Alright then, perfect.
The balloon was returned to its pokeball, so now Pygi could too.
As soon as she reached the treeline, the Pidgeotto vanished into the quick beam of red light.
"Rest now. May still need you..." Tambrey told her, looking back to see the trainer getting up and coming after her.
Hopefully Tambrey actually had all her pokemon now, so who knew what the girl planned to do if she caught up with the grunt, but either way, Tam didn't really want to have that confrontation.
Ah! She had to recall Lasi really, but before she did...
"Lasi, supersonic- leave her confused- and then return!" She called, readying his pokeball. "It's time we got goin'."

Jerome didn't answer her, he just continued to search her belt for pokeballs. keeping his eyes on the Jolteon as he jerked his head a little, a gesture to Bro' that got the Gangar to float over and do some searching of his own. After glowering at the Jolteon the ghost got busy going through the girls pockets, her bag, anywhere a trainer would normally keep her pokeballs.
Jerome continued to hold her so that she was extremely uncomfortable, watching every move the Jolteon dared to make from under his brow.

This wasn't going to work. Even if Spook couldn't answer if asked what one plus one equaled, she could still catch the meaning. In this case, it was that one Pokeball plus one Pokemon (namely the unhappy Raichu) did not equal this human having a second Pokemon for the taking. As much as she wanted to do well for her own human, Alba would be more angry at her for taking the chance and getting hurt. It was a hard decision, but the Chingling finally pulled back in a pout.
When Alba spotted Spook levitate briefly into view, still out of sight behind the girl and Raichu, he knew it was a lost cause. Twitch also saw Spook escaping off to the side. After she'd had time to get clear, he let up on his attack and took off for the treetops. With his team clearing out, Alba started putting distance between himself and the girl as well. He'd just have to find another target, or go back empty handed.
