Ziza Recette
"Really!" Ziza had to fall back as Dythus blocked her attack once more, but she parried his blade when he stabbed. It was a weak stab, but it would have hurt if Ziza did not act quick enough to block it. She slide her blade down Dythus's sword to keep him from pulling it up and striking her from behind, but also to prevent him from just swinging his shield into her face. Ziza dashed past Dythus in their close proximity, sliding her blade just over his gauntlet; her blade couldn't go though it, as she predicted, but it did allow her to get a clear shot at his back.
"I don't see why you would want to hide your face. The only people who would want cover their faces would be people trying to hide from others, or people trying to hide from themselves." Kami lunged at his back, and she was about to slam the hilt of her blade onto his shoulder. Hopefully, it won't kill him, but it should make him buckle onto his knee, and in which Kami can try to make him surrender.

He aimed a powerful kick directly at her stomach, planning on actually knocking her away, not send her flying since he didn't have the strength for it. "I'm actually both, I can fight the most powerful enemies and come out without a scratch, but the enemy I'm most afraid to face...is myself." He explained during his kick, because of the armor he was wearing if he actually kicked her then she'd be stunned, and he'd end this training session like so many before had ended with others, with his opponent giving in. He also made sure the kick was fast enough to retract just in case he needed to defend himself again.
"I don't know why, but facing myself is...impossible." He said silently to himself, already drawing his leg back, if he kicked her then he could end this duel. He was hoping this would end soon and in his favor...because he just now noticed how hungry he really was, it was something that clawed at him more than what he was thinking. With the thought of actually getting good food to eat in mind he resolved to win this duel. "Ignore what I just said."

Ziza Recette
Ziza tried to lower her blade, to intercept the kick. But she was just off by a few seconds by the time she put her hand down, Dythus's foot connected to her abdomen, knocking her far away. unlike almost everyone else, Ziza wore little armor; mostly for comfort, since it wasn't something she'd wear casually. Anyways, Dythus's kick knocked her onto the ground, and when she hit the ground, both her swords fell out of her hand. She clenched her guts, trying to sooth the pain. She stood herself up on one arm, but she was done; that one kick did some heavy damage to Ziza, and she wasn't too sure if she could take another hit like that.
"Oi, whew... I think I'm done, Dythus. Nice kick..." Ziza picked up her blades, but she channeled her magic though them to turn them back into rings, which she put onto her fingers. Afterwards, Ziza plopped onto the floor, taking in deep breaths. "Good fighting you did there, Dythus. Oi oi oi, I think my guts are scrambled. Did you get my spleen? It feels like you kicked my spleen." Ziza laughed at her pain, but stayed resting there. She was starting to feel hungry once her pain subsided. "Hey, when do you think we get to eat? Since we're, you know, going to protect the princess and all. A feast for teh heros, am I right? He he."" ((So sorry, even after I'm done testing, I got mom and dad breathing down my neck to do work. I don't know why my teachers want to pile up all the stuff and give it to us as our Christmas Break nears.))

He quickly wrapped his black cloak back around his body and pulled the hood down to hide his face again. He used his telekenisis to put his shield and sword back where they belonged while he offered Ziza a hand up. "Sorry, I forgot I was wearing armor." Since his armor was light sometimes he'd completely forgot that it wasn't clothing, metal hurt when it made blunt contact like that. "I don't exactly know...let's go find out." Dythus guessed they'd spent enough time here, it was probably already starting. He hadn't noticed that he was hungry until after they were finished, it would have been nice to notice that earlier though.
"And you're pretty good yourself, you've got a nice form." Dythus complimented before instantly correcting himself since that sounded a little odd. "I meant you have a nice sword form." Somehow the words nice and form just didn't fit in the same sentence, so he'd just stop saying things there. "Even though I think you're a different type of fighter you should work to be more aggressive in combat with those two swords, just don't do anything foolish or rash." He suggested.

King Moriate
Much had happened. Eleanor had left abruptly, before Moriate could tell her what he'd meant to tell her. Resigned, he'd gone to his chambers to prepare for the feast. He'd paced the room, agitated by something he couldn't quite place, until the time came to make his appearance at the feast. He'd been the first to arrive, and as he sat in his place at the head of the table, he was lost in thought the entire time all the guests were arriving. When the six had gathered, he stood up, expecting everyone else too, as well, as was custom. He raised his glass of wine, which had been filled immediately upon his arrival, and said, "A toast, to the five that will escort the Princess Eleanor to the land of then Elves safely." He raised his glass, then brought it to his lips, taking a small sip.
As he sat down, he said, "Let the feast begin!" Almost immediately the doors burst open and servant brought out tray laden with food and more wine. The musicians started playing in the background, the violin and guitar playing in perfect harmony, quiet enough to allow those feasting to converse comfortably. As for the king, he merely studied each of his guests.
The first under his scrutiny was Dythus. The elf had admitted to being very familiar with the Gith ways. There were both positives and negatives to this. While the elf understood the Gith better than most, his loyalties could be questioned. Especially since he apparently had a Gith woman as his lover. Moriate knew that that loyalty would never break willingly. Would that become a hindrance to the mission?
The second under his scrutiny was Noctis. Moriate knew the young man from when he was little. He'd protected Eleanor since they were small, and had become something of a friend to Eleanor, so it seemed to the king. It would be good that he went along. However, the young man had displayed a questionable side just previously. This childish behavior could endanger the mission. Moriate only hoped that Noctis would keep his temper in check.
[[OOC: I wanna finish Moriate's musings of everyone else, so can I ask a favor that no one talk to him until then? Thanks! You can talk amongst yourselves...]]

███████████████████████████████████████████████ Eleanor managed to reach the dinning hall as everyone went in, so it was safe to say she wasn't late. Her dress was as fancy as ever but she never felt comfortable in such clothing. Her hair was done nicely and they had applied something on her face to make her eyes pop out a bit more and she surely did look rather stunning. As everyone was seated, she too sat there silently, listening to her father give his toast. She was glad that he was in a some what good mood, but recently it was hard to tell what he was thinking. It was hard to say, but she felt a little distant from her father after hearing that she would be leaving to the land of the Elves. If she could sigh right now, she would, but she did not want to draw attention to herself.
When the King announced that the feast began, she looked at the food being served and she came to the conclusion that she was right, she was definitely not hungry. Though the food smelled delicious and looked incredible, she just couldn't find it in herself to eat any of it. Eleanor felt so uneasy that she would simply vomit out any food she tried eating. The room felt so stuffy and hot that she could hardly breath, but that was all in her head for the room was fine and rather cool. But none the less she was slowly freaking out on the inside since she would be leaving her home soon. The excitement of travel had disappeared at the moment and anxiety replaced it. All she could do was worry about her father and the possibility that she would run into so many problems on the journey.
Slowly, the room was filled with murmurs from the others but she could hardly make sense of what they were saying, as if they were speaking another language. If she could cry, she would have but she simply held it in and sat there with a small smile on her face, looking at everyone. Eleanor made sure to look happy and hospitable. She simply awaited for anyone to talk to her if they wanted to because she could not think of anything to say.

Ziza Recette
Ziza took a shot of her wine, felling the burning sensation go down her throat. fairies were no stranger to alcohol, but their drunkenness has been recorded as some rather disastrous (but also hilarious) events. As the wine sat in her stomach, she remembered fondly of her first time she got drunk, or at least, what her friends told her; she had apparently tried to have intercourse with Lillian, the Recettear's engineer, using a phallic piece of wood she... "Pulled" from a tree. Luckily she was restrained, and the alcohol managed to knock her out shortly after. Fairies could hide their drunkenness well with enough fortitude, but once they show open sign of intoxication, it would only take seconds before the stuff knocked them out cold. In any case, Ziza was still able to down a few cups before holding herself off; she couldn't get too drunk on wine, but she wanted to socialize with the others while she was still able to speak coherently.
The first person she looked towards was the Princess; Ziza would be escorting her, and being the only other girl, Ziza hoped that she could establish a good foundation of friendship. The first thing Ziza did was notice how uncomfortable Eleanor looked. If it was because of the dress, the anxiety of her leave, or something else entirely, Ziza was not quite sure. But she was going to find out. Ziza leaned over and tapped Eleanor on the should lightly. "Greetings, my princess. Allow me to introduce myself personally; I am Ziza Recette, fairy and merchant. Quite exciting isn't it? Leaving home for the open world, where you can do just about anything, and where anything can happen... Of course, you must also be feeling quite scared as well, correct? Unsure of what will happen to your home and family without you there to oversee them, the changes that you may miss." Ziza turned her body towards Elenor. "I can imagine what it's like, standing with your family against all odds, facing every threat with the risk of losing, but never leaving your family behind no matter what. But now you must go, with fi- Well, four strangers. Fear is sometimes an appropriate responds; it tells you that you don't know what's ahead, and you might not be able to handle it. But that's what we, your five guardians, are here for, you know? We can handle it, so you won't have too." ((Sorry Ryonara, but I stole your line. Hope you don't mind.))

███████████████████████████████████████████████ Though she was nothing special other than being a Princess, Eleanor didn't want to come off as a little scardy cat so she listened to what Ziza had been saying to her while telling herself that she wasn't scared and that she was far from it. Eleanor felt that she should come off as excited more than anything, not wanting anyone to worry about how she was feeling. For the past years she never wanted anyone to worry about her feelings though most of the time her feelings were never important. Royalty had little chances to even express how they truly felt and she was certainly denied to show any sign of discomfort in front of guest. At the very moment she wanted to sigh but she kept up her front and smiled at the young woman sitting beside her.
"I am actually looking forward to this journey, I have always wanted to go out and see the world to be honest. I am completely fine so no need to worry about my discomfort. I can handle as much as you I am sure so I do not want to add extra burden on your shoulders, I assure you that I am very comfortable with this. I know my duty as well as my fathers, I understand that this is being done for a reason." With that, she smiled and took up her drink only to take a small sip since she found that she wasn't entirely thirsty either. Some of what she told Ziza was true, the other things false but there was no need for the other to know. By now, Eleanor had mastered the art of concealing her true feelings from anyone and anything, it was a skill royals learned, especially the children.

Dythus heard the princess' lies as clearly as if she'd spoken the truth herself, she tried so hard to conceal what she lied about it made her more obvious, he would never understand what humans found enjoyable about lying. He supposed this was the best time to figure out more about the ones he'd be traveling with. He glanced at Vincent and remembered that he was a Gith, so a question came to mind. "What clan are you from?" Dythus didn't know if Vincent had already seen the symbol on his shield, but if he did there was no hiding it now, it would be better to just ask this now and get it over with. He was taught the history of his parent's clan again and again so he knew there may be some hostility, but hopefully it wouldn't be too bad.
Though he was slightly distracted from asking Vincent the question, the food and wine tempted him as he'd yet to taste either. He didn't plan on doing that now at least, he wanted to focus on learning about the others, but he didn't exactly want them to know all that much about him since people loved to judge others, but never themselves. In fact, he was certain that if he said too many facts about himself it'd only cause distrust, but then again...if he lied to anybody and they saw through it then he'd lose trust that way too, which is why he was so silent when it came to himself.

Vincent Cryssagrim Vincent managed to entertain himself for the remainder of time before the feast, by playing his violin. He longed to play a piano but he could never find one, besides how would he ever carry it around, much harder a task than the violin. He loved that violin, yet he hated it at the same time, it was a gift from his brother when he turned Seventeen. Twas a cherished moment in his life, for it reminded him of the former stability he used to have. Damn all of that. He thought, quickly shaking the memory off. He hated dwelling on the past, an acquired feeling the Dol taught him. Why long for the past, when you can change it in the future. That saying echoed in his mind, as he remembered the rituals and customs he had to go through in order to be accepted into their culture. They changed him, he knew they changed him. He used to respect himself, but now all he could feel was disdain, and hatred not only for himself, but for all whom he came across.
Finally he snapped out of whatever spell took hold of him, allowing himself to focus on the events occurring all around. The King made a toast, an event at which he smirked. He responded to the gesture in kind by slowly downing the glass of wine in which he was served. He loved celebrations, whether they be for a victory, a birthday, a going away party, or anything else. The atmosphere was very soothing to Vincent, in the sense that parties lightened everyone up, including him. Then the noise began, the people who were given then title of "entertainers" began to play some awful sound with otherwise beautiful instruments. Vincent was at most times over critical of other people's talents. The slightest variance from the true form of a piece of music ruined the whole show in his eyes, unless the attempt was to be done on purpose, and even then he was quite judging. He had half the mind to stand up and take the instruments from these poor people, and show them real music. Too bad his attention was soon occupied by the elf, Dythus.
The question caught Vincent off guard. For a moment, and a moment only, he was impressed. Not that many people outside the Gith knew of their clans, and social infrastructure. His caretakers must've been quite good at teaching him their customs if he knew something like that. Then he remembered, his lover, the symbol on his shield, a Pylantuh by association. Instead of killing the boy, like he first thought, he decided to have a bit of fun first. He merely smiled at the boy and said, "Vas i vaše vrsta su vrednosti govno. Pogodak koji sam, međutim, ako ste pogodak pogrešno Bolestan' ubiti te." At that he tilted his head, waiting for a response, while gripping the hilt of his sword.
