After finally reaching the cave Asuna stood up on her hind legs and used her front paws to open the vine curtain. "You go in so we can see whats going on in there." She knew the entrance was dark, but deeper down there was a section that had natural light in it. Once Aleks was in Aruna let herself drop down, she wincing slightly as she landed on one her paws at an awkward angle.

"Hnnnn..." Aleksandr looked about at the cave. It wasn't much...At first look. He supposed they could do more with it. And it was roomy. He could comfortable stand up in the cave without worry about hitting his head on anything. Though he did have to keep his wings close in.
Aleksandr turned to Asuna. "It'll do." Now...what to do though? Here they were in a cave....alone...together. She was carrying his kids. Did he need to make her comfortable? Was she hungry again? With all the times he had helped a fox, he never had to help a pregnant one..."Can I....get you anything?"

The vixen looked around. It was a bit gloomy... But Aleks somehow made it warmer. Her cheeks flushed. She blinked and turned to look at the male when he asked the question. "If the things I have left here before are still here then we should be ok for tonight..." Asuna slipped away and found her small stash of goods. A few large pillows and blankets, a variety of bottles, and a nook she dug out to store food. She smiled and curled up on one of the larger pillows.

Aleksandr blinked. Pillows? Blankets? Food? "How often do you come here?" He stared at one of the pillows before resting his front paws on it, crossing them and resting his head on the appendages. How did she get the stuff in here anyways?
A thought occured to Aleks. "Had you been thinking....before all this...of running away?" To be this prepared, she had to have been. Right?

Asuna shook her head. "Not running away... Just wanted to have a place I could run to." A set of blue eyes watched the Daeva, then she sat up. "My dad was a thief, as was a close friend of his. They both talked about little spots filled with treasure. This is was supposed to be my hide out. She sunk back into the pillow. "Now it is a home for a family." She curled, and as she did her back was turned, her face was red again and she knew why as well. "And don't feel like you have to run away as soon as they arrive...." That was just Asuna's way of hinting she didn't want the male to leave.

Aleksandr raised an eyebrow. "I know we have not really...got to know each other, but do I really seem the type to just run?" Preposterous. "They are my kits too, and I'd be a poor father if I left without making sure they reached adult hood." The idea of him leaving once they were born. Like he would ever do that.
His tail twitched rapidly, the only indication that he was annoyed, nay, angered. He was not like his parents, wanting to get away as soon as the kits arrived. Yes, his mother and father raised Aleks and his brother, but there was no illusions of love there. It had been made perfectly clear that if his father had his way, Aleks and Zelos would have been left to fend for themselves.
Aleksandr took a deep breath. He needed to get his mind off of his family. "What were you thinking of perhaps stealing then?"

"Relax hot-head. I didn't mean it like that." Her tail flicked, maybe one day she would say it the way he would get it. She shot a mischievous glance at Aleks. "Mmm... Perhaps~" Maybe then he'd have to keep a close eye on her. Perfect.
Asuna sat up and looked around. "Well... If you actually want to know me all you have to do is ask." Her tail flicked again and rested around herself. She watched the Daeva closely. She wouldn't mind telling her what she liked.

Aleksandr harumphed. Get to know her? What would he ask? Thye agreed not to talk about family. They already talked about likes. So what exactly did that leave them? Nothing that Aleksandr could think of at the moment. So instead he shifted his position slightly, trying to get more comfortable.
He could always take a nap, but then if he didn't hear Asuna if she needed anything...He'd wait until she was asleep. Food? He didn't need anything. Aleksandr yawned with boredom. "Just tell me whatever you want."

"Didn't know it worked like that..." She didn't know why but her talkative mood was shot. She glanced over at the Daeva who was getting comfortable. "You look tired. You should sleep." Before he could object she shot him a glare. "Don't even try to say you might need to do something for me, I can handle myself for a few hours while you rest." Her tail flicked. "Would it make you feel better if I told you I wouldn't leave this spot?"

Aleksandr shrugged. "I've got nothing to ask you. So why should I try to come up with something if you have an idea of what you want to tell me?" He stared into Asuna's eyes, holding her gaze for a moment before nodding slightly. "Fine."
He pondered for a moment. "Slightly." He was half tempted to move in front of the entrance like he had the night before; but he had to give the female the benefit of the doubt. He wasn't going to keep her prisoner. So, he stayed where he was, closing his eyes.

After waiting a good hour to make sure the male was asleep. She got up and check him, then slipped out, she didn't go far though. She just sat in the cool air. After nodding off a couple times under a tree she felt a pang in her stomach. Maybe she was hungry.. yeah that was it.
So she got up and hunted, she found a few things here and there but nothing too big like a deer. After she couldn't eat anymore she felt the pang again and groaned, it hurt like something she had never felt before. Luckily she made it back to the cave and she curled up. Maybe sleep will help her...

Aleksandr shifted in his sleep, the movement waking him up. He blinked sleepily, looking around and trying to get his bearings. Right. He was in a temporary home with Asuna. He could make out her form in the cave, near where she said she would be. At least she hadn't left the cave....
Yawning a wide yawn, Aleksandr settled down again and closed him eyes, attempting to fall asleep again.

Asuna couldn't sleep the pain was too much she groaned and again. That was when she felt she was going to pop. Now she was freaking out. "Aleks... ALEKS!!" She wanted to go nudge the male but she couldn't. She curled into herself and blacked out.

Barely had he dozed off did something waken Aleksandr again. Registering that it was a female voice, the daeva quickly stood up and looked at Asuna. He padded quickly over to her. The way she was sleeping...he didn't like it.
And there had to have been a reason for her to call him like that. It sure wasn't to wake him up for something trivial...right? "Hey." He put his paw on her shoulder and shook gently. "Wake up. What do you want?" He waited for her to open her eyes. "Oy!" He tapped the side of her head. "Dammit. You wake me up then don't respond? Answer me!"

Asuna was out untill morning. She didn't feel Aleks but she didnt feel the pain either, nor did she feel bloated. Huh? Asuna uncurled her self slowly and nestled next to her were two BCR's. She looked over them and went pale.
