Brief Personality: A motherly, soft spoken lioness. Nomvula has never known a family of her own, but desires one greatly, whether it's a litter of her own or another lioness in the pride she can call sister.
Brief History: Born into the life of a rogue, with parents who didn't stick around for long, Nomvula has been flying solo for longer than she's liked. She's been on the lookout for a pride of some sort to join and upon coming to the Ithambo’hlabathi, she's hopeful of being accepted into their ranks and become part of the family.

Brief Personality: Suphi is a tubby lioness who uses her coloring to her best advantage when hunting. She's quite good at stalking and ambush kills. Her philosophy is that if you have to run to kill your prey, you're doing it wrong! She has a playful sense of humor and can be a little flippant sometimes.
Brief History: Suphi was born in a typical litter, named for her short, wide stature even as a cub, and has grown up in the pride.

Brief Personality: Being partially blind she is more careful and conscious of her surroundings than she used to be. A pleasant female she is soft spoken and easy in her temper. She adores cubs and is happiest when surrounded by them.
Brief History: Kicked from her home pride by jealous pridemates for being the lead male's favored lioness, she was forced to live a rogue's life. Though she did well enough on her own as a lone hunter and mother it was a very hard existence. She had two litters but has lost several cubs in the course of raising them, as being without the safety of a pride they were vulnerable. Two sons lost to hyenas while she was away hunting, and a daughter murdered by a pair of rogue males who invaded her territory. She herself barely escaped with her life and lost an eye along with her daughter. Forced to flee the males and cede her territory over to them, she fled across the Savannah. There she met and became friends with another lioness, Atmaca (Neon Fly's). Together they journey onwards and eventually stumble onto the Bonelands. Worn out by life as a rogue she asked to join them, hoping to start over.

Brief Personality: A rough-edged and somewhat stand-offish lioness, Atmaca seems to have a smartass answer for everything and she uses her sarcastic wit to brush off and avoid any sort of serious conversation, particularly related to her past. It's clear she's running from something, though what that is would be anyone's guess. She finds the Bonelands a strange culture, but sticks around to keep an eye out on Maditah who she has developed an attachment to, though she would be the last to admit it.
While she might claim to hate weakness and will lecture those who don't fight for themselves, she is also the first to come to their defense. She also claims to hate cubs, but some might see her playing with--and performing elaborate dances for--the little ones of the pride when she thinks no one is looking.
Brief History: Atmaca doesn't speak of her past. Where she came from is as much a mystery to the pride as it is to her traveling companion Maditah.
(OOC: Basically because I'm still puzzling it out. I figure I'll learn more about her past as I play her. |D;;)

Brief History: Started following the pride after they left a tasty snake lying around for her. She'll probably hang with the two grey sisters (mine and Tals) or anyone who leaves food around really. It'll be interesting to see how she gets along with the vultures.

Brief Personality: Inkungu likes cubs very much, and she's sure she'll be an excellent mother. Until then she happily volunteers to be a cub sitter and play with the little ones.
Brief History: Born and raised in a close knit family group, the sisters left when their father was defeated by their brother. Inkungu is delighted to have joined a new "family" and one with delicious unrelated lions that could father her cubs!

Brief Personality: Intuthu is very calm and serene. She gets along well with others and is very patient. Her approach to life is generally very zen. She isn't currently looking to do anything but find a place to belong and work hard to earn it.
Brief History: She and her twin sister (Inkungu, owned by Annchen) left their original small family group when their father was overthrown. Not wishing to remain under the current male, they agreed to find a new place and new pride to call home together.

Basic Info: Granddaughter of Matifu
Brief Personality: Very much like her Grandmother, Njalo, she is sweet and playful. Always looking on the bright side of life and generally unable to think badly of anyone. She tends to stick close to her sister for the time being, as the cubs have had a lot of upheaval in their lives so far.
Brief History: Their father was surprised with two bundles of fluff after a brief fling. The mother was killed in a hunting accident so Laini took both girls under his protection. Worried that something could happen to such tiny bodies while he hunted for them he decided to bring them to live with his own mother in his birth-pride, knowing they would be safe and more importantly, get the love, care and female guidance they would need from Njalo.
