I wish more people would post their specific conflicts instead of just popping in and voting. So far, I don't see anything that is a deal breaker with the June 22-24th date. Sure, finals and projects might compete for time, but all of the studying and papers can be done ahead of time. Robayn has a conflict, but at least she can make the night shift. Given the alternative of people being out of town or completely unavailable (not just busy), that date is looking pretty good. I also know that there were several people who said they have problems with July, so we're going to have to make some hard choices, and not everyone is going to walk away happy with the date.

My only conflict at this point is that if this is the date we are going with then I need to let my boss know so I can take it off~ heart heart

Eep. I might be going to Quebec for a French program for most of July.
Ideal dates for me is June 29th - July 8th.

LilChibiusa How do you feel about August 17-19? That's a really bad time for me because I'm working straight from Aug 15-23 and I can't take time off then.

I should be finding out as soon as Monday whether or not I got accepted. If I don't get in, then we'll have a much wider date range available. Then again, if I do get accepted and we get stuck with a date, I might find a way for someone to puppet my character in my absence.

The most ideal dates for me would be 21-23 of June. 22-24 would be fine, but the 24th is the day I head to Conchordia College for a week. That being said, the 24th is the most ideal day to fake a terrible head cold and stay in bed/finish the ball.
Edit: I'm also available all of August, just in case.

Seeing how late it is now, I definitely think that August would be our safest bet. I still haven't heard back yet, but it could be any day now.

People awaken when they sense daylight.
And pull weeds in the afternoon.
They rejoice and budspouting when they sense its spring.I have absolutely no problems with it being in August. I mean I'm not sure, but as of right now, nothing problematic right now. =3 And they enjoy crop growing when its summer.
Celebrate the harvest when they sense fall.
And await spring when its winter.

I don't think I noticed this thread until now. O.o
The biggest conflict for me will be "Painting for Paws," which is a one night charity event that I go to every year. Last year it was a Saturday evening in August, but the date for this year hasn't been announced yet. I'm expecting it to be the same.
Also my room is fully aware of the fact that I work with senior citizens thus cannot just be taking time off. Right now I work 4 hours on Friday but have the weekends off, but that will change at some point in the future when I'm no longer with my current client and am placed with a new one. It's hard to be entirely certain on my availability until it gets close to whatever dates are selected.
