Eve figured that she was caught and gave herself up. "M-maxwell?" She asked, peeking around the dumpster slowely.

 'Crazy crazy crazy......'Maxwell's piercing stare softened into one of sudden shock fallowed quickly by a grin and a sigh as he lifted his arms and shoulders into a shrug. "Well i guess i did state that it was a mystery you needed to solve....I should know better by now then to tempt humans and their curious nature...." His smile slowly fades and he closes his eyes and lowers his arms as he places his hands on his hips. "I just regret it was you that had to find out....you seemed to be the only one that was half decent." His smiles fades and quickly grows into a frown. "Well now you know...Clearly i'm not human..." He says taking a step towards her all the while sliding his hands into his pockets.'....Well secrets can do that to you.'

Eve looked at him in awe, releived that he hadnt tried to hurt her...well yet anyway. She crawled out from behind the dumpster, but didnt stand. "Well i can see that obviously." she said with a courious look.

'Crazy crazy crazy......'Maxwell sighed and took his left hand out of his pocket and started to rub the back of his neck as a nervous tick. "Well....the usual action if discovered is to erase the memories of the one that sees me or to leave the current town im in..." He mumbles to himself but loud enough for her to hear as he opens his eyes again and gives a slight glare since she was looking at him like he was an exotic animal in a zoo. "However I get the feeling you not the blabbing type...Correct?"'....Well secrets can do that to you.'

Eve shook her head. She was at a loss of words. All of this was too bizzaar. She pushed some bangs out of her eyes, looking up at him still. She noticed his glare and looked down.

'Crazy crazy crazy......'Maxwell sighed and closed his eyes again. "I'm sorry for the glare I'm just a bit...sensitive at how humans look at me when I look like this..." He took a deep breath and ran his left hand through his hair,one of his long ears batting against his hands palm as it passes by. "I'm not exactly normal so it always feels like i'm being stared at like an oddity...anyways...Look I'm going to let you keep you memories and i'm not going to leave but I need you to stay quiet about this..."'....Well secrets can do that to you.'

Eve looked up and nodded. She gave a bright smile. "Itll be our little secret." She smiled, hoping to make him and herself feel better.

'Crazy crazy crazy......'Maxwell opened one eye and glanced at her smiling face before closing his eye again and shaking his head with a small sigh. "I must be crazy..." He thinks to himself before turning around and taking a few steps away from her and with his back still facing her puts his hand back into his pocket. "I suppose you have some questions?"'....Well secrets can do that to you.'

'Crazy crazy crazy......'Maxwell turned back around and smiled,his eyes open again,as he raised his arms and shoulders into a shrug once again. "Ah the beginning,a common place to start....Well I'm what your kind would call an Elf...Yes,the mythological humanoid." He places his hands back into his pockets and tilted his neck to the right slightly which results in some rather loud popping.'....Well secrets can do that to you.'

'Crazy crazy crazy......'"I suppose it is." Maxwell replies with a slight indifference. "I was sent here by my Elders in order to judge the state of humanity and its future generation." He states all the while trying to find something in his pockets. "So far i have sent back mostly negative reports and pleads to remain hidden till the next generation can be judged.
