Exploring!
Finally catching on, Kato summoned his own (tiny, but he would never admit that) flame and used it to guide him through the next area. He was not having any problems finding his way through! yea!

Exploring!
Finally some sort of ending was in his sight, his legs were getting damn tired from all this walking! Approaching the wall, he stayed close to it but nooottt close enough to touch. He did not want any of that slop on his perfect complexion!

There was something urging him inward. But a sudden wall of webbing had him at a stop. The boil could float, but not through a netting as thick as this; up and over but not through. Looked like this was a dead end.

Staying
The good thing about being in a crowd? They really got you moving. the Bad thing? It was hard to keep a grip on the love of your life when Students didn't give a s**t or were too focused on the red paint trail to see Arcana supporting the Snake ghoul.
He frowned now as he ended up in the Library, sitting right in the restricted area. He wasn't going to move if he could help it because.....He might catch glimpse of Selene or Tarot...or Even Westhor.
It was just logical to stay in the Library where they wouldn't get in trouble, nor would he have to deal with the questions of some passageway. He was by nature, not very aggressive in actively searching in things that might hurt him.

Staying
Even now, as other students passed by, Arcana didn't see Selene or his sister or even Westhor.
he heard voices though. And not any he recognized. Jack, Oh Jack.
"Okay...Okay maybe I'll go in for a peek and come back out and then Selene and Tarot will be here and it'll be okay" He shifted as he went in, completely surrounded by darkness now.
Where was a light when you needed it. Oh wait!
He pulled out the small orb he told futures with, focusing on it as it paled and then emitted a soft glow. He could see....a little around him.
And there was that red paint trail on the ground, The coppery one.

Exploring the Passageway
Arcana frowned as he headed down the passageway, his thoughts elsewhere as he seemed drawn in by some sort of lullaby...or this feeling of....nostaglia. Of something familiar and called to his soul.
He was always ones to take the messages sent to him as a sign, with the red trail, a soft voice and rememberance, Arcana was prime victim-
To running into walls it seemed. Looking at the dead end, he frowned and turned around.

Not wanting to stay put, Ava decided to follow the crows into the passageway, pausing only to see if Avery and Victory were on her tail. Not that she was scared..well kind of, but she wanted someone she knew well to tag along with her in case of something happening. But what could happen, right?

"I do not know. Maybe. I guess. Probably. Oh. Yes, probably. No, probably. I do not know. I think they are."
As usual, Malcolm kept relatively quiet as Selene went on and on, wearing his poker face, and only answering her because he felt obliged to do so; he had no idea why everyone in class had labelled Selene as some quiet, shy, failure-of-a-monster ghoul... He only agreed with that last part. She was almost never quiet whenever they were together. In fact, she was probably one of the chattier ghouls in class who talked to him, but did not have some morbid fascination with his staff.
As he went deeper into the passageway, he frowned, wondering if it even had an end...
Apparently not.
He continued on, until he saw a soft glow up ahead... Emitting from an orb... His frown dissolved back into a poker face, and he started to jog, holding firmly onto Selene so she wouldn't slip off, "Arcana?"

For a short time, Ava was following the crowd of denizens, but went off course. How she did, was a mystery. She could have sworn she was right behind everyone a second ago. Hearing the faintest sound of a lullaby in the distance, Ava shuddered and back tracked to find the group again.

Explore The Passageway - Turn 1 PASS
Matt woke up from one of his impromptu naps to find he was lying somewhere strange. The floor felt wet, and lifting his head he saw a single book shelf. Behind it a passageway, having been revealed by the students who went in before him.
Why was he here? And where were his friends? The Sloth Demon slowly got to his feet, rubbing sleep from his eyes and wandering into the passage way. It was terribly dark, and made him sleepy all over again.
Would this lead him back outside?

Well..that route was the wrong choice as well. Where was she supposed to go again? She was sure, by now, the rest of the group was already ways off. She had to find her way herself--if she could actually find her way.

Turn 2 PASS
It was by dumb luck the sloth continued to navigate blindly through the passage. He'd not come to a single dead end as of yet. He could call for friends, but he figured if he was near them he'd hear them. No sense in wasting energy that way.
In fact, his pace was so slow it hardly seemed he was looking for anyone at all.

His luck ran out. The slow moving Sloth soon felt his foot hit something during his lazy shuffle. Slowly he looked down, though of course he saw nothing. Instead he reached out a clawed hand and rested it against the wall now in front of him.
A dead end, huh?
Matthew sighed quietly, turned, and tried to backtrack to find the proper path.
This would be so much easier if someone had carried him.

Maybe it was a good thing that Avery and Victory were not with her. With her sense of direction, she had a feeling that Avery would have thumped her on the head by now. And with that behemoth strength..she would have a headache to last her the rest of her life.
