Perlita Ceinwen I don't care much about what type of relationship she has with her knight. I can't really see her having a romantic relationship, seeing as how it's hard to get close to her in the first place, but I do think they can be best friends. And if he warms her up enough, perhaps lovers. xD
Hope you don't mind if I listed it as "optional relationship." Obviously there's a link to this post so they can have more clarification on what you're wanting to lean more towards with your knight. Once we get an application you'll be able to speak to the person applying a bit more on topics like this just to make sure everything's crystal clear and that you'll be able to get along.

Woot! Alright, Garnet knight's set. Before I do anything with Lapis Knight, I need you to contact Viola Hirai as she's Sailor Lapis. Edit: Six!!! SIX, YOU GUYS, SIX KNIGHTS WHAAAT? lmao, obviously most of these are doubles/NPCs (I think Tay is the only person whose only character is a knight xd ), but still! Seven if you count Garnet's reservation for Lapis. :3
