And she was now extra glad she'd asked Lance for that bandage, because this was exactly the sort of thing that would have completely screwed over her FEAR shield! But Nicodemus seemed to think everything was fine already, so....

When Willow got into the room and found she could shift to her natural form she automatically went for it. Her eyes narrowed as she looked around, it was full of hunters...
Why the jack did the horsemen have these rooms anyways? She raced down the stairs and aimed for the nearest hunter hoping to sink in some teeth before retreating back a bit. "So.... you guys again." Oh no. Jove was NOT the Bad Dog here! Invading on clan territory, beating up on mere students! Big wheel or no big wheel, he whirled on the human stomping on his long, fluffy tail. Whirled with teeth. "STOP!" He barked, raising up onto his hind legs in an attempt to reach the human's throat with his long teeth, snapping on whatever he could grab. Cass hissed as the Byakko sunk her teeth into her FEAR shield, turning from Feng to instead put her attention onto the creature attacking her instead. Because dammit, she wasn't going to just sit there and take it.
"Us again? Why do you sound so surprised?" she smirked as she moved, swinging Nicodemus's blade at her attacker. Faustus was dumb-founded as he entered the room. Amarus was already engaged in what appeared to be a ... war.
Humans, he realized. Humans in white coats were attacking the students. His mind flashed back to his 'memories' from Death, the way humans had been attacking Halloweeners and Clansmen then ...
He couldn't let this happen. Not again. ... But, wasn't this having some sort of effect on the strange runes now carved on the floor?? ... Where had they come from?? ...

What? As she had managed to get herself not to fall from the initial shock getting to the Island of War, Olivia wasn't as lucky when she ran into the room with Faustus and Amarus. She found herself on the floor on a random tile with what looked like a rune.
But she couldn't give the strange thing the attention it maybe needed. Amarus was fighting, so was Faustus. Right in front of her. What was going on? Why were there people fighting? Was this the weird feeling? Who were these people, were they humans? They looked like humans and they were attacking people she knew - and visa versa.
Olivia made a little pitiful sound and pulled her arms over her head as she stayed on the ground.

As the mace whipped past her head Auri took the chance to get a hit in. She was still really hurt and couldn't quite land a good punch. She grazed his ribs with a lunging cross. Yeah, he did. He was distracted by his thoughts though, and missed yet again when he went to hit her.
