Hikaru looked over with a very surprized look. "Shu?" Max grinned mischeiviously, resting his chin on his fists, looking quite amused.

Shu's tail drooped, "My ma sent me over to get this CD for my dad." He mumbled, looking down.

"A Johnny Cash CD of some sort." He mumbled, blushing slightly. He felt so akward and embarrassed for some reason.

Hikaru walked further back and soon came back with three different CDs. "This is what weve got."

Shu walked over to the counter, glancing at the CDs. He picked a random one, not really caring which one he got for his dad, "This'll do."

Hikaru nodded. "Max ring him-" He looked over to see Max not there. Hikaru facepalmed and walked over to the cash register. "I guess ill ring ya up."

Shu glanced around the store, wondering where Max ran off to so quickly. He looked up at Hikaru, handing him the CD.

"So, Johnny Cash eh?" Hikaru asked, swiping it across the bar reader thingy. "Four dollah." He said, handing it to him.

((*sigh* Shu waas supposed to be loud, hyper, and obnoxious like Shuichi..but he's more like me when it comes to having a crush XD))
Shu nodded and handed him one of the two five dollar bills his mom handed him. He looked around the store again, "Did Max have to go somewhere or something? He kind of just disappeard as soon as I walked in.." His ears flattened.

Hikaru shrugged. "I never know whats going through his mind half the time. You change." He said, handing him a dollar.

Shu took the dollar and grasped the CD, turning to walk out. He was desperate to know what Max's deal was though and the only one who would have only the slightest idea what it was, was Hikaru. Shu turned back to the counter, "Hikaru, you're the only one who would know why Max was so pushy back at the restaurant and why he seems so persistant to have us alone." Shu growled quietly.

Hikaru blinked. "I have no idea what youre talking about." He grabed his ear and pulled it slightly. "And dont growl at me." He didnt look mad. He had more of a poker face on.

Shu pulled back, rubbing his ear that Yuki Hikaru pulled at. He narrowed his eyes at Hikaru, blushing slightly. "You're the only one who would know." He bit his lip to hold back another growl.
