Al AzifOn each side, zombies fell as they strayed into the extremely lethal range around the small girl dual-wielding a machete and a knife. By now, it seemed, the girl was getting extremely good at detecting enemies that were around here, and as a zombie entered her combat radius, its head would rapidly leave it shoulders. That was a good thing about zombies; they didn't have the intelligence to communicate, so they didn't learn from what she did to other zombies. The girl was wary, however, in case one did have the smarts to learn, but so far they hadn't actually been able to accomplish much of anything. Which meant similar tactics were continuing to work, and she could continue to behead the zombies and return them to the ground they so rightfully belonged in. Or... on. Whatever. She didn't have enough research done on these minions of evil to know what the right way to refer to their stats was. All that really mattered was trying to eliminate as many of them as possible before they could harm other innocent people. If even one person was saved by her actions, she'd be satisfied... though, obviously, she wanted to save as many as possible. Justice continued... Minori Koroko Run. Run. Run! Minori tried making distance between the towering figure standing in the middle of the streets, moving swiftly between buildings. The machine gun bumped heavily against her back, but still, the girl continue onward, knowing that she still had that stronger firepower in case it was absolutely necessary. For now, her hand was already used to the revolver pressing against the palm, her eyes and senses already used to the sudden jumping of zombies in front of her. Though... still, she couldn't wave away the lingering fear...fear of being wiped off so easily...There was still so much she needed to do...so many people she needed to meet...And she just couldn't die here. She bit her lower lip, not even bothering in checking the cellphone on her pocket, somehow feeling it would be of no use for now (or...knowing it had just crushed during one of the encounters with the zombies). Hopefully...hopefully people she knew weren't stuck in this mess... Hopefully, she'd find a way out of it, herself.
She needed to find others...a group that could help her. Alone, she wasn't getting as far as she would want...and she was getting tired. Running, fighting, moving... she didn't know how long she would be able to keep going. All she knew was that she needed to...! And if she needed to kill hundreds of those monsters...she would! Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy ProtectorZombie" Yue continued to kill mercilessly. Or...mindlessly really. There was no mercy, cause we're pretty sure Yue couldn't even define the word right now. Much less...do much of anything else but just kill whatever still living creature crossed his path. His number of kills was steadily growing, with no humans actually able to properly dispose of him before he could actually reach them.Quote: Humans Devoured: 8 Total Humans: 64

Al AzifYes... this part of the city was mostly safe now. Al Azif nodded as she began walking in another direction, her trusty machete at her side as she paced forward, cutting down each enemy that dared to get in her way. It was necessary to keep ranging further and further to find the zombies, and a small feeling of pride had grown in her heart. It was good to do the work of justice, good to try and help other people, and the girl permitted herself a small feeling of satisfaction that she'd been able to do this much. That was, perhaps, her right... well, it was all good. The more zombies that were slain, the better, and Al Azif showed no mercy to any of the foes that crossed her path. One by one, she intended to eliminate them, and one by one, each of them fell. Such had been the case for quite awhile now, for the hundred of zombies that had gotten in her way and been felled by this little whirlwind of death. Now, then... she was continuing to avoid any areas that seemed too dangerous, and Al Azif nodded as she chose her next path forward. Time to see how many foes there really were. Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy ProtectorZombie" Yue almost felt interested in going after those humans from before. The ones...he was around before he was attacked. But for now these more idiotic humans trying to take him down were much more fun to get. They underestimated him, and that's what made it great when he overpowered them and tore into their human builds. His body count wouldn't stop rising. Not until someone brought him down. Which he wasn't going to make easy. Especially at the rate he was killing, his bloodlust slowly rising to dangerous levels that only made him want more to kill.Quote: Humans Devoured: 8 Total Humans: 72

Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy ProtectorZombie" Yue grabbed more humans as they ran away from him, taking a new enjoyment out of the hunting. It was like being an animal again, chasing down its prey to eat. He earned his meals, all right. They ran, and he chased. The difference? He lasted longer than they did. But it wasn't enough. He wanted more food. He wanted to be stronger. Quote: Humans Devoured: 9 Total Humans: 81

Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy ProtectorZombie" Yue stopped in his tracks, grabbing his head again and falling to his knees. Some of the scared humans were half curious about what was happening to the undead teenage boy. Yue let out a drawn out howl of pain as things began happening to his body. He screamed, his hands tearing into what looked like claws, and tongue extending, and looking capable of piercing through things like a knife. Did that sight scare the humans even more? Uhm, yes. Yue's vision began to fade, and fast, until he could no longer see what was in front of him, but the noise around him began to grow louder, like he was growing more sensitive in his other senses to compensate. Especially his hearing. He quieted, hearing the noise of the shuffling nervous humans around him.
Suddenly, he was upright as he could be in this state, and attacking again. His claws gashed at the nearest man, tongue impaling straight through the chest of a nearby woman. The rest ran in absolute terror. And he chased. And boy what a chase! He could move so fast now! It was...delightful! He caught his prey like they were injured helpless gazelle, and feasted on his rewards, teh spoils of his new power.Quote: Humans Devoured: 9 Total Humans: 90

T-00, T-103 Type Tyrant [Codename: "Mr. X"]
Running away from Mr. X was the right decision for any survivor who was looking to stay alive...unfortunately, it wasn't always successful. Scanning the area, many who had escaped the area were not outside of the creatures range of detection, and no sooner had it taken a single step down the road than it was already tearing through the crowds of zombies, sending rotting bodies scattering through the streets and smashing against walls, inhumanly fast in its movements, even cars were tossed to the side like paper figures as it moved down the roads in pursuit of its targets. And soon enough, it had located the one that it found to be the highest priority target...a girl in white.
There was a wall near the girl as she moved through the city...and the next second there wasn't. Buildings were hardly an obstacle to the deformed creature, bits of brick and mortar flying all around as it emerged from the wreckage and stood before the violet-haired girl. She was cornered now...nowhere to go. And suddenly, a massive ham-hock fist crushing her stomach and sending her violently against a wall erupted in a flash. It was a dangerous wound...not an infectious one, but one that would have her weakened and bleeding out without treatment of a spray of some sort. Did she have any? Did she have the wits to use them? The trenchcoat-wearing figure stalked towards her foot by foot, intending fully to finish her off where she lay now...to complete its mission as directed. Quote: MAJOR EVENT!

Yue Adomachi "Unfortunate Junior Brother, Hermit's Philosopher, and Scrappy ProtectorZombie" Yue could hear the larger being nearby, but knew better than to contest him, though where that feeling came from he wasn't sure. So he avoided the area for now, merely content with feeding on the pathetic and slow humans around the buildings. It was easy when he could climb walls and break into the homes and shops where the survivors were trying to hide, as he picked off the shops one by one to seek out any cowardly survivors to much on.Quote: Humans Devoured: 10 Total Humans: 100

Izaya Amatsu "What do ya know..." Izaya said, hands stuffed down into his pockets as he passed through the streets, some normal zombies backing off through sheer intimidation and possibly the stench of death that had gotten on a few pieces of his clothes. As he passed along one street, a crawling zombie gaped hopelessly at him, but Izaya simply stepped on it's head as he passed, putting the thing out of it's misery. He'd been following the sound for a while, and when he turned the corner he found what he was finally searching for; a big old monster, who seemed ready to break a girl in half. "Hey buddy, you just slammed her into that wall pretty hard. You have to know a blow like that could kill a person, right? So you can't complain if someone kills you, right?" The man said to be violence incarnate pulled the cigarette from his mouth, and threw it to the ground as he began to crush it under his foot, grinding it to dust. Then, he sprinting forward, leaping in the air and lifting his foot, eyes locked on the powerful Mr. X. "Yooouuur deeaadddd!" And then came down in a flying axe-kick, one that could probably break the concrete underneath them if he missed.

Al AzifAl Azif coughed out a stream of blood as a monster slammed into her, and her hand almost instinctively reached to a spray she'd been keeping just in case. A press of a button squirted the liquid onto her wound, and the girl rolled to the side, already running away. In that, at least, the girl had some fair ability. She'd been minimalist for awhile now, saving her energy, and the girl began to use that energy as she ran, heading back towards an area she'd cleared before, where there were fewer other zombies who could potentially threaten her. Not that some hadn't drifted back in, of course, and the girl reaped through them as she went, but they were an afterthought to losing the zombie that had pursued her. On the bright side, she had been this way before, and she'd been carefully studying the layout of the city as she went. Her opponent might not be so sensible, and Al Azif ran into a series of alleys that she knew had multiple routes of escape. Getting trapped right now would... not be good. She had no intention of allowing that to happen. T-00, T-103 Type Tyrant [Codename: "Mr. X"]
Bearing down on the prey that had done the most damage to the hordes and seemed perhaps the most likely to escape at this rate, the large coat-wearing fiend was mostly unaware of the approach of another deadly foe from the rear...one whose strength comparatively was far superior to the one that he had seen mow through zombies like it were some sort of a game. His voice caught the creature's attention, however...perhaps not the smartest of moves for someone who was hoping to live through a zombie apocalypse to tip off the foe that he intended to fight before he had made his move and struck. Alas, the large creature only turned and stood intimidatingly as Izaya Amatsu made his charge, shooting across the alley with his axe kick that struck the pale, bald cranium of the fiend with a force that might have cracked the pavement beneath it if it hadn't hit skull first. Any normal zombie would have been brain-splatter from the attack...
...But Mr. X's head only snapped down like it had been broken, only it wasn't. Knees bending down, the force of a car crashing into it full-speed wouldn't have done more damage. It stayed like that, bent over for a few moments...before suddenly, with a cracking motion, it stood back to its full height and looked down at the blue sunglasses-wearing man with its fearsome glare. Now this was a target that had to be eliminated...and with its intention to do just that came a heavy punch to counter the axe-kick, smashing across the blond man's jaw violently, a force that would have dented thick iron and pulverized brick. He would be hurting after this one, easily...though any normal person may well have been dead. Quote: MAJOR EVENT!

Izaya AmatsuThe cracking sound hinted at just how hard Mr. X had connected, and for a minute it looked like Izaya was going to go flying, dead on impact from a blow that had killed countless survivors in it's path. After his feet gotten taken an inch or so off the ground though, Izaya's shoes sliding across the pavement a bit, the knockback stopped. Eyes slowly turned back to glare at Mr. X, a very obvious bruise forming on the side of his face; Izaya was just lucky it hadn't gashed him, or the virus might have been infecting him in an instant. "Hey, you have to know a zombie plague like this could kill a guy, right? And that means you were trying to kill me just now, right? So you can't complain if I kill you, RIGHT!?" A loud moan behind him called attention to the zombie behind Izaya, and his right hand shot out to grip it's throat, tearing the zombie over his shoulder and smashing the frail body over Mr. X like a bat, breaking his makeshift club in one blow. Then his left hand shot behind to grab the next zombie and he repeated the motion, then back to the left as he smashed the 'clubs' over Mr. X a few times, returning the favor for that punch he'd gotten. "YOU'RE DEAD!" As Izaya broke his last zombie he jumped backwards, seeing a nearby fire escape. If he needed to avoid getting swarmed soon, that was going to be his route, but something this big and ugly wanted to trade punches, so there was no way he was just going to run away and let it hunt the others, right? After all, this was all he was good for with this ridiculous strength of his. Quote: Kill Count Zombies - 6 (3 this turn)

T-00, T-103 Type Tyrant [Codename: "Mr. X"]
Not used to running into humans that were more durable than tissue paper compared to itself, to say that Mr. X was surprised that Izaya hadn't been decapitated by its impossibly strong blow was more than a fair guess. Standing in front of him as he skidded back, the shock wore off fast and it was already walking him down to finish the job when he recovered and started bashing a series of zombie clubs over its body, each one shattering and tearing into fleshy halves over its body, guts and blood and other unsavory things spilling out all over the alley as the black coat stained red, Mr. X suffering the blows with some pause but little visible damage. It was only when the final one had broken and its foe looked to the fire escape, however, that it showcased another of its finest strengths...its surprising speed. ...Already at Izaya's side when he looked back, its pale fists gripped the sides of a large green garbage dumpster and held it high aloft next to him.
And then, with a violent slam, it crushed the massive weight down upon its enemy...no doubt leaving him in a pained, if not horribly damaged state beneath there. Any human of anything less than impossibly peak durability would have been dead. But for someone like Izaya...well, it was hard to know whether he was still kicking under there or not. Even the blacktop cracked beneath the blow...but would he? Quote: MAJOR EVENT!
Dumpster smashes Izaya! He is hurt! Durability will be weakened until healing is received!
