Her eyebrows went up as he stomped his hoof. Not knowing what on earth to say, it would never occur to her that he would help raise the foals, she would go and see the father for that. But he was being so insistent about helping... She spoke quietly, lookign at the hoof he had stompd. "Though't we weren't friends..."

Altair had to chuckle "Well .... i hate to see anyone go without unfairly and with foals to raise, you're going to need help at least for a little while" he said, scuffing a hoof in the ground, not really sure what else to say.

She nods, he was right, she would need help, but she definately had to find Espen and tell him. Sighing. "I guess job one is going to be finding Espen and letting him now." Frowning a little haivng no idea where she would find him.

Altair nodded "i'll make sure fresh food is brought here even when all the apples have rotted" he told her. Ezio was going to get a laugh out of this when he got him and began organising this. Altair mentally shrugged, he'd have to deal with it. He was lucky Ezio had never come to him telling him of a mare in Velvet's condition that was caused by himself. "If you would like help with that i can get information for you Velvet" he added.

Velvet, nods and gives in, sighing. "That would be helpful, I'm not sure where he would have gone." Sighing again not sure if she should explain that it was a one time thing. Then again he probably didn't want to know those kinds of details. Unaware of what his brother was like or of what Altair would do if his brother turned up telling him he had gotten a mare in trouble.

Altair nodded, if she didn't know where the stallion was then it was probably a fling, being Ezio's brother, he knew all about that and he hoped that the mares Ezio seduced weren't quite as innocent and sweet as this one. "It's alright, even if he doesn't show his face, we'll make sure that you are watched over" he said, not promising that he wold be there for her or her foals but maybe it was comforting to know that someone was keeping an eye out for dangers.

"Thank you, but I have a feeling that might be a small nightmare for you if you can't even risk having friends..." Looking at him, her expression a little guilty, thinking about all the help he was offering, feeling that she should tell him that she only had herself to blame for this.
