all friends are in to harry potter and they would talk about and i wouldn't know what they where talking about so i stared reading the books and now they wish they never told me about it.

My dad got me the first 3 books for christmas. We'd never even seen them before. Just opened it up and here were these odd looking, colorful covers displaying a boy with a dumb name. Right dad. What the hey? Upon reading them, I found that they were charming, clever, and (though the plot didn't pick up until the third book, really) interesting to read. I liked the inventiveness of this new world, and never stopped.

I didnt even know about HP until i saw the commercial for the 1st movie. after that i spent hours researching it until i came across the 1st book. i read it and fell straight into the world of harry potter. now i try my hardest to see all the films and buy all the books.

One of my friends tricked me into going to see the second movie. We were going to see something else. but she bought the tickets while I was getting our food. Nasty if you ask me. I loved everything HP since.

I didn't even want to bother with the books when I was younger because they looked so big. Athough ever since my friends started telling me the movies left out alot of information about the story I decided I must read, and I became a Harry Potter lover after reading the whole series.
