Lilie gazed down at her new little ball of blue,purple and silver fur and smiled. "Yes I'd hate to move him to. He looks so peaceful. "She let out a sigh and started to get up. "No but I'm sure I can find something." With that she left to go find some food. In the very least she could catch fish.

Aither watched Lilie get up. "Be careful." He curled arounf the kit and watched him sleep. Keeping the look out for birds and other things harmfull to a kit. Aither used his tail to shelter the kit from the sun, which had shifted since they had layed down. He didn't want to move, so this will do till Lilie came back.

Lilie nodded her head as she walked off to show him that she had heard him and understood his request for her to watch out for her own safety. Though she really wasn't worried about anything harming her. She walked further into the woods.

Aither watched the kit. He kinda wanted him to wake up so they can talk... Not like there was going to be much to talk about, since he just broke out from his BCR. He looked around briefly for Lilie, she must have gone for meat instead of fish. "Firelight... " He just said his name just to say it. Then he realized, if he and Lilie were to mate... Firelight would be his soon too... Right? Aither's tail swished happily at the thought.

Lilie ran further and further staying light on her toes. Her mind locked on one thought. Kill prey and have it as food for the kit. Kill for her and Aither. The wind blew brings an assorted scents to her nose. Her ears strained to hear something. That's when she heard her prey hiding. She moved in.
The little male was curled up dozing in something furry and warm. His little nose wiggled as new scents tickled it making him sneeze. 'Firelight.' he heard it again. What was this Firelight someone was calling for? He slowly opened his eyes and looked up blinking to try and clear his eyes.

As the kit opened his eyes Aither smiled. "Why hello there." He carefully patted this kits head. "Uhm.." He looked around for Lilie. "Your mother is out hunting. She will be back soon." He wiggled deeper into the shade, tummy grumling abit.

The little blue and purple kit was born with the sense of mother and father. It was instinct to him. So if this big creature said mother was away that meant that this was his father. "Papa,' he cried his tail wagging behind him and snuggled closer.
Lilie watched as her prey scampered about. It sniffed the air and had a panicked look in its' eyes. Yes you know your being hunted she thought to the little creature. It wouldn't escape her nope she had a baby to feed the creature's luck had run out. With that she pounced and attacked the rabbit that had found its self prey to this new mother fox. She quickly snapped its neck and went in search of one more.

"P-pa-pa?" Thats when Aither lost ever ounce of his manlyness and cuddled the kit. He was the cutest thing ever and Aither was happy to be with him while Lilie was away. Then Aither thought... What if Lilie didn't like him as much as he liked her.... it would seperate him from Firelight. He didn't want that to happen.

Firelight's eyes widened in surprise when this fox like creature that was his father suddenly smashed him in with he could only guess was some form of love and affection. He squiggled a bit but didn't all together fight it.
Lilie sat there with her kills on the ground in front of her and her muzzle covered in blood. She had a bit running down her neck but she didn't pay any mind to it . She was taking several deep calming breaths before picking up her three dead rabbits and headed back to Firelight and Aither.

Aither felt the wiggling from the kit. "Ah yes, sorry there." He loosened the grip on the kit. No need to get overwhelmed. He smiled at the kit. He could only wonder if the kit would find out neither of them is his real parents. If he did he still hoped he's be considered 'dad'.

Firelight yawned and rubbed his eye. "What's going on? Where is momma?" He asked in a sleepy voice. He stood up and shook himself out. He gazed about and seen lots of yellow and green. "What are those?" he asked pointing to a tree and than the sand.
Lilie had just come around the corner and down the hill with the rabbits in her mouth. She could see Aither and Firelight. Firelight was standing on his own in the shade near Aither which made her feel better. She was glad that he was standing on his own but staying by him. Once she got next to them she set down her prey. "Hello."

"Lillie will be back soon." He looked to where the kit pointed. "Palm trees and sand. We are at the beach. It's where the water meets the land." He pointed toward the water. Then her heard Lilie and looked up at her, then back at Firelight. "There's your mother."

Firelight thought about it slowly "Well why are they called that?" he asked. He accepted that his mother would be there soon but still wanted to know why these other things were being called that. His ears perked up when his dad said his mother was home. He quickly got up and ran over to her rubbing against her leg.
Lilie smiled at Aither and Firelight around the rabbits she was holding in her mouth. Her heart fluttered when the little kit ran up to her rubbing against her. She petted him with her paw before nudging him back to Aither so that she could set down the rabbits.

Aither chuckled at all the questions. He got up for a moment and walked over to Lilie. "Thank you." He gave her a nuzzle and laid back down, he waited for the kit to settle in before he answered the kits question. "Where I come from there is a story. About how the God and Goddesses made then named everything." His tail flicked across the ground. "Why they named them what the did I'm not sure."

He had bounded back to where he was first sitting with little prodding to do so.He eyed the food that his mother was carring and decided it looked pretty taste but before he could eat it he had to ask one more question so he did. "Whats the name of the God and Goddess that named everything?" he asked than his tail wagged in excitement as the food was placed with in his easy reach.
Lilie giggled at her energetic and curious little son. She glanced at Aither, her eyes warm and sparkling with happens before pushing a rabbit closer to each of them. "Launch is ready dears," she told them and waited to see how Fire would react to eating his first rabbit.
