"Alright, I guess this will be a good time also to see what needs fixing around here for Vincent to look at, not that I am sure he can see for himself but still" he said as he walked out of the room and then stopped "care to come with me?" He asked, thinking that maybe it would be better if they both looked.

"Oh good idea" she smiled trotting after him "I'd be happy to follow you." She could help keep him out of the dangerous areas this way and be sure to point out the areas she was most concerned with. Her goal with the place was to turn every room into a library, she never wanted to run out of space for her books.

"Great! Just one question, where should we start? You know this place obviously better then I do so do you have a place to start first?" He asked, hoping that she would have an idea where to go first, it would be better then him just randomly entering places and getting injured.

She nodded, "Best to keep on this floor, I don't trust the second floor." She looked up at the rotted ceiling, she hadn't yet gotten the courage up to brave an attempt up there, this floor at least had the ground to support it so she wouldn't fall through. "This way" She walked out of the room and went left entering a stone and tile room with wooden beams collapsed into it. "This was the kitchen I think, I'd rather make it smaller so I could have more room for books though" She wouldn't mind having a kitchen, she could try out a few recipes in some of her books, but this as far as she could tell was too big for what she would need and she could always use room for more books

Onyx followed her and took note of everything she said, he may not be able to actually talk to Vincent but the least he could do was get a blue print of his and gesture what she wanted "you sure?" He asked curiously "I mean, a smaller kitchen is nice and all but you do need to be a little realistic as well, the more books you have in here may be suitable for you but what about other things? Do you want a small living room or parlour? Do you want your own room? Etc. I know you want this to basically be your own personal library but some things could and/or should be added to this place as well to at least make it hospitable for you as well" he said to her, hoping she didn't take this the wrong way, he was merely suggesting other things she could have, not telling her how she should have her home, he just wanted to make this her own place and have it how she wanted it but he also wanted her to be comfy living here as well and whilst having every room filled with books is one thing she had to take care of herself as well.

She smiled appreciative of the concern, least she hoped that's what it was, she was horrible at reading people, but he seemed too nice to have it be other wise. She hoped. "Based on the arcitecture of the building this is an old plantation style mansion, the kitchen was used by multiple servants and would be too large for one person. Having everything within reach would be nicer than having to run from one side to the other. And then of course a place to put all my books about food. Course that is all assuming this building adheres to the standard layout of plantation style homes, it's hard to tell with all the beams down." She frowned a bit. She had cleared the small clutter that lay before the beams but when she had tried to clear the debris around them they began to shift and she hadn't dared to go further.

"Well then a small kitchen it is, I can understand that you wouldn't want a big kitchen but I just wish for you to be comfortable as well, I am sure Vincent can do alot to give you whatever you want, might also be able to find some of the original period fixtures that may have been in this house back in its day but perhas, before I say any more, we see the rest of the house and I go get Vincent?" He Suggested, having a fair idea he knew where he lived. "So you get all the room for your books, you get everything at close reach and perhaps I can talk you into having a bedroom to yourself insted of sleeping with your books?" He suggested to the other, knowing that she may wish to be around her books 24/7 but even she needed a little time away from them or, at the very least, she has a bookshelf in her own room "and besides that, he may just have an idea how to make this into the old plantation house it once was and yet still give you what you want, having this place restored almost to its old self might be nice to see" he said, looking around the place and walking over to one of the walls, looking up at one of the old light fixtures, it truly would of been beautiful in its day.

"Oh I'm happy so long as I have books and a quite place to read." she smiled, everything else was negotiable. She laughed though "Alright a bedroom with books?" She nodded agreeing to a compromise. She looked around at the old place, she hadn't really thought of it for potential beauty, just functionality, she had never been interested in looks, it's current state of ruin a testament to that, but she could see how it could be nice and if they were going to work on it anyway it couldn't be that much harder to make it beautiful and functional. Past the kitchen to the right was the dinning room, this was one of the more functional rooms, broken windows and cracks in the walls were the worst complaints here, old built in curio cabinets boasted more books.

"You will still be happy" he promised "and now that sounds like a good idea" he said to the room with a book shelf "so we get him maybe to make a gazebo as well? May be nice in the summer to have your own sunny but shady spot to read" he suggested, wondering exactly how much of this land she 'owned', he...Vincent, wouldn't want to put a gazebo up if it meant someone was going to be annoyed...that was IF Vincent could and followed her to the other parts of the house as she went "dining room could look beautoful again buuut I take it you would rather have it as another room for your books" he asked her.

So long as she had her books she would always be happy. She hadn't thought about a gazebo but it would save her from having to find her own quiet reading spot where tree sap and nuts can stain her books. "Oh I like that idea!" An excited grin on her face. "I'd like to keep the windows in here for natural lighting but, I wont say no to more books" she chuckled. Another right and they were back in the foyer and across the way was a room they had passed when first entering, a full blown library, floor to ceiling book shelves filled with books and a bookshelf like coffee table. "Maybe more cushy than this room though?" She would like a nice room to read in with comfy places to sit or lay.

Following on he nodded, making mental notes of what she wanted and trying to figure out also how to explain all this to Vincent "natrual lighting would be good" he agreed "and gazebo it is, period style or a more modern look?" He asked curiously as he followed her, taking note of the place and the room with the table "more cushy could be doable" he said, having listened to Vincent enough to make small comments on this and that, just enough to actually know that it could be done or not, everything else would be up to Vincent. "How cushy is the next question and then there is furniture, but I guess just getting this place back up to scratch would be good for the time being I take it?" He said half rhetorically, hoping Vincent wouldn't mind him setting this up for him to sort out.

"Oh I don't know, I suppose something traditional to go with the home?" She look at him for input, she wasn't really one for design at all. "Just some pillows or a couch or a beanbag? I dunno, just something to lay on.. I suppose if it was something small I could ask my human and carry it here myself" She cocked her head to the side thinking it over. "Yeah, reclaiming the rooms is most important, the rest can be done later" she nodded her agreement not sure how long any of this was going to take, clearing out this place as much as she had had taken her quite a while

"Traditional it is, good choice as well" he said smiling at her "and, if I may give my input, I was thinking maybe a couch? Up to you though, I just thought that you could get period pieces that would go with the home that it might be nice to be able to get a nice couch that would go nice in the room once it is all done up" he said as her looked around a bit more "then reclaiming it is, would you like to come with me and go get Vincent now? I am sure he won't mind coming back with us, he just spends his time reading besides work but maybe if he sees this house now he may have a few ideas" he said, thinking it may be nice to let him see how he has a new challenge now.

"Would that be ok? I thought maybe it would be expensive, my human always talks about how she doesn't have enough money for things, I wouldn't want to cause any undue stress." She knew about money but she really didn't know anything about shopping, there weren't exactly a lot of books on the subject. So how humans got such things was something she was unfamiliar with. She nodded to the invitation though, "Yes I think I would like to meet him" She smiled, maybe she could snatch a glance at his books, maybe he would be willing to trade with her too.

"It will be fine, Vincent is only twenty nine but he excelled at school...well, in two subject anyway, and that was business studies and economics, he isn't really great in other subjects, passing just barely but he has a mind for business so he will be able to handle it, he is twenty nine years old but he has a great mind for business so he will be able to sort out how much this will all cost and what not. Since he is an interior designer also he will know people in the building trade who will be able to give him deals and what not so this will be done but at a reduced cost and maybe even free if he talks his way into it properly" he said, having seen him talk this rather stubborn human shop keeper into letting him off the full price of over five hundred dollars worth of building supplies once and only had to pay half price for it all, it was rather impressive to watch.
So it will be fine, but first showing him the place so he can check it out and what not first would be best" he said as he looked at her books curiously "just a question, have any first editions in anything?" He asked curiously, while he does love books he loves the older books most of all, so much history behind them, knowing that book once belonged to possibly the author him or herself that wrote it, he would be in heaven "and lets go, we can talk on the way" he said, hoping he still lived on the outskirts of the Kitsu homeland, he has a beautiful, old, two story victorian place but still, he had been hanging around with Lenore lately who lives more central that, maybe, for all he knew, he decided to move in closer to her, those two had become rather smitten as of late.
