s**t... there wasn't enough time to stop the dog from biting into Gilbert's leg, and all Sessrumnir could do was watch as the guy got dragged by the youma. His face blanched a little as he quickly made his way over to him, but luckily Gilbert was able to get the youma away.
He tried to kick the youma as he made his way over, but it dodged out of the way. No matter, though since Gilbert had already found the door. "Come on," Sessrumnir hissed through his teeth, leaning down to hoist the man up onto his good leg, and then pull one of Gilbert's arms around his shoulders for support.
"Let's get you out of here," he mumbled, mostly to himself as he nearly dragged the other man along with him, keeping an eye out for any other youma coming their way. It was lucky that they'd stuck together in this, and although he'd doubted Gilbert's sense of direction at first, he was glad that somehow he'd led them in the right direction.
Or at least he hoped it was the right direction. For all he knew it was another part of the maze.
Sessrumnir didn't bother to check on the state of Gilbert's leg just yet and headed for the door. With a turn of the knob and a push, he found they were... right back where they started, in the main area of Leo Outpost. The page didn't have time to worry about the youma right now and quickly slammed the door shut behind them.
"Let's get you to Virgo and tell them about their infestation..."
((Gilbert and Sessrumnir escaped with Gilbert's last roll as they were traveling the maze together! Whoo! Leo needs to do something about these youma, though. :[a ))

The afterlife was actually just as boring as regular life, in the Surrounding. Probably the only difference now was that she was off the hook as far as chores went.
Oh, and she could kind of fly. That was okay.
The rare times (un)Lucky was aware of herself, she would follow people around and distract herself with the petty gossip and the little fun that they could scrape together. Everything else was out of the question. Her phantom hands, little more than a gathering of softly glowing dust, passed through everything - walls, objects, even people. She had never been so helpless.
But back to distractions. The mirror maze they found in Leo Outpost was gaining some level of popularity among people who had nothing else to do. If that was where everyone was hanging out, she would too, for the seconds, minutes, or (she hoped) hours that she could keep it together. Mirrors gave her a nagging bad feeling, but nothing she could really form a coherent thought about. She had a purpose right now, one of finding her friend and explaining what had happened. Or what she thought happened. Szczeonsny didn't actually remember much of that search party excursion, but the ending spoke for itself.
Sheila?
She was talking to herself, really, as if to keep alive the memory of her own voice. There wasn't really a use in calling out for people, except on the off chance they were also recently deceased.
That was when a dark, canine form launched at Szczeosny from around a corner. Instead of sharp teeth around her jugular, the creature passed right through her and instead received a faceful of mirror before taking off again.
The spectral form wavered for a moment before the gold light zipped down the hall after the demon dog.
SHEILA --

Sheila was oblivious to what was going on. Leo Outpost was just... amazing! She felt in awe of the place, possibly even overwhelmed as she slowly explored the Outpost. Who lived here? What were they like? She entertained such thoughts as she wandered the maze, stopping in front of a blurred painting to squint at it. What was this? Was it --
The girl automatically ducked in response to Gilbert's scream, her eyes wide. What was that?! Should she move? Stay? What should she do?!
Easy: run! Sheila look off running, darting through the unmirrored maze. Unfortunately for her, Sheila failed to run in the right direction: she was heading further in.

Ghost Hakwe was wondering just what the hell people were doing. Running towards monsters? Getting attack? GEEZ. Did they want to die? One guy was having his a** handed to him. Floating down, she thought he was doing in wrong.
If Gilbert would look up, he'd see a cloud of glitter. that was Hawke going Get the ******** up you p***y! You're pulled all the aggro and there is no healer. Get. The ********. Up.

[Rolling for "Aggro" rofl don't die marienrode gdi]
When the screams began, she'd taken a few steps uncertainly back. The wise thing to do would be to stay put or just head back up the passageway, to safety, to find a senshi or a knight to handle this. She had a terrible feeling about poor Leo's mirror maze, from the breaking glass and the strange, bark-like sounds; that didn't mean she had to actually go in, did it?
She'd seen children pass her to go inside, though. And now one had... bumped into her?
"You're Fritz," she said. "It's a pleasure to meet you." He had passed on ahead of her into the maze, and she saw no choice but to follow him inside.
The first clue she had that something was wrong was less a clue than an actual assault. A dog-monster leaped out a window and latched onto her arm--great, just great. It was only through biting the side of her cheek so hard she tasted blood that she didn't scream, and she kicked out at the monster uselessly in an attempt to get it off.

Grus was still navigating the maze when the mirrors started to shift and bulge. She leapt away from them, watching with a sight trace of curiosity. But mostly fear. What came out of the mirror made her scream, though she stifled it with her hands.
The dog youma was gross looking. Furless, with an upside down head. AN UPSIDE DOWN HEAD! What. The. Hell?!?
It growled, and inhaled deeply, turning and seeing Grus frozen with fear. The dog youma snarled and ran for her. It was quick, and she had enough time to throw her arm up before screaming again as he dog bit down on her arm. She swung her arm around, hitting a mirror with the beat's body and causing it to yelp. She swung again, throwing all of her weight into making the creature let go and as it hit a mirror again, she felt a snap in her wrist. And unbelievable pain. She screamed again, holding her bleeding limb now that the dog had let go. Se felt like she was going to pass out, but the presence of the youma made her run instead. Without the movement of her wrist, her powers were useless.
She sprinted, not really paying attention to where she was going. She concentrated on getting the hell out.

With her wrist throbbing, Grus sprinted down random pathways, knowing full well that she wasn't going to find her way out like this, but wanting nothing more than to put distance between her and the freaky dog. She finally ran out of breath, and slowed down, tears of pain welling up in her eyes. She had to get out of here, and fast.

Bela noticed the hounds entering into the maze but somehow she managed to avoid them for now. She kept running, hoping she'd be able to get out before she got eaten by.... this strange dogs.

While Bela was trying to run from the youma she suddenly found herself coming across a lot of dead ends before realizing that damnit, she was lost!
This was not good if she couldn't find her way out soon she'd likely be eaten by those hounds. The story teller started wishing she had a pen and paper.

There was the vicious sound of barking and howling. Dogs? Roxy frowned, throwing a curious gaze as she maneuvered through the mirrors still trying to find herself a way out.
Straining her ears a little more, it was getting a little more evident that there were more people milling about in this maze as she was, and some of those people were getting attacked. It was pleasant to realize but it brought caution to her mind. Well, in some sense.
Better to hurry through.
