Hug-bell saw Castor scowl at her, which made her look even more confused because Castor used to be nice. She shrugged when everyone else ignored her, "You all sound like a bunch of little kids fighting over who's toy is the coolest. Even the other chibis and I don't fight this much, geeze."

She shook her head as she walked out "If anyone needs help from Barnaby and me feel free to call. Specially if you end up moving those mirrors I can put him under them to keep them from breaking if you're going to put them somewhere else. Otherwise I'm going to go find Zirconia." She headed back towards the door, wondering if that was what all the adults ever did. At least she knew what they fighting about now.

The look was priceless, Hephaistos only shook his head at Ganymede as he glared at him. "No you weren't; the incident you're talking about was another one. There's still some tentacle like monster running around hiding in shadows. From the one I was at" He scowled at the other Senshi. "So don't act like you were the only one fighting; others have been fighting. Civilians have been fighting just as well they stood up just as much when that monster attacked trying to drive it off."

So much for not fighting in front of the Princess.

He thought his eyes might grow loose in his head with how often he was rolling them now. “Okay, I get it. I haven’t been around for everything either. I’m sure there’s been plenty I’ve missed. Shame on me for being a hypocrite, too. You’ll have to forgive me, it’s one of my many flaws. But there’s also plenty I haven’t missed, and yet everyone seems inclined to overlook my contributions and instead would rather continue to deride me for having a rough start. All except my teammates.”

He was at least happy that they seemed to have his back, whether or not they always agreed with what he said.

“I’m not asking anyone to like me, because there’s a hell of a lot of people I don’t like either, but you could get off your high horse and stop pretending as if any of you are in any way better just because you happened to be around longer or you're royal or whatever. Royalty doesn’t mean anything to me. I’m not the Negaverse. I don’t look up to people due to their titles.”

Sessrumnir wanted to laugh at how quickly everyone could turn on each other. Allies, his a**.

"I'm sorry, do I know you?" he asked bird boy, faking a concerned look for a moment before grinning and gave Castor a wink, too. It was so cute, seeing all these youngsters playing grownup. This kid couldn't be older than his younger brother. In fact, it seemed as though Camelot was the only one older than he was. Aww, how precious. He was sure this was all going to end just peachy. If anyone was 'talking out the a** you call a face'...? Wow, that was an insult? So much for showing a 'shred of respect'. "Apparently I wouldn't sooner desecrate things, because otherwise I would have been breaking mirrors and s**t already." Clearly.

"Well, since you don't seem to need me, since I'm so new at this, and heaven forbid you want to have new recruits," he said, forcing back an amused grin, before turning to leave. All of this arguing, as amusing as it was, wasn't going to get them anywhere. He was sure one of them would tell him what to do if they actually needed his help.

"There's a reason why monarchies are a way of the past," Sessrumnir said, glancing towards both Castor and Chronos. He supposed they'll all see how long they'll last now that they've been thrust into a modern world.

"You don't need to take this crap," he called over to Pasiphae, feeling bad that she was getting upset when she was just trying to keep the peace. If they were really all on the same side, they sure weren't showing it. "Neither do you," he added a nod to Ganymede, having no doubt in his desire to help. "It's a shame you wasted all that time gathering people together to help when these guys don't want it." Sessrumnir jabbed a thumb at Castor and Flora, before taking a few steps back to exit the room. So much for working together, huh? Hopefully these Jovians he was told about were more organized than this.

Europa swallowed dryly. So their best option had been vetoed - she couldn't blame Chronos for not wanting to do it. This was her home and her legacy: the senshi of the deep knew she'd be outraged if someone went to her moon and began destroying things willy-nilly. "That's why we asked your permission, Chronos," she said. "As you haven't given it, we won't be smashing anything."

"Our next best option is to turn them to the walls and place furniture against them," she continued. "It sounds like it will work better than covering them."

At this point in the conversation, Europa couldn't decide to be proud of or horrified by Ganymede's behavior. He was her teammate and she needed to stick by him, though. The senshi at large might not know that she was leading the Jovians and she could probably let him stand alone in his anger - but she owed him her solidarity.

Europa reached around Valhalla to place a hand on Ganymede's shoulder. "I think that's quite enough," she said quietly, then turned her attention on Hephaistos.

"Maybe you awakened a professional and have never made a mistake in your entire senshi career," she stated, "But it's hardly your place to go after someone for an incident that occurred when they were nearly brand new to this. Ganymede is not the only person here who has made mistakes, and his are hardly the worst." She went out of her way to not look at anyone specific right then.

Europa had thrown her lot in and the message was clear: if anyone had a bone to pick with any of the Jovians, they had a bone to pick with Europa as well.

Exasperated, the senshi of the deep turned back to Chronos. "Princess, I think now would be an appropriate time to take a vote on a course of action."

Well, wasn't this a whole load of information that she hadn't expected to get. It was like watching a soap opera, or perhaps getting the details about one from rapid fanboys with how much these people argued.

The only difference was that this was real life, with real consequences and she and all the other civilians were in the middle of it. All making decisions that would effect the lot of them, and to her they were really stupid and petty ones. They were acting like children like that little senshi person had stated as she stalked off.

Roxy frowned as she pulled herself off the wall to finally interject her own her opinion. She didn't like how there weren't many others like herself here, she hardly felt like a representative at all, and the other girls hadn't said a word since she'd been here. "Uh, hi." She waved her hand, in hopes to get some attention through the heated debates between several of the members. "I'm going to have to agree with uh, some of those guys." She gestured to the guy with wings and... that other guy, "why are you being so petty with your precious things? They're mirrors .... you can replace those, keep the frames safe." Were they magic mirrors or something?

"These are desperate times, aren't they?" Roxy asked in a stern manner, placing her hands upon her hips. "Don't you want to do whats necessary to keep us safe? Hell, we can't leave... or are we really meat shields and hostages that many of us originally thought. How nice of you guys to make these decisions when you're easily able to come and go as you please." Her eyes narrowed. So, people had died? That was awesome to hear.

"You know what? I'm with her," Lucky chimed in, seconding Roxy. Apparently the presence of perfectly normal people had gone forgotten, because that was a hell of a show. Maybe not the one she had expected. They had been nice enough at first, and Lucky would give them the benefit of the doubt for it. But people were dying. This was not good.

"If you need to keep them safe and whole for sentimental reasons-slash-antiques roadshow in space, can't you, you know, do that thing you do to go back to planet earth with them? Nobody's going to spring out of anything here if it's not here at all."

"Has anyone tried?" She glanced around, wondering how prepared these guys were after all. "Hiccup?" She glanced at Valhalla - "Conspiracy Bird?" - Castor - "LSP?" - Chronos.

"G-Goblin Queen?!" Sheila stammered as she stared at Lucky, her hands quickly patting herself down. She breathed a sigh of relief upon discovering that no, her hair was just the way she left it. No makeup, no tights, nothing out of the ordinary. That was just fine for her. Day in and day out she had done her best to avoid the strangely dressed characters, going so far as to stop and turn around to head back into a room and wait for them to pass in the hallway rather than pass them herself. She always moved with her head down, skirting around the colorfully dressed people when she didn't have a choice.

And now she was in a room full of them. Sheila shrank behind Lucky further, almost becoming a second shadow to the other civilian as she looked around. Celsus received nothing more than a curious look -- she did not recognize her savior from back when the space whale attacked in his new outfit, still needing to seek him out sometime to thank him properly.

The civillian said nothing as the senshi began to debate back and forth, struggling to keep up. She lost track of the conversation completely as politics came into the picture, tuning it out as she twisted and turned at the puzzle in her head.

Quickly before she lost her nerve, she scooted through the assembled crowd until she reached Valhalla's side. There she reached out to touch his arm to get his attention, snatching her hand back as if it burned. "Ex-excuse me," she pipped up, "But... do they really need a mirror to do their... their 'mirrorwalking' in? What about a reflective surface that's like a mirror? I mean," she stammered, throwing a glance towards Chronos and hoping that the Princess didn't overhear or think she was trying to get out of her cleaning duty, "I mean like polished things? A mirror's a reflective surface, so if there's something that's really reflective..."

She took a breath, adding, "And I'm terribly sorry if this was covered in the conversation earlier. It's hard for me to keep up. But... Do these... mirrorwalkers," It was an easier word than 'terrorists' and possibly less insulting considering that she was currently talking to a terrorist that the news warned her against, "Need to know exactly where a mirror is in order to go through it? If that's the case, then isn't it possible to prop a mirror next to a window and have them step out into a really long drop or something?"

Scylla was not even remotely pleased with the way that Castor spoke to Zirconia. "You were absolutely out of line, Castor." The guardian cat's words had filled her with warmth, tempering the absolute fury that had been brought about at the other senshi's words. She let Zirconia go, pulling herself ramrod straight. "I have some major beef with that. It's bad policy to alienate your potential allies." She was feeling very much like she wanted to punch his teeth out. Her face was flushed with fury, her expression as carefully schooled as possible.

"As for those of you who want to mouth off and be general a-holes, maybe you should think long and hard about why the White Moon is considered ineffective even by its own, when the Zodiacs are not. When the Blood Moon was organized and effective until our leadership was corrupted. Here is a tip: We worked our butts off to become an effective force instead of complaining, arguing and shifting blame from one person to the other." The Blood Moon methods were not on trial, and there was no shame on her face when she spoke of her Court.

She looked at Chronos. "The right of it as is others have said. Repeatedly." There was no vote required. "Chronos, the only place this is going is south. I think every idea has been offered. This is your home, and your decision how you want it defended."

She'd said her piece. Scylla leaned against the wall, and waited.

"You get off your high horse." Flora snapped back in return. Honestly? Her opinion of Ganymede was slowly diminishing. "I wouldn't be angry if you hadn't started disrespecting the person in charge here. All I see you doing is dissing authority; look, you can think whatever you want of Castor here, but you are on the Zodiac's turf, and I would appreciate if you showed some respect or go home." Then she turned towards Hephaistos. "All I'm asking for is for respect. Is that so hard?"

"You're right. We're not in the Negaverse. But they are stronger, they are more disciplined, because at least from what I've seen, they respect authority. They stand together." The Senshi of Spring pointed out. "And now, we need to stick together instead of arguing. Look, I'm sorry for bursting out earlier, but if you do not show even an ounce of respect for the Princess, I'll won't be kind."

"All I hear is people telling me what to do, forcing me to think that their opinion is right." Chronos said. "That is not to say that I don't appreciate suggestions. I do. I am indebted to all of you for volunteering your time to help the Zodiacs." And she meant it. But it was hard to be nice and put her foot down at the same time, and she had grown from a timid Princess that let Aries commandeer the Zodiacs to one that knew she had to assert her authority. "I think that it would be a good idea to bring mirrors back to Earth. I can do that. I trust the rest of my Court would be open to that idea as well. So what we need to do is to gather mirrors, transport the larger ones back to Earth. Gather the rest and face them to each other, to walls, to high windows. We have to hinder them as much as possible, but also be ready for battle."

"If you're not with me," Chronos finished. "You are free to go home if you wish. But if you are, I ask that you respect my decisions and cease the arguments. We are working together for a common goal, and I will not allow there to be any inner strife. Does everyone understand?"

Things were getting ugly, and they were getting ugly fast. Celsus was turning back and forth from one person to the next so quickly that his neck felt like it was getting a crick. The blonde haired senshi named Ganymede seemed to be incredibly adamant in his views, but then again, so did the rest of the crowd. Princess Chronos was stubbornly refusing the destruction of the mirrors, but there were others against her, and the whole room was becoming one loud, raucous and angry debate.

And then there was Zirconia's heated, passionate outburst. Celsus' wanted to go to her, but she was across the room, and he doubted she would accept his help anyway.

They were becoming divided.

"Everyone hold on just a moment," Celsus said loudly, stepping forward and holding up both hands. "All of you. This isn't helping any of us. Arguing and pointing fingers and accusing one another. We're not getting anywhere if all we're doing is going in circles. Everyone needs to just calm down. We can talk this over rationally, and without throwing jibes. Obviously not everyone is going to like everyone else here, but it doesn't mean we can't at least act civil to one another, despite our differences."

Celsus dropped his hands down slowly, drawing a long breath.

Then he felt quite suddenly out of place, and hastily stepped back to where Chronos was, wondering if he'd been out of line.

Ganymede laughed. Not at Chronos’s final decision. Taking the larger mirrors to Earth was better than he’d been expecting. He could at least partially tolerate that, even if he thought these people were clinging to insubstantial things. What was a mirror, really? It reflected the present, and apparently to these people it held the past as well. They kept looking back to it, over and over again as a means of validating their current decisions. They put more stock in the past than the future.

They’d already lived the past. Ganymede, at least, wasn’t that person anymore, not the one he saw every time he went to his moon—yes, in mirrors, so many mirrors, staring back at him from a time that no longer was. But they were just memories, flashes of things that could no longer be, many that didn’t even make sense.

But they weren’t the future, and it was the future they were supposed to be protecting.

If he laughed at anything, it was the other’s continued derision, as if he were the only one at fault. Perhaps he was a part of it. He could admit to it. He wasn’t afraid to. But he wasn’t the only one.

Yet he said and did nothing, because if there was one person there that he respected above all others, it was Europa, and she had requested he stand down. He did, not only because she wanted him to, but because he had nothing else to say, and he turned to his teammates, the Jovians, and he raised a brow as if to say “ready to get to work?”

Because he wasn’t going to be chased away or made to feel as if he didn’t have a place here. He did, and he knew exactly where to look to find it.

"No I didn't wake up perfect. But if the two of them want to b***h and moan about how the other didn't 'save the day' when they did it's just a waste of time and a pissing match. You're not perfect, neither are they, nor am I and that's the point. Stop acting like you know better and listen to what the people in charge are saying." He said towards Europa as she spoke to him before turning towards Scylla his eyes going narrow.

He didn't say it, but it crossed his mind to shout it across the room. For such a great group why had they let the Negaverse take Lyra away? Why hadn't any of them saved her; one of their own on their side when that blue haired Negaverse simply swooped in and took her away.

When Flora turned back to him his expression softened, a hint of shame coming across his face. "No, not at all..." He turned towards the Princess offering a small nod of his own. While he stood behind what he said he was just as bad at showing respect when yelling and shouting at other Senshi in a situation that was going no where because of it.

Slowly he settled back into the crowd to see how things would turn out before moving over to whisper faintly to Flora "Meet me after this alright?"

Hearing the other two normal girls talk brought a smile to Roxy's face through these grim discussions. Hell, even if Lucky didn't agree with the blonde, she would have been happy at least to hear her opinions. She had missed when the pair first started talking, but now at least they each had their say.

And while Roxy still thought the idea was stupid and a waste of senshi resources - really? Over mirrors? If she could read minds, she would still be agreeing with Ganymede over how trivial trying to keep them was - at least it seemed like it was coming from the civilians. But this took away people who were supposed to be protecting them all for the sake of being movers.

But Roxy kept her mouth shut and crossed her arms over her chest now, just eying the powered beings with a credulous look. To her, listening to them argue, none of them deemed worthy of the respect that the floral looking blonde asked for. But who was she to say really, but there was something she realized.

"You didn't answer her question," she brought a hand out to point at Sheila who was a few people from from her. "Do they just need mirrors or not?"

Cyllene rolled her eyes as the people around her bickered back and forth. While she was completely new to this whole being a Senshi thing, she really didn't think she wanted to be a part of it if this was what it entailed. She pushed herself through the crowd of people over to Ganymede and placed a gentle hand on his forearm.

"Just ignore them. If mirrors are more precious than the lives of civilians and ourselves then so be it," she offered him a comforting smile.

"We'll just gather their mirrors and let these guys do whatever the ******** they wanna do with them," she nudged him gently. "And next time you wanna call me to help out, make damn sure I don't gotta work with people like this. Jovians I can tolerate... s**t like this? No thanks. I'd rather play superhero on Earth where I can actually be effective."

She grinned at him broadly and made her way towards the large doors to exit the room. She figured she'd collect a few mirrors here and there if she came across any while she explored the Surrounding. Until now, she'd never been to space and suddenly it seemed a lot more fun and drama filled than she'd been expecting.
