached out for one of the shards Medea had provided for them in hopes of healing her more serious wounds. Bea laid there lime a limp noodle until the shard was able to get absorbed into her.
