Valhalla frowned uncertainly when Ganymede spoke up, not sure what to tell him. "I guess it's a magic thing... I'm not sure. I wanted to talk to Captain Virgo, but she was a bit busy..." Bringing people there to help and all that. He wished he had more to say, but he really didn't have any idea.

He did nod though when Ganymede explained why he brought the soap and such, grateful that he was thinking ahead like that.

There was a new voice that caught his attention before he could do anything else, and watched curiously when Sailor Ate made her way into the room. He opened his mouth to suggest something for her to do, but it seemed as though Hug-bell was still on her scolding roll. First him and then the Harmony girl and now Ate? Wow, she was a little nag, wasn't she? It was no surprise that she was apparently related to Zia...

Then again... *********> seemed like a nag, too... Although, he shouldn't really be talking since he knew he could fret and nag on occasion...

He could only smile awkwardly when Ate started going off like she did, not really sure what to think. She was certainly enthusiastic about things, but they should probably keep on track.

"Right..." he said, trying not to get too overwhelmed again. "Food goes on that table... medical stuff there. Use buckets to get water so the pool isn't contaminated with blood." He felt like he was repeating himself...

The knight glanced up when another person wandered in, cautiously making his way a few steps closer to him. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" he asked the young man who looked like he was rather overwhelmed.

Ganymede continued to eye Ate but let the cat he'd briefly met at camp (*********>) do most of the scolding for the time being -- overly-polite-gentle-reminders, he thought, but as now wasn't really the time for any arguing or rude behavior, he figured she was going about it the right way.

He made a bit of a face when Ate did nothing more than make of mess of the blankets, and allowed Val to go off and attend to another civilian while he stayed by the table and put the blankets back into order, doing so slowly as if to show Ate This Is The Way Things Are Done.

"Well, if anyone vomits, kid or not, we'll be sure to put you on clean up duty," he said with a forcibly sweet smile. He wasn't annoyed, per se. Just... trying to figure out what to make of her.

He was doing his very best not to look over at the green haired girl, as she seemed to be the worst off and he wasn't sure he could stomach whatever it was that was wrong with her. All he knew was that there was blood and she didn't look too great. That was enough to turn him off. He satisfied himself with the thought that she was already in good hands and went back to organizing supplies.

"Does anyone need anything? More bandages or gauze or something?"

Dark red eyebrows rose as Fritz looked down at the little girl, amusement clearly evident on his palely freckled face as he said "Why yes, as a matter of fact I do need something to do. Did you have something in mind, darling?"

She was a charming one, the lavender haired girl. Vaguely he wondered how she managed, especially when the rest of the senshi seemed at least several years older than she was. However, this particular girl seemed quite mature for her age - made evident by the disapproving frown and annoyed tone of voice when she spoke to the dark haired young women that was prancing around.

Fritz decided that he liked her.

"So, Miss Bear," he said, hands on his hips and looking down at her expectantly. "What sort of job were you looking for me to do, hmm?"

Hug-bell sighed rubbing her face at Ate. "Can someone please tape her mouth shut?" She muttered before turning back to Fritz.

"Call me Hug-bell," She said brightening a bit, "Unless you like calling me Miss Bear."

She looked to ********* and then back to Fritz, "We need someone to uh.... keep an eye on the food and make sure it doesn't start disappearing." She tried to get him down her level so she could effectively whisper to him. "********* might not look like it but she eats like Shaggy and Scooby doo."

When ********* finished with Layton Hug-bell held her finger to signal she'd be right back and she hopped over to Ate, "You know, Maybe you should worry about yourself. Being cocky like that is a good way to get killed as a superhero." The Child looked up at the older girl who was totally acting somewhat like Sailor Iris only more insulting. She grinned, "I'd hate for you to run into Wolframite with an attitude like that."

She then bounced back off towards the civilians she'd been talking too and then suddenly hugged both Layton and Fritz. Giving a sigh, "Sorry I needed that." Her arms were crossed.

Hug-bell? Fritz thought, looking down at the girl with an expression of mild surprise and mingled curiosity. Strange name...

"I think I like calling you Miss Bear," he said, and grinned cheekily. She was a rather interesting child, he decided. Squatting down obediently beside her as she beckoned, Fritz leaned in closer to listen to her whisper.

His eyebrows rose. "You want me to play bodyguard to the food?" he asked, slightly taken aback; however, he was not uninterested, and the idea of being useful - even to a kid like Hug-bell - made him smile.

"Who's *********?" he counter-whispered back in a conspiratorial whisper. "I'm still a little behind-the-times when it comes to names. Is she one of the cat people things?"

Straightening, he slipped his hands back into his pockets, waiting patiently for the little girl to return as she bounced off towards the dark haired senshi. Quite an amusing child, he thought, tilting his head to regard her - then blinked when he felt small arms suddenly encircle his waist.

"Oh," he said, momentarily surprised, but then he smiled warmly down at Hug-bell, reaching out to ruffle her pale lavender hair playfully. He gave her a teasing wink. "Well, thank you. I think we all need a hug every now and then, don't you?"

Hygiea had zoned out - partly from attempts at ignoring Ate, though of course no *********. Finally that question was answered! - watching as people milled about in the area. Going through supplied, setting up things here and there and generally just staring off into space and the Surrounding.

Though she wasn't one to stare at walls, they were still pretty damn interesting and her orange eyes were fixated on them. Ganymede's brought her back from staring at the walls, his own question making her realize she also didn't have anything to do.

The little senshi looked at the group, "I have nothing to do..."

Molly looked around at Virgo Outpost with a bit of unease. She hadn't seen a place that look so perfect, like everything had a place. She sighed. It was all to prefect. She wonder if this was really heaven, after all Virgo was her angel, even if she was rather weird.

She scooted along with a bit more ease, feeling a bit already from staying her. She use her unbroken arm to move around, and drag along her broken leg after her. It would looked a bit sad to other as she look like a sick dog who really couldn't move one of it's legs, but to Molly she looked wonderful. She smiled and breath in the air. it felt good to be here, she was finally feeling like she wasn't going to die.

She blinked as she scooted closer to all the "people"...well if you could call them people. They where all dress up so weirdly. She blinked once again and ask, "Why is everyone dress up for like a Halloween party?

He was sorting through the rest of the gauze and bandages in case anyone should express the need for more when another civilian (Molly) turned up. Ganymede paused to stare at her, wondering exactly what he was supposed to do about an obviously broken leg. He could handle sprains, dislocations, broken toes, but other than that he was completely out of his league.

Then again, so was everyone else here.

He glanced over at Hygiea when she voiced her comment, motioning to her with his hand. "Come help me help her get comfortable," he said, and began making his way over to Molly. Comfortable -- or some attempt of it -- was about all they'd be able to manage. Maybe they could splint it...

"Christ, what happened to you people?" he asked as he approached her, not bothering to answer her own question just yet. He'd yet to get the full story, but if there was broken ribs and broken legs and blood, he was glad he hadn't been there for it. He grabbed onto one of Molly's arms to try and support her by slinging it across his shoulders. "We'll get you onto a cot and then see what we can do about your leg."

He purposefully refrained from looking at it, at least for now. His stomach gave a bit of a gross turn just thinking about it.

"yes, yes, I'm old. Hilarious and perfectly appropriate to point out at the moment. It's not like there's anything more important to focus on than my graying hair and distinguished wrinkles."

Camelot had just used his dad voice to tell the younger folks off for being snippy, and here he was, doing it himself. But the key difference was the person he was being gruff with wasn't injured, or a civilian. So there was that. And anyway, he was just sensitive. He did appreciate that so many people had come over to help.

Presumably. Or at least had come over.

He slipped back into ignoring them, including Harmony's question about him having kids, so he could focus on the tasks at hand. He did have a kid, but he couldn't really say that, as any hint to his identity was probably not safe to give out. Particularly to someone he knew he was familiar with in a distant way. Well, her mother, at any rate.

She did get a warm smile from him, though.

"I'm going to attempt to fix this bone now. And by fix I mean... put it back where it is supposed to do. Ah." He didn't want to stick on the 'maybe' or 'probably' that was on the tip of his tongue. That would probably fill her with doubt. And he had enough of that already, and didn't want to worry her with it.

As far as she needed to know, he was perfectly capable.

Trying to shield what he was doing from the chibi senshi, he made sure the magic painkillers had kicked in before attempting the 'procedure'. He did what he had to do, keeping pressure on the wound before wrapped it tightly once he was as sure it was as clean and set as it was going to get.

Taking a breath, he looked a little paled by the whole ordeal, and he hadn't been the one in pain.

Oh sweet! Hygiea nearly skipped over to where Ganymede was motioning to help out Molly, really a bit too chipper for the infirmary atmosphere and the work that needed to be done.

And clearly unfazed by the state the girl was in and had dragged in to get mended. "Oh wow, my brother did something like that one, he fell during one our trips to the beach and had to get stitches and stuff. He missed the whole vacation, so it was kind of sad. Did you fall off something or hit something? Some of the other people look all blue and sticky too," asking what had happened? Yeah, obviously something not too many of them did, so there went one of Hygiea's rambling question sessions as she walked with the male senshi and the wounded girl.

"Oh hey, there's a cot!" She pointed with a smile and looked to the pair, "you want me to go bring it closer? It might be easier so then you don't have to carry her that far, right?" Before Ganymede, or even Molly, could answer, Hygiea ran off towards the vacant cot to pull it a little closer.

"You're gonna...?"

She was sufficiently distracted and didn't notice he'd dodged her question about having children. It didn't matter to her now that she was faced with him actually putting the bone back into her body and trying to set them back in their proper places. It helped that she trusted him, that he soothed her. If she had even one shred of doubt about him or what he was capable of she probably wouldn't have let him attempt it.

"Are you even a doctor?"

So far as she knew knights were better suited to being warriors than doctors but if soldiers could be medics why couldn't he? It was plausible, anyway, and besides...magic was on his side. She closed her eyes and gave a curt nod, signaling he should do what he was going to do and be done with it. She shut her eyes tight so he didn't really need to hide what he was doing but it was better he did, anyway, just in case.

The sharp stabbing pain her her side had subsided to a dull ache thanks to Hygiea's herbs but that didn't stop her from crying out in pain as the bone slid back into her body and aligned with the other part of her rib. She felt the bones sliding together and it felt weird but was the least of her pains. She breathed easier once it was over with and bound and sagged in relief.

She was pale and shaking but ultimately better off to have the wound covered, cleaned, and bound with her bones back in the right spot. It didn't feel like her lungs had been hurt by all this - she could breathe just fine. In fact, for the moment she was feeling better than she had since this whole crazy stint in wonderland started. She grinned at him, holding a hand to her chest.

"Thank you. I feel...cautiously optimistic."

Typical Harmony - a cautiously optimistic outlook on life. She was always ready for the other shoe to drop but always hoped it wouldn't. Having him around, she imagined, was sort of what it was like to have a dad...all that was missing was a teddy bear or a cup of tea. It certainly didn't help the stars in her eyes toward him.

She blinked. Was the person who was talking to her a guy or a girl. This, only this was spinning through her head almost the whole time. Gah, this person had to be a guy. It didn't have any boobs. Maybe she should ask, or then maybe not. The last time she voice her opinion, the wried Virgo snapped back with a fiery snapped and she didn't want that again. plus these people where probably all on drug, which was just gross, really.

Before she was even able to open her mouth, it, really it would really of helped if she did ask then she would have to keep calling it, a it. Anyways she was bit baffled by all of this. At least they were helping her. She wince a bit. "Hey careful, I'm doing good but it hurt when I' trying to stand up." she stated.

Yep it never difference with Molly, she had something to complain about all the time, even if someone was giving their life for her. She frowned when it asked it's question and she rolled her eyes. "Like you don't know. All these crazy people where walking around and freaking whales and bats came and attack us."

Before she was able to talk about a child came along. Ok she had to be dreaming now. A child. A freaking child was here. How was this even humanly possible. Oh right, this wasn't She was in freaking space with people high on drug. She paused in her thoughts. The child couldn't be on drugs. She blinked and open her mouth to talk to Hygiea "Hey! Little child, how are you here? Isn't it pass your bed time?" she got out before she left.
Molly kind of ignored everything else that had came out the child mouth. She really didn't like children they go in the way, but this didn't make sense. How was this child parents even ok with this. She had to know.

Ganymede's brows lifted as Molly responded to him. If she wasn't hurt, he might have let her go and happily watched her fall back to the ground in a heap of insults and attitude. As it was, he did his best to hold his temper in check, and if he happened to let her arm slip from around his shoulders just a little bit, well... it was completely by accident.

"Don't put any pressure on the hurt leg then. You've got two of them. Lean on me and hop along on your good one," he instructed her.

Luckily, Hygiea had an even better idea and began to drag the cot over. He felt momentarily pleased that she was so enthusiastic. If she kept doing things before he even had to ask her, he might actually not mind seeing her around more often.

"That little child is saving you from a very awkward, potentially painful walk over to the cot," he pointedly told Molly, waiting for Hygiea to finish dragging it over before depositing the civilian on top of it, trying his best not to do so roughly, however much her tone of voice made him wish he did. "Thank you," he said, and offered the chibi senshi a smile. "If you don't mind, go ahead and grab something to make splints with."

Then he looked at Molly again, trying to decide what to do first -- deal with the broken arm or the broken leg?

"Okay, so... where does it hurt? Upper arm? Lower arm? Same with your leg. I wasn't here at the time so I don't really know what you're talking about, but somehow I'm not all that surprised to hear you spouting off things about whales and bats. If you could tell me exactly how you got hurt, I might be able to help you better. Do you have any other wounds?"
PostPosted: Fri Sep 09, 2011 10:15 pm

Hygiea gave an annoyed grunt as she made her last pull towards the group, letting it drop on the ground a little too harshly making it bounce just once. Yeah, she could totally see why HugBell always bitched people out about their stature.

"At least I don't look like I was hit by a ******** bus," she cocked a sweet ironic smile to Molly, "and I don't mean because of the injuries." Oh yeah, she could dish out things too, you know. She might be little but she was close to the double digits range.

"No problem!" Hygiea's cheerfulness returned as she gave Ganymede a little salute, both in response to his thanks and also to the next task he had given her. With a bounce, she frolicked off towards the main supply area to look for something hard - perhaps one that wasn't even at all comfortable - that could be used for a few splints.

"Okay then." She smiled at Fritz, she nodded when he asked if she wanted him to play food bodyguard, "Yes, we need to make sure it lasts a little while at least. Some of it, or a good bit of it might be sorta almost junk food. However, some food is better than none."

She gave a nod, pausing, "If you need something to keep you entertained I might have something in my bag, I sorta carry a lot of uh... stuff with me just in case. Never know what you might need." She was now digging around in the fluffy bag, looking to see what she had. "Oh, maybe you could see if anyone's hungry too? Iunno how long you guys have been up here..."

Of course those few moments she was gone, she hadn't missed the ********* question which was asked before she left, pointing at the tailless cat girl. "She's *********. She's really nice. The other one is Zirconia. With the big fluffy tail and lilac hair."

She chuckled when her hair was ruffled, "Yeah we all do." She winked, "I think it's part of my job since my name has Hug in it."

Of course Hug-bell was looking at the train wreak that was Molly..... who again, pretty well just ignored the fact they were helping and went to basically insulting them. At least they were trying to help when the fact of the matter was they kept ending up told not to do this or not to do that or to be shooed off somewhere else... The child was getting pretty sick of all this. At least Fritz and Layton didn't insult them. She bit her lower lip when Hygiea dished it back, ouch.

"Oof.... well I guess that's what they get for thinking we're useless." She shook her head. "But yeah... hmm....." She tried to pull her mind away from the older people. She liked Camelot and she sorta understood where he was coming from with being persnickety towards the civilians but the fact of the matter was they were here to help, she was sorta hoping when Ate called him out on his age he'd realize how they felt.
