Yelena the Light Reaper

PostPosted: Tue Oct 02, 2012 9:00 pm

Yelena's curiosity was getting the better of her. Perhaps it was because of her clan's lineage, or her natural personality, but Yelena always felt as if she needed to be in the know in regards to everything. She reached up and used her index finger to press her sunglasses closer to her face, adjusting them to ensure that her eyes are covered. It was at that point that she was trying to assess what exactly it was that the young man had in the box. "What's in the box...what's in the box?" she thought to herself. He seemed to be handling the contents very carefully but could couldn't make out exactly what it was that he had from her distance. From the looks of it, the ninja just seemed to be acting rather suspicious. A young man carrying a box in the middle of a crowded area...for all she knew it could be a bomb or something!

Deciding to find out more, Yelena bent down, fiddling around with her shoes as a single insect crawled out from the sleeve of her hoodie. The insect crawled unto the ground just as a passerby blocked her from view. The Kikaichu made its way through the crowd, a tiny speck that would be very hard to notice by any average person. The insect managed to crawl beneath the bench he was perched at. Reaching the far right leg, the insect began to climb the bench's leg, resting along one of its grooves as the insect managed to get into a position where it could spy on the boy without being seen. If the boy gets up and begins to leave, the insect will follow and attempt to attach itself to the boy's heel. This way, Yelena could have a fairly good chance of being able to track his steps.

((Random Note: I suddenly got inspired to add a bit to Nagisa's story which shows the sheer agony involved when given the Aburame bugs.))
((The lack of interaction here is boring me so...Sorry for interrupting your mission, and I know you have already been to the training center but its time to see the future of Kumogakure))

[enter from raikage's office]
Watching the situation develop from atop a nearby shop sat a young woman. Her long sleeved turtleneck and gloves hiding most of her skin, and a pair of sunglasses her eyes. She had come from the office to meet a young graduate from the academy, and also a fellow clan member. She watched the young girl watch another boy mess with brand new ninja tech who could only be the final graduate from the academy, and the one with the lowest passing grade in the history of the academy. The girl ducked down to untie and retie her shoe then meld back into the crowd... ish.

"Hello!" Nagisa jumped quietly into the crowd and slapped the girl on the corner, giving her a kind smile. "Eavesdropping is rude!" Nagisa Aburame had seen this girl several times in passing, but her duties as shinobi and clan head tended to keep her too busy to actually meet her. Yelena bore the traditional appearance of an Aburame, with hood and sunglasses, but from what Nagisa heard from her parents showed a deal of promise. Her 'kikaichuu initiation' where she had been 'given' her bugs was much quicker than most, which was a sign of good fortune to the clan. Her graduation scores were modest, but promising. "My name is Nagisa, congratulations on your graduation. Now let's go."

Holding the girl's shoulder and half forcing half guiding her approached the boy. "Hello there, I see you have already gotten your gear. Are you Shikaku? I'm curious to see why you were allowed to graduate. Will you come with us?" She then reached out and grabbed his shoulder with her free hand and yanked him to his feet. As it turned out whoever was involved with the restaurant shenanigans was an unrecognized Kumo shinobi using a henge from what her spies could gather, and that seemed to be his only skill as of yet. Guiding the two towards the training center she felt a small wave of happiness returning. They had new shinobi, and she had an excuse to get out of the office. It was nice to see some form of progress after her day's work in the office.

It took a bit, but soon enough Shikaku spotted his stalker. Or at least he assumed so. A girl was staring in his direction from down the road... Pretending not to notice, the boy instead began examining shop windows near her, always keeping the girl in the corner of his vision. He wasn't sure if he should leave, or go after her and find out why she was watching him... Why would anyone be watching him? Was she an assassin? But, who would send an assassin after him? Was he such an embarrassment to the village that they wanted him dead before he could make a fool of himself?

When the girl ducked out of his vision again, he almost panicked and ran, but was relieved to see she only seemed to be adjusting her shoes... Or pulling out a hidden weapon from them... Okay then. If she made a move in his direction, he would duck into the crowds and vanish. it was the only way to be sure of escape. After all, it had worked earlier. Right? Or... Was she with the boy from earlier and his escape hadn't been as clean as he'd thought? Crap.

He'd almost made up his mind to just run for it and try to lose the girl, when another, a woman, dropped from above right beside her. Curious, he delayed his escape, watching them carefully. The woman didn't seem to be working with the girl, but then... She was, dragging her towards him? Maybe it was safe. Maybe she was bringing her over to apologize for staring, like he'd seen mothers do to their kids in the past... Or maybe it was all a trick and she was just trying to get close enough without alerting him to make the kill.

Grabbing his bag and making sure he had everything on him, Shikaku rushed to leave his seat, but just a little too slow as he looked up to find the woman right in his face, staring at him. Then with a short statement she reached out and grabbed hold of him, yanking him up and dragging him away with strength he couldn't even begin to hope to match. Crap. Crap crap crap. This was worse than anything he had imagined. She wasn't an assassin, or even here about Timmy's stunt at the restaurant. She was an academy re-tester! They had decided his marks weren't really high enough and sent her to reevaluate him. How was he supposed to pass a reevaluation if the original testers had cheated the system to get him through in the first place?!

This had officially gone from best day ever, to worst day ever. Well, maybe they would at least refund him for the equipment he'd bought when they kicked him out of the forces.

Yelena jumped as she was startled by the woman slapping and appearing behind her. A yelp was let out of her mouth as she quickly turned around to face her. She had seen this woman before, and knew her to be of her clan. However, she always seemed so busy and self involved that she never had a chance to say a word to her. Yelena was about to respond but wasn't exactly given a chance. She felt the crushing grip on her shoulder as she was dragged across the street and towards the one with the box.

"His name is Shikaku and he just graduated from the academy...must have been a different class cause I don't know him," she said to herself as she refrained from speaking. It seems that the two of them are in some sort of trouble and speaking out of turn might make things worse. She suddenly felt Nagisa's arm pulling on her shoulder, guiding her to some unknown location.

Once he was out of view of the jounin, though he was fully aware that the genin was still there, and the jounin likely following in hiding as well, Shikaku stopped and pulled the wad of bills, as well as his empty wallet, back out of his pocket. Folding up one of the bills in an unusual pattern that hid the numbers stamped on it, he stuck it in the wallet, then frowned, and looked back up at the girl. She HAD asked if he had a plan, and it'd be better to work with her than separately after all. "Yelena Aburame, right?" he spoke, truly acknowledging her personally for the first time. The likelihood that she was a part of the test, an enemy, was unlikely, so it wouldn't hurt to be open with her, where the jounin worried him. "Can you fill this with bugs?" and he held up the mostly empty wallet, holding it open for her to take.

While she did that, or refused, either way, Shikaku pulled his left hand glove, the one marking him as a shinobi of Kumogakure, off, and stuffed it in his pack. Quickly following that came his kunai holster, along with anything else that might mark him as a ninja, leaving only the metal glove and kunai he'd stuffed in it. Before he took that off, he drew all the ninja wire out of it, rolling it into a small ball and setting it aside. The barbed kunai went into his pocket where he could get a hold of it quickly, and the glove joined the rest of his gear in the bag.

With all of his gear removed, Shikaku looked like, well, what he pretty much was. A normal kid, though poor, having evidently raided his clothing from a ninja's dumpster. But that was a common look among the children in this area, so would likely go unnoticed, at least more so that walking in with weapons and shinobi symbol for all to see. Hopefully, he'd look an easy target to the pickpocket. With his "Disguise" completed, Shikaku looked to the girl again, to see if she'd added the bugs to his wallet, and rolled the bundle of wire in his hand as he waited.

"Call me Lena," Yelena responded as she held out her hand. She immediately knew his plan. If they could get the thief to take their wallet, Yelena could use her insects to track the thief down and get the jump on him. Two female bugs crawled from within her sleeves, running down her arm until they reached the tips of her finger. The two jumped the gap of space between her fingers and the wallet, hiding within. Now, the male Kikaichu will be able to pick up their scents. Yelena then proceeded to remove the only object that she had that identified her as a ninja, her forehead protector. She hadn't had time to buy kunais nor senbons. She was going to use her money in order to buy medical tools and scrolls.

"Alright...so I'm guessing you're going to go through the streets and hope that he steals from you? How are you going to get his attention, you don't exactly look like you have money on you," Yelena commented, he still looked dirty and no thief in his right mind would risk stealing from a kid.

"Hum..." Shikaku hummed, hefting the bugged wallet and then opening it to look inside. "I was thinking more of a ton of bugs, so it was fatter and they'd jump out..." he explained, looking oddly at the meager two bugs in the wallet. Did she only have that many? Or was there a misunderstanding and she had a different idea than him? Regardless, he held out the wallet again, while thinking over her question. It was true, no thief would consider robbing a grubby looking kid, unless he was given the impression that they had a lot of money. Now, he could have done that by using the same disguise as he had to get into the restaurant, but he had a different idea here. One that had more flavor, and didn't require chakra. "I'm going to pick pockets." he said happily to answer the question. That was only partially true though. As a shinobi now, he couldn't get away with actually taking anything. But if he ran about playing the child pickpocket, subtle enough to fool regular people, but obvious to a real pickpocket, with a few bills hanging out his back pocket, why, he'd start to make a fine temptation to a more skilled thief fairly quick.

Shorter post since I couldn't finish my preparation without the bug bomb, or being denied the bug bomb. I can work with it either way, the bugs just make my idea more fun. XD

"Sorry, I misinterpreted what you wanted me to do," she responded, thinking that he wanted her to use her insects to track him, not attack. Taking a deep breath, Yelena held out her arm yet again and stretched her fingers towards the wallet. Now, dozens of Kikaichu crawled down her arms and stood on her fingertips. The bugs leapt across the gap of air, burrowing into the wallet and making it fatter and fatter with each insect that crawls inside. After doing so, Yelena placed her hand back into the pocket of her hoodie. That was when she heard his response.

"I'm sorry...you're going to pick pockets? You're a ninja of the village, you can't go around stealing from people," she argued. She wore a frown on her face at the idea that the boy was having. She wasn't about to let him steal money from others for the sake of a mission.

The boy smiled as his wallet grew fatter and fatter with the bugs, giving it a happy squeeze when the last bug had entered. That would be perfect. The bugs, being of the shelled variety, didn't feel altogether different through the material than small coins.

Taking the wire now, he uncoiled a couple feet of it, and stuffed it all into his front right pocket. For once, it was lucky that he had in fact stolen these pants from a dumpster, as he was able to easily run the end of the wire through a hole in the pocket, around his leg once, and out through a hole in the back right pocket, all without it being exposed on the outside. Running the end of the wire through a small hole in his wallet (Acquired the same way as his pants, thus also rather shoddy.), he twisted the end together with the line, creating a ring to hold the wallet. shoving the wallet into his back pocket, he then twisted the ball of wire in his front pocket, pulling all of the excess wire back into the coil. Now, if someone tried to pull his wallet, the wire would yank and catch on his leg. The wallet would likely break if they pulled hard, but he'd be well alerted to the theft in progress.

Looking up with a smile at the girl, he paused as she spoke again, and then sighed. "Amendment. I'm going to act like I'm picking pockets. You heard the re-tester. I'm not allowed to break laws." It was true, wasn't it? He couldn't do that sort of thing anymore. At least not unless he had Timmy to take the fall, and that certainly didn't include pickpocketing. But, he shouldn't need to, right? Being a ninja was dangerous and all, but ninja were well paid, got free housing at the apartments. All you had to worry about was keeping yourself fed and clothed. And alive. Obviously.

Patting his pockets to check his gear was all in place, wallet in the right rear, wire in the right front, kunai in the front left, Shikaku nodded to himself. He was ready to pull his first scam in the name of the village! "Ready?" he looked up to ensure the girl was as well. He hadn't actually included her in his plan beyond the bugs, but she'd probably have a better idea what she could or should do than he did anyways. And if not, he could include her on the fly so it wouldn't look odd that she was always near him, but not doing the same as him.

"The re-tester?" she thought as she wondered who he was talking about. Upon hearing that he wasn't going to actually pick the pockets, she felt relieved. This didn't mean that she wouldn't keep an eye on him though. The wallet was ready, and the boy seemed to have that part covered. The only thing she needed to do was to ensure that her insects attacked the thief. "I'm ready," she responded as she motioned for him to go on ahead. "I'll walk to your right and maintain several paces behind you. It might be too noticeable if I was walking alongside you the entire time. The moment my insects swarm, I'll release the rest," Yelena stated, hinting that she had a lot more insects inside of her than the few that were in the wallet. "Does that sound good to you?"

Shikaku nodded his agreement with Yelena's summary. "Don't follow too close though." he added, frowning in thought for a short moment. "Too close and it'd be too obvious. Just keep me in view, where you can get close quick." He nodded to himself mostly at that, happy with that idea. He'd be able to use her as part of the act, as well as keeping her in range for backup. He wasn't sure he liked the idea of going against a possible ninja thief with just a medic for backup (Though as a sidenote, it could be convenient and avoid a trip to the hospital.), but if it really got out of hand then the ANBU would probably step in. These missions were little more than tests anyways. Any pickpocket that really caused trouble in Kumo could be caught in moments by a single ANBU. Using genin then, was just to test their skills... Combat skills... Crap.

Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, Shikaku shot the medic a grin and darted out into the market streets, almost immediately colliding with an unfortunate passerby and knocking himself on his rear. "Heh, sorry about that." he shot a small smile to the man, pushing himself back to his feet and brushing the dust from his rear, miming slipping something into his pocket in the process. It was almost completely unlikely that the target would catch that, but Yelena would, since he'd warned her already.

"Come on Yel! I wanna show you something!" he called back cheerily once the pedestrian had wandered away, testing out a nickname for the girl, since, in his eyes anyways, that name was going to be hard to recall. But no, Yel didn't seem to work... Oh well, he'd have plenty of time to work on that. So, with that, he darted off again, weaving his way into the crowds and occasionally bumping into people, always keeping just a little ahead of his temporary accomplice.

Kind of embarrassed now that I took so long to actually post that. It was pathetically simple to write.

So, if it's not obvious, he's abandoning the cautious bit for the moment in lieu of a cheery friends act, to enhance the act for the mission. Hopefully he'll get to know her well enough along the way that he can keep that up even after the act is done, since he was sorta meant to be a fairly cheerful (If horribly over evaluating everything) person anyways. Their meeting just didn't occur well for his nerves. XD

(Don't be embarrassed ^_^ )

"Sounds good," Yelena responded as Shikaku shot her a grin and took off. She smiled sincerely in response as she watched him take off. She took her first step forward before watching Shikaku collide with another man. The man himself was dressed rather nicely. A top hat, with spectacles on his face, he seemed like the type of man who would have a pretty coin to spend. As Shikaku collided, her eyes widened slightly upon seeing his hand reaching into the man's pocket and slipping his hand out with nothing in it. She was surprised how effortless Shikaku made it seem, he's clearly done this before.

Yelena came from a family of doctors, so money was never an issue for her. She was always pampered, some might even say that she was spoiled. Though she was a hard worker who wanted to make a name for herself as a doctor, Yelena has never had a tough life by any stretch of the imagination. So she couldn't stand Shikaku and who he was because she's never experienced anything similar to what he has. As he began to rise up, Shikaku yelled out to her and she nodded. "Call me Lena if you're not going to use my name!" Yelena called out, frowning at the name Yel.

Stepping out of the alley, Lena darted behind Shikaku. She always left the same amount of paces behind him despite his stops as he collided with others. Whenever he did bump into someone, Lena shrank into the crowd, almost hiding from sight before she continued pressing on. A single insect flew over the crowd, almost acting as surveillance from the sky.

(It wasn't the best meeting after all...being snatched up by an upper ranked ninja suddenly. Btw...Yel? )

After awhile of running about with his fake thieving (Oh did he want to actually take some of the loot. It was just so easy right now, Yelena wouldn't notice the difference if he did it right, and he might even be able to hide it from ANBU, but... No. It wasn't worth it.) Shikaku paused, stopping on the sidewalk to catch his breath. It was frustrating now. He was wasting energy going to all this profitless work, and he didn't see any sign of the target. He'd recognized a few faces that he'd known as pickpockets months ago, but they weren't the ones. He knew it. Maybe they were in the wrong area then? Could it be that the target was a bit braver than the average pickpocket and had chosen a high risk zone? The re-tester had mentioned that the target was cocky, so it was possible.

Sure of this idea, Shikaku darted off again, bumping into a great many less people the further he went, choosing only the richest in appearance until he was deep in the seediest sector of the district, where he stopped his fake thieving entirely. It was dangerous here. Back in the main market merchants were easy pickings, and if you were caught, be it by ANBU or another thief, the worst you got was a light beating or a day or two in lock up. Here though? Here there were less ninja, and the thieves would kill. And the rich men walking the streets knew when they'd been pickpocketed, and they would kill too. No, that act was too risky for this area. But he knew one place he could work in that would be a bit safer, and had a high chance of revealing, if not their target, then another they could pass off for it.

"In here Na!" the boy chirped, waving her towards a dingy looking building as he tested out another nickname, basically ignoring her earlier choice of name. Na seemed okay. A lot better than Yel at any rate. Without waiting for her response, mostly because he had a feeling it'd be in the negative and he'd have to change plans, he darted inside the building, grinning to himself. It'd been awhile since he'd come here.

I dunno, him thinking you were a stalker would have kept them from really meeting at all without her interference. And Yel was a terrible name idea, meant to lead into him deciding to call you Na. =p Or Nana/Na-Na, for fun.

The insect flew to her shoulder as it began chirping frantically. It relayed several pieces of information from the sky, all irrelevant information. Nothing useful that she could have used for this mission. She continued to follow Shikaku until she watched him pause, stepping unto the sidewalk. She immediatley stopped as well, maintaining her distance from him as she pretended to be window shopping a beautiful blue dress made of silk.

She took a deep breath for a moment, allowing oxygen to travel through her bloodstream. Being a medical shinobi, she knew that breathing exercises were important for a shinobi. It helped with being able to keep running for increased amounts of time while reducing fatigue and aid the lungs in working more efficiently. As soon as Shikaku darted off again, she followed suit. The insect took to the skies again in order to have a set of eyes from above.

As she continued following, she began to notice that they were going deeper and deeper into the market. They made a right and went through an alley that was almost the polar opposite of where she had been before. She was no longer in the happy go lucky center. Taking a moment to look around, she found herself surrounded by poorer company. Where was Shikaku leading her? She has never been in this area of the village, she was never allowed by her parents. Her family was wealthy, she was spoiled and pampered. She couldn't understand why there was a beggar on the side of the street asking for spare coin.

Looking to her right, she watched Shikaku call out to her going inside yet another buiding. She took a step forward towards him, the paused. She hesiated. She had a horrible gut wrenching feeling, she wasn't supposed to be there. What if she was kidnapped, held for ransom? What if she was robbed? Or worse? "If anything happens to me I'm going to kill him..." she said to herself as she walked on over to the building in which Shikaku had gone into. The insect that was hovering outside now flew over to her shoulder, being the eyes at the back of her head.

Some artists paint or sing of peace...I?

((Enters from Raikage Tower))

Expertly maneuvering her way around the crowds, Shizuna would only slow down to make sure Hasaki would not loose her amongst the crowd. Arriving at a bustling candy store, the two would arrive just before the after school rush. Entering through the main door, the soft chime of bells would announce their arrival to the store owner. Turning to greet them, the store keeper, would flash the two a big smile before offering them a joyous welcome. "Welcome young'uns. What can I help you with today? We have some taffee straight out of the oven or will it be some scrumptious cookies that you're hoping to get?"

Returning the store owner's warm greeting with a small smile of her own, Shizuna would make her way over to the counter before giving him a low bow. Pointing to her headband resting loosely around her neck, Shizuna would then twist around a bit to point at Hasaki and afterwards hand over a mission scroll for the male to take. While the store owner looked over the contents of the scroll, Shizuna would open her sketchpad to a pre-written page of sentences and point to one particular line - "My name is Miyake Shizuna and I am here to fulfill the mission request you left at the Raikage Tower." Between the pointing and the mission scroll, the owner had pretty much figured that these two were the shinobi he and his wife had asked to help out at the store. With the note indicating Shizuna's name, the owner would merely nod his head in acknowledgement. "Alright than, Miyake-san I guess you can help out my wife in the back. All you really have to do is help package the sweets and than bring them out here to be restocked."

Smiling in understanding, Shizuna would give the man another bow of her head before turning to Hasaki and waving 'good bye'. Making her way around the counter, Shizuna would enter into the back of the store just as the owner turned to address Hasaki. "And how shall I address you young man?" Fairly confident that nothing could go wrong with a simple inquiry about his name, Shizuna entered the back with hope that Hasaki will be able to pull himself out of his stump and focus on the task at hand.

Sketchpad ready, Shizuna would enter the rather warm kitchen fill with several ovens all baking different sorts of goods and two large work counters. One to make the good and another to get them ready to sell. Inside, Shizuna would notice a middle-age woman similar in age to the male who greeted them out front and two other young workers, a male and female, presumptively their kids. Entering the woman's line of vision, Shizuna would raise her sketchpad and point to a different but similar line - "Hello, my name is Miyake Shizuna and I am here to help." Taking a moment to read the sketchpad, the woman would than smile and call out to her co-workers. "Miya, Hiroshi, come here and meet Miyake-san, she's the shinobi who's here to help us for the next hour or so during the after-school rush. I'm Enya by the way dear." When given the lady's name, Shizuna would bow her head in greeting while taking note of the way she called out to the two workers. 'Definitely her kids...she's really informal with them...' No need to ponder though as the two young adults would answer with a simultaneous "Hai, okaa-san." before making their way over for introductions.

Once that was done and over with, Miya would show Shizuna to a small back office where she was able to put down her stuff and put on a chef's coat. That way she wouldn't get her clothes dirty while moving around in the kitchen. Shizuna would thank her with a pre-written note and than proceed to go without her sketchpad. It felt weird and she could almost taste vulnerability but she had to deal with it for the sake of the mission. Following Miyu back out, she would see Hiroshi-san and Enya-san working together on baking meaning she was with Miyu for the wrapping. Making their way to their station, Miyu would take a moment to properly explain how things were to be wrapped and which basket to put it in for easy transportation into the store. Soaking in all the information like a sponge, Shizuna would watch only once before picking up the same type of candy and wrapping it the exact same way Miyu showed her. Slip the candy face up against the logo, grip the neck, twist it once that tie it with the ribbon. "Wow! So good Miyake-san, on your first take too! You're a natural!" Giving a small bow in thanks, Shizuna would than continue to do the same thing with the remainder of this batch of candy. As she did this though, she noticed the pace at which Miyu-san's was going compared to hers and knew she had to pick it up. 'The rush starts in about half-an-hour...' [Store Helper - 1/3]

Shizuna would continue to rapidly work away at packing the goods but it would seem as if she was not making any difference as the moment she finishes with one batch or even before she finishes, another batch arrives for her and Miyu to package. With each different product, Miyu would be sure to either demonstrate the wrapping to Shizuna or leave a demo for the girl to use. Normally she would not leave a demo but she noticed Shizuna's keen eye for detail and knew it was safe to trust Shizuna with packaging their family goods with a demo alone. Finished with the chocolate stars, Shizuna would move the basket aside with the rest of the filled basket and pull up a fresh one to start packaging the new ones in. 'Wow...and to think they normally do this with just the three of them in the back...or is it two considering how they may actually need an extra hand out front when it gets really busy.' Glancing at the demo, Shizuna's perceptive eyes and mind easily broke down the packaging and making a mental list of materials; set to work right away on reproducing it for the entire batch. So engrossed in the packaging, Shizuna didn't even notice what time it was. At least, not until Enya-san spoke out loud to all of them. "Alright all of you. Get ready, here comes the crowd." On cue, the bell located about the store entrance-way would chime as its first set of guests entered the store followed closely but another and another after that. 'Well this is the most popular candy store in Kumo...' Picking up her pace, Shizuna did her best to hurry through the rest of this batch and move on to the next. Across form her Miyu would seem to be doing the same. [Store Helper - 2/3]

The front of the store would soon fill up with the loud, excited chatter of customers browsing and picking out their favorite sweets. The sound of the cash machine resounding 'ka-ching' with each new purchase would occur so constantly, it could've been made into a song. Every so often, the owner would cry out for a certain product and taking a moment away from her work, Miyu would point out which basket or baskets needed to be brought out and Shizuna would be tasked with bring it out and replacing the now empty basket with the filled one. So caught up with the momentum of things, Shizuna would be unable to check up on Hasaki. All she could do was hope he was doing well and giving it his all like she was. 'I'll see soon enough...the rush is only for an hour or so...' Still, with such a bustling crowd and constant running back and forth between the back and the front of the store, it would easily seem like one was doing so much with no time passing at all. For someone physically unfit like Shizuna, her fifth run out in a row was proving too much for her frail body to take. Slipping back into the kitchen, Shizuna would indicate as nicely as she could using hand gestures to Miyu that she couldn't run out anymore. Noticing the tired look on Shizuna's face, Miyu understood and nodded her head in consent before uttering a quick "no worries". Back to packaging, Shizuna noticed that the pace of goods going in and coming out of the oven was slowing down. Even so, Shizuna did not slow down on her packaging pace. It was after all better to have goods waiting ready to be sold than goods ready to be sold sitting unpackaged. [Store Helper - 3/3]

Came five o'clock, the last remaining bits of customers were gone and the store was slowing down to a manageable rate. Making her way over to Shizuna, Enya would pat the young artist on the back and congratulate her on a job well done. Handing her a bag of sweets, Enya would than send her on her way. Taking off the jacket, Shizuna would return it to the spot Miyu got it from and retrieve her stuff. Feeling whole again with her sketchbook around her and by her side, Shizuna would exit to the kitchen where Enya, Hiroshi, and Miyu were taking a small water break. Opening to a new page, Shizuna would dedicate it to a proper thank you message including a picture of a cookie as well at the bottom - "Thank you for your guidance. I had a really enjoyable time working with you all. yum_donut " Giving a low bow as well, Shizuna would straighten back out to three smiling faces and a chorus of 'No, thank you,' 'You were a great help', 'Come again'. Smiling in response, Shizuna would give out one more small bow before exiting back out to the front of the store to meet up with Hasaki and the storeowner.
