& (Claire & Annabeth) ~Performance Alley~ Claire bolted ahead, her eyes gleaming with excitement. The bells on her sash were clinking and jingling at her side as she ran. This was the first time she went to something like this, so she had to be excited. She looked behinde her and notice Annabeth was waaay behind, so plopped down right where she was and waited "Annabeth hurry up!" The purrloin yelled at her friend slightly annoyed that she was moving so slow.Annabeth was actually walking her regular speed, but she seemed slow because Claire had bolted off. " Yeah yeah, keep your fur on." The Joltik muttered to herself. As she approached Clair, Claire basically blew up on her. "You took to long to get here! Why didn't you go faster?!" Claire yelled at her partner. But before Annabeth could answer Claire had once again bolted off towards whatever had gotten her attention.Annabeth sighed and ran after her friend.
Claire had ran into the Performance Alley, looking and awing the performers. Annabeth was right beside Claire but she was too focused on the performers too notice she was there.Annabeth thought they looked cool with their juggling and all of their other neat tricks that they did. Annabeth sorta knew a trick, but it was just making designs in her webbing. Claire thought it was the most amazing thing she ever saw, but Annabeth thought it was sorta lame so she didn't do it much unless she was asked too.

Ethfael & Faran~Arcade~ Faran raced back and forth, beginning to pant from the effort. This game was so difficult to beat! The Diglett were moving so fast that he couldn't hardly see them come up before they shot back down, let alone pin them. The little Vulpix was beside himself trying to hit a few more as things got harder and harder. Finally the game stopped, and lights flashed on the small electronic screen at the top of the mat, reading NEW HIGH SCORE! Faran collapsed to the ground in a heap, tired out from all his jumping but absolutely delighted. "We did it Puer, look!" he said, pointing that the screen which now showed their score, flashing at the top of the high scores list. His breaths came heavily as he got to his paws again, grinning from ear to ear. "That was the best!" he exclaimed, tottering slightly on his paws from slight exhaustion, but the adrenaline still helped him keep going, for now anyway.

 ( Purple )-Performance Alley-
Purple nodded along to their words, "Of course, when you evolve it will be much better. You two evolve twice, which makes your first form kind of like a child form. It would be like staying a child forever" He said.
"Impressive? Thats one word for it. For me its pretty normal, having things like this already thought out. If you were to spend a week in a forest, alone, would you not spare some time to think to yourself? Most of your life alone that way gives you at least a years worth of thinking. I've long since acknowledged that a Raticates form is one of a fighter, while I am more of a thinker" he said.
Sometimes, he wondered what he would be like if he had pursued his dream of travelling outside of the forest when he was younger. Would he still have been as smart, or maybe he would have actually wanted to evolve. Whoever he would have been, he would never know. One could not just go back into the past and change their actions.

The rest of the ride went smoothly and without interruption. Finally, after the last stop, their compartment swung down its last step at the bottom of the ride and the doors opened up, allowing its occupants to leave. Melissa stepped out, Hope still clutched sleepily to her back. The Jirachi's eyes were open a small crack; she had woken, but seemed too tired to do much more than simply stay where she is. "I'll be heading back to my teammate. It was nice meeting you Era, Phione, Alice." She dipped her head at each of them respectively, and with a small wave of a free vine she turned and headed back towards the food stands. --- "I do all the time. Sherman still hasn't caught on." Atra replied with a grin as he remembered the Salamence being really confused as to why Albus was in their team room. Sherman really wasn't the brightest. "Hello!" Melissa called out as she neared the table, she looked between the two twins, trying to remember who was who again. She settled for making it not immediately obvious which of the twins she was looking at when speaking. "I saw something about a Haunted House on my way here, you interested Atra?""No.""Oh, ok. Um...well, I'll leave Hope here.""Sure."She waved goodbye to the three eeveelutions before leaving.

  Albus & Laura ~Food Stands~
"Haha, that's terrible!" A small voice peeped out in the back of his mind that this wasn't like him, but he shooed it away. Laughing his a** off had put him in a good mood. He wasn't about to let something so minor as a voice in his head spoil that. "He never was the brightest kid back then, was he?" He glanced at the Bulbasaur that came over with a Jirachi. She seemed to know Atra, for whatever reason. "A member... members of your team?" A while back and he would have known without asking, but he had lost track of his brother's team. "Ahh, she's so cute!" Laura hopped over to stand beside the Jirachi in a moment of fawning. Albus stared curiously at the Jirachi for a moment. Baby legendary were fairly rare. Not that there was any sense of awe, or anything. As it turned out, Desmond was rather fond of pancakes and the only one who would cook for him was Lia. Breakfast was a crowded affair.
 Puer ~Arcade~
"...Huh." Puer looked up at the screen. His breathing was even in steady in comparison to Faran's, the result of a body unable to exert itself on such a game. Rhyhorn, they really weren't meant for the modern day. It would probably be easy if he evolved, but walking on two legs just seemed strange for him. He couldn't really imagine not having all four limbs firmly planted on the ground. "I guess we did. That was fun." Well, the game itself hadn't been particularly fun. But it was hard not to get pulled in by the young Vulpix's enthusiasm.
  Marcus & Bruce ~Performance Alley~
"Hmm... I suppose that's true; I hadn't thought of it that way." Having three forms certainly made things a bit different. Marcus nodded his thoughtful agreement. "That's true! As long as you have friends to help you, being a thinker is great!" The words seemed surprisingly insightful for the Totodile. What Purple wouldn't recognize is that he had read that in a comic book. Bruce ignored the comment and thought for a moment before speaking. "Hmm... I've always been one to believe that both intelligence and power were necessary, myself. The greatest plan still requires strength, and strength without a plan is without merit." "Yeah, but there's lots of different kinds of strength!" Another comic book quote.

Ethfael & Faran "Yeah!" Faran yipped cheerfully. He remarkably was still managing to keep himself going even though he looked nothing less than exhausted. "You're lot's of fun Puer!" he said with a grin, between deep breaths. He was looking around for another game for them to play, disregarding his fatigue. The Vulpix just didn't know when it was time to stop, but luckily his guardian did.
"Faran, it's about time to head back don't you think?" Ethfael said, "Another event might be taking place soon." The Dragonair had been watching the pair with an interested gaze. Faran had seemed to be able to transfer some of his excitement to Puer, but then children can do that sometimes. Arcades weren't really something that he was into, although he, unlike Puer, would be capable of playing a few of the games. He preferred instead to merely be a spectator on the fun that the Vulpix was having. Now though, it was time to meet up with the others.
Faran's eyes brightened, and he jumped over to Ethfael, "Yeah, we should definitely go!" he said. Turning back to Puer, he realized that it was probably time to say goodbye and his ears drooped slightly. "I had a great time Puer," he said, "I hope you did too!" Then he added, "Maybe I'll see you around at the Guild sometime!" On that happy note he smiled again at the Rhyhorn before turning to head out.
Ethfael smiled, "Nce to meet you," he said to Puer before following his young Team member, "Thank you for putting up with him."

Atra && Hope "Naw, he's a completely idiot. Don't know what happened, his parents were pretty smart. Fun guy though." Atra replied to Albus's comment with a yawn. Sherman was pretty fun to hang out with, partially because him being stupid was sometimes hilarious. They had some good adventures together. "My Co-captain, Melissa. She's Molly's little sister. Don't know why she wanted to join after everything that's happened." He answered the question after the Bulbasaur, turning his head to watch his co-captain leave. "I-"Hope was curled up at the foot of Atra's chair when Melissa left her, but suddenly, the Jirachi had somehow made it to Atra's head. Her eyes were closed and she seemed asleep, except she was now firmly clinging to the fur on top of his head. He stared upwards, shaking his head slightly to see if he could get the baby to let go. She didn't. Giving an annoyed sigh, he leaned forward to rest his paws on the edge of the table and placed his chin atop it. "You're free to try and pry her off." He told Laura.

  Albus & Laura ~Food Stands~
"Molly's little sister?" He had heard about that, since the family was close enough to his own. It wasn't really his place to comment on it, though. He had never been very close to her. Or Sherman for that matter, but he had dealt with the confused Bagon more than a few times so they had at least met. Now that is cute. Maybe some day she would see Albus like that with a little Eevee... That would be far too adorable. For now, though, this would have to do. Hopefully she could pull the Jirachi elsewhere. "Let's see..." Laura hopped on top of the table and stood beside Atra with her front paws up in the air. Her longer, heavier tail let her balance easily, giving her free (if tiring) control of her front limbs. "Coochie coochie coo..." Laura's claws extended out ever so slightly. They would serve well. The Vaporeon began to very gently tickle the Jirachi in the hopes that she would come free. Then, with any luck, she could pull Hope off.
 Puer ~Arcade~
"Yeah, I did." The Rhyhorn didn't seem to mirror any of Faran's disappointment, though he hardly seemed callous or detached. "I'm sure we'll see each other again later." The guild wasn't that big, after all, and there were more than a few "favourite" places for teams. They would probably meet each other at a diner or something at some point. He gave a brief nod to Ethfael. "It's nice to meet you as well. I had fun."

& & ( Red & Blue & Purple )Purple nodded, "well of course, a combination of power and intelligence. is good. One to balance the other, one to think of it and another to execute it. What I lack in strength, I make up for in thought. Likewise, one with enough power could use my thoughts and make them reality." He said. He looked up for a moment, as if looking at something, before going back to the two. "Besides that, not all power needs physical strength. Psychics are a good example, and it takes great mental power to conjure up a blizzard or bring out the sun" He said.
Sounding as if far away, two voices seemed to fade in. It was probably what had made Purple look away for a moment, his keen hearing picking up the sounds while they still couldn't be heard.
"Purple!" "Purrr!" "PURPLE!" "Purp!"
A Sneasel and Vulpix were looking around, both of them somewhat worried. The Vulpix turned and caught sight of him, smiling and looking up at her partner. "I found him, I found him!"
The two ran up to the Rattata, a look of relief on their faces. "For a second there, I thought we had lost you!" the Sneasel said, a little hint of laughter at the end. The Rattata looked over to Marcus and Bruce, "I guess this is good bye, then. It was nice talking with you two, maybe we'll cross paths soon" he told them. He looked at Red and Blue, "Lets go home, then"
The trio turned to leave, and if they hadn't noticed before, they would see now that this Rattata was missing a tail, a scar right above the stub.

Atra && HopeAtra turned slightly to look up at Laura, not exactly comfortable with the Vaporeon standing pretty much right next to his face. He sat back up, just as Hope opened one eye to stare at the water-type. "Jiiirah." She gurgled happily, and burst into fits of giggles. As Atra sat back in his seat, the Jirachi stayed floating exactly where she had been when clinging to Atra's head. Hope gave a wide yawn, and then suddenly flew into the Vaporeon between her two front legs to give the eeveelution a hug. "Happy~" She murmured sleepily, both of her eyes opening for just a crack before closing once again. Atra watched on with amusement. "Her name's Hope." He offered Laura in case she hadn't heard Melissa mention the name. "Jirachi asked us to raise her."

  Albus & Laura ~Food Stands~
Laura caught the unexpected hug and tried her best to not fall down and squish the little creature. In the end, she managed to get back down on her feet with Hope's lower half nestled comfortably between her front legs. She carefully (very carefully) walked back to her seat, trying her best not to disturb the Jirachi. Her maternal instincts called desperately for a comment, but she didn't want to risk waking the obviously tired creature. With the utmost care, she laid down on the seat. The result was that her head only popped up half way over the table, but it was more comfortable than standing. "She's cute~" Albus caught onto the more direct implications of the comment. "'Jirachi'? The original one? How'd you manage to meet something like that?"
  Marcus & Bruce ~Performance Alley~
"Hmm... perhaps." The Pidgey seemed skeptical of the statement. "Such powers are more determination and mental strength, though. Intelligence plays only a minor role." Bending reality and the weather at a whim certainly required mental strength, but that was more "power". The point was especially enforced by the fact that Rattata had no "extraordinary" abilities, as it were. The Totodile waved a hand to wave good bye. "Yeah! I'm sure we'll meet again in the guilds!" "Yes, I'm sure we'll see each other again in time." Both of them noticed the absence of his tail as he left, but they could hardly ask.

Atra && HopeHope nestled herself tightly against Laura, and fell fully into a deep sleep. Atra pulled the bag of popcorn towards him, staring down at the last few pieces. "Huh? Oh, yeah. We did a little research and looked into the rumours around Pilgrim's mountain." He explained, pawing out a small handful of food. "The Original's up there, the legends are true. Seems it's cursed to sleep for pretty much all of eternity though, which is why no one's ever really seen it. You know those Flutes the guild hands out for some reason? Took it with us up to the peak, and we woke it long enough to help fix Zero from Team Absolute Indignation."Atra gave a wide yawn. This day was turning out to be rather dull considering he had come expecting a fight. "So anything interesting happen with you?"

"Huh." That was actually a pretty simple story. "I always figured it was bullshit." It wasn't like there weren't a million rumors floating around about everything. If he paid any attention to them, Jirachi was sleeping in about three different spots around the city. All you needed to wake it up was a quarter. "New with me, huh?" He glanced at Laura for a moment and a slight smile stole his otherwise neutral expression before he looked back. "Not much... Mostly things with the team. Tolin--the bug, the adviser to Rebirth?--is on some kind of suicide mission. We've got a Lugia and a Mew who pop in and out a lot... I can't really think of anything else." Considering he should be in a grave, the Scyther really got around. "Ah, yeah... A ways back I invested some money to finish a construction project. I've been meaning to head there but I never found the time." It was still good money though.

Atra && HopeSo the Mew had something to do with that Scyther. Figures. Legendaries seem to flock to the guild, and especially to Tolin, recently. He wondered dully if if he might come after Hope, and found himself thinking about blasting the bug in the face with a good flamethrower if he does. He blinked in surprise. Huh, didn't know he was all that protective of the little thing. "What construction project?" It sounds kind of weird to imagine his brother building an apartment or something.

  Albus & Laura ~Food Stands~
"It was something someone else started a bit back. The company went bankrupt before it could be finished and the only thing the ex-owner had left was the deed. I managed to convince him to sell it to me." It had been a pain in the a**, though. The guy insisted if he could just get the funds together, he'd be rich. Eventually Albus promised him funding along with a cut of the revenue if he dealt with the particulars. "Apparently they found a nice hollowed out cave filled with magma. They started digging down, but it got too hot. The Dugtrio and Diglett he had hired refused to work for what they were getting, since it was risky business. I managed to find a few Rhyperior willing to do the work for peanuts. Turns out their body size makes it hard for them to find much work. Once that was done, it was easy to get some people to do the finishing touches. Setting up some lights, smoothing out the tunnel, making sure there was proper airflow... That kind of thing." Well, it hadn't exactly been "easy", but once the digging itself was done it was comparatively easy. "I've been meaning to head there, but I guess I never found the time..." Well, looking back it was hardly a wonder that he had found the time to invest. Life had been pretty shitty lately.
