"I feel bad...taking your bed," Mitsu admitted quietly. She hated putting him out and making him sleep on the floor. It was his bed after all.

Gently scooping up Bent-tail from her lap, Mitsu set the little miced tea on the pillow again. Sheepishly she looked toward Shun again at his offer, "I..I will." She wouldn't. The lupine already felt like quite the burden already. She didn't want to test to limits of Shun's kindness. He would no doubt get sick of her....like Suto said he would.

Quietly she turned and crawled back up on the bed, curling up on her side as she rested once again. "S..Shun." She started looking over at the reaper as she finally rested her head against the pillow. Her voice had a questioning tone. "Y..you don't think...." There was hesitance, she didn't know how to voice her worry. "You won't get tired...of having me around will you?" She finally asked, her ears falling back a little. It was a true worry she had, that he would get tired of having her around. That he would cast her to the side.

Mitsu's eyes focused on the bed as she huddled into a ball. Her question was pretty random and she almost regretted voicing her concern....but the voices in her head wouldn't stop. She was starting to believe what the bullies had told her since Mr. Adolphus had said the same thing. She had been left behind while her family sought out better and greater things.

"I..I never thought..." She hesitated in admitting what weighed on her mind the most. "..that my brother would leave me behind. I...I don't want to give you a reason to leave me too." Mitsu was so worried about doing something wrong it nearly made her feel sick all over again. Though she would never purposely do something against Shun, could never dream of doing anything to any of her friends. "S..sorry I guess I'm just talking out of my head." She finally said after a pause.

Feeling Shun's hand suddenly on her arm Mitsu looked up toward the reaper, her eyes actually setting on his face. Her vision wasn't at its usual clarity but it seemed his facial expression was much softer than usual.

His words made her feel a little better and with the soft hint of a smile Mitsu raised up a hand to place over Shun's. "I think you do much better than you realize." He certainly had a knack for helping her out, watching over her, and even now trying to comfort and make her feel better.

"I think you do.." Mitsu yawned lightly, her eyes growing heavy again. She didn't seem to realize her hand was still over Shun's as she began to drift off because it stayed where it was. Hopefully come tomorrow she would be back to normal, she didn't know how well she had to be to keep Shun from taking her to the nurse and she didn't really want to answer questions.

Snuggling down into the soft comfort the bed provided Mitsu's eyes finally drifted closed. It sounded like she was mumbling something but she was far to gone in sleep already for it to be audible. The process of being sick had still taken its toll on her body and rest was still required.

The longer Mitsu was asleep the more she began to fall into her normal sleeping habits, which basically meant clinging to and cuddling something while she slept. Unfortunately for Shun, his hand and arm turned out to be that particular 'something'. She had edged a little closer to the reaper in her sleep, her hand bringing his closer to cling to more effectively.

Her sleep seemed to be fairly peaceful at that point though she shifted here and there. By the time morning actually rolled around Mitsu had wedged herself up against Shun still very much asleep. If she had been conscious there no doubt would have been a bit of confusion mixed with guilt for having made him sleep like he had.

For the second time that day Mitsu began to stir awake her eyes fluttering open. She seemed a little disoriented at first confused again on where she was as if yesterday had been a dream, even more so when she felt herself pressed up against something warm. It was far to big to be Milo.

Eyes finally adjusting a little they focused in on an arm and who that arm just happened to be attached to. Suddenly Mitsu's eyes grew wide, her face flushing crimson. She was clinging to Shun. "Ah!" Startled she jumped up letting go of the reaper but ended up pushing herself a little too far away. One moment she was there and the next she disappeared on the other side of the bed, a soft thunk resounding as she hit the floor.

Letting out a soft groan Mitsu sat up from her current position. Had she been clinging to Shun since she had fallen to sleep last? Rubbing at her head she took in her current surrounding again realizing she could actually see. Things were still a little fuzzy here and there but mostly other than feeling sluggish from being sick she was back to normal.

Face still filled with embarrassment, Mitsu dared to peek over the bed at Shun. "D...did I fall to sleep....clinging to you?" She asked nervously. He had no doubt been uncomfortable...for several reasons.

"I..I'm sorry I left you stuck in an awkward position.." She was so used to cuddling something in her sleep whether it was her stuffed panduhr or Milo and sometimes Ziggy when the acrobat wormed her way into her arms in the middle of the night. Face flushing a little deeper Mitsu did her best to kind of hide behind the bed, her eyes just peeking over the edge at the reaper. Her fingers clutched and fidgeted with the sheets for a moment trying to will herself not to stutter as she answer his next question.

"Y-yes," Huff Puff there was no hope to this stuttering problem. "I-I'm fine." No, no she was not fine. She was embarrassed beyond belief. Continuing to sit in place, Mitsu tried to think of what to do or say. "I..I appreciate you looking over me. P-perhaps I should go back to my room now?" It was very much a question, Shun had seemed intent on keeping her here though she really didn't know for how long. Not that she entirely minded being here, the company was greatly desired after the trip she had, but she was taking up his bed and making him sleep in awkward positions.

Mitsu stared over the edge of the bed for a moment before hesitantly reaching out to take hold of the hand offered to her. Allowing Shun to help pull her back to her feet the lupine stood there awkwardly. She was still quite embarrassed with herself.

"I..I can see fairly well," There were spots that were still blurry and she still looked a little tired but over all a vast improvement. It was quite the 'illness' to hit her upon arriving back at school. "Thank you...for worrying about me." It had been a while since she had someone to worry about her like this.
