Lightning

Life could be rather shockingKaede was simply playing with the boy. It was like wrestling. He did it all the time with his cousins when they were younger. He let the boy go seeing as how much fuss the boy was making. He shrugged and simply strolled to the table. He gabbed a biscuit from the basket of goodies and layered the thing with butter. He sat next to Libitina. With Eyes Wide Open.

ℓιвιтιиα ∂ємяσѕєlเקร lเкє ๓๏гקђเภє~*~ Libitina's eyes lowered marginally as Lightning fought with Gabriel playfully. Underneath the table, as the man sat down, she touched his arm lightly. The resulting feeling was that of a pinch, though all the woman had done was brush a nail against his skin. She shifted her gaze around the table, as though watching the interaction of all the students. Subtly, she wiped her nails off on her cloth napkin, leaving behind the sticky trail of whatever had come from her displeasure. Her red and green eyes followed Gabriel, apologetically, because of the Guild Master. Sometimes it felt like he could be a bother, because sometimes he was, but she knew he was just trying to get the prince out of his shell. Maybe it was just a bit too soon. They were lucky enough to get the princess to talk a bit to the other students, let alone her rather introverted brother. Either way, she felt bad about what she'd just done to Kaede, and about how her two newest charges had been forced into her care for the time being. The letter from the queen still sat in her pocket, and she'd have to open it soon. Not right now, though, as she found herself watching the table, and her empty plate. She should probably eat something. The Matron grabbed a croissant, put it on her plate, and began picking it apart. ~*~

Fai smiled when Ethan came over, he hadn't forgotten about his usual seat, that was nice. She watched as the other one came in, the boy, he seemed to be making quite a fuss, his hair was messed up and he had a very angry, and very funny looking to Fai, face on. She couldn't help but laugh a bit, not very loud though, when he came over. He seemed like a child being teased by father, it was rather funny. And she listened, nodding her head a bit, as Ethan and the girl, Allison, conversed a bit. 'Vision'... Amazing, it must be nice, she would be able to see every detail, and she probably has wonderful aim too... Fai popped back into reality though when she asked for Fai's grace. Fai put her food back on her plate, poking at it a bit, her gaze lowered. "My grace?" She was a bit hesitant, but decided to answer, "I can erase memories..." She shook the feeling of distress from talking about it off, and put on a smile, "It's not very useful, but I guess its rather... Okay." She said, then picked up a fruit with her fork again, popping the whole piece in, she chewed and swallowed. The piece of melon she got was bitterly sweet, she probably shouldn't have some tomorrow... It'd probably be gross if they had any left-over, uncut melons who would have another day.
She sighed, "Okay Ethan~ Now it's your turn." She said, twisting her neck just the slightest to look at him, ready for him to talk too.

Ethan●Viridis●Silva Ethan blushed when Fai directed the question towards him. No one knew what his grace was, with the exception of Fai. He rarely used it in someone else's prescence. "Your grace isn't useless Fai," he said, scratching the back of his head. "It's powerful, and cool. Mine is...stupid. I don't even use it."
{Sorries. Block right now.} A blossoming rose is a beautiful sight. Don't you agree?

Creamsicle Bunnies Lightning

Life could be rather shockingKaede swallowed, half listening to what the students were speaking about across the table and half to his own thoughts. He couldn't help but think about all the lessons the two would have to catch up on. They'd have to adapt and learn, which he knew both of them would have a hard time one. It was because they lived sheltered, perfect lives. Kaede could only think about his own life for a brief moment, how much he would've given to live like these children.
A pinch to his arm made him flinch. He looked at Libitina rather alarmed. "Oww...What was that for?" Kaede whispered, giving her a pout. She was always a dangerous woman. One with such a poisonous gaze and fingers, literally. He could only wish that he could gaze into them forever... Keade looked away, briefly, to pop a blue berry in his mouth. He rubbed his arm where she touched it. With Eyes Wide Open.

ℓιвιтιиα ∂ємяσѕєlเקร lเкє ๓๏гקђเภє~*~ Libitina's lips turned up at the corners, signifying that she'd heard the man next to her, but she wasn't speaking to him as she opened her mouth a moment later. "Now, that's not true at all, no grace is stupid." The Matron continued picking apart her breakfast without eating it. "Some merely have more practicality, but every grace has a use." Look at her, using her grace for years in order to test new antidotes to poison, when most would use it only as a weapon. Then again, as the pinch had proven, she was a weapon. Ignoring the bread on her plate, mere crumbs now, the woman placed her hands on her lap and glanced around the room again. She looked toward Lightning a moment, saw he wasn't looking at her, and then looked away quickly lest he see her gaze. ~*~

Allison Valiamont You are the Prince I am the Princess Fates played cruel On pitiful twins Allison sipped at her tea as she was told what Grace Fai had, a very powerful one Allison assumed, but didn't comment on it. A topic like that, Allison felt, shouldn't be discussed lightly in a public area. Allison couldn't be sure, seeing as even Ethan was unsure of his Grace. She couldn't have a full opnion on a Grace. She turned to her brother and grinned at him "Always so grumpy in the mornings...just take a sip of this, seriously" she said, holding the tea to him, just to let him wake up a litte. "We'll.." she started to wisper towards him "get back at Lightning later...someday" she said, wanting to put him in a slightly better mood. She knew it would go one way or another. If you are cursed Then I am to We have the same blood running through

(Writersblock is a harsh mistress, we'll miss you Muffins, untill you return.) ℓιвιтιиα ∂ємяσѕєlเקร lเкє ๓๏гקђเภє~*~ The Matron, finished destroying what she should have eaten for breakfast, took a moment to sweep the room with her gaze. This was what she lived for, all the children in the room, and their graces. She had the ability to make them feel at home in a kingdom where they were either reviled or made fun of. As someone like them, and as someone who always wanted to be a mother but had not the ability, this was her calling. It was also the reason she could spot two thirteen year old boys trying to let loose a frog under one of the tables set with some thirteen year old girls and their food. The Matron sighed, excused herself, and stood to walk over to the table before all hell broke loose. She caught the frog just as it hopped, hoping to land on some un-suspecting girl's boot. The two boys looked rather awkward at being caught, and Libi's eyes furrowed at them in their normal disapproving way as she pointed the frog at them accusingly. ~*~

Creamsicle Bunnies Gabriel Valiamont: I will protect you.
Gabriel watched Ethan with mixed looks of curiousity and dislike. An unwanted Grace. It reminded him awfully like himself. He clased his hands. Unlike his sister, he didn't know when to speak. "I'm curious as to know what it is," he said, rather assertively. He stared at Ethan. Gabriel took the tea stubbornly and scarfed it down, despite how hot it was. If it kept his sister happy, he'd do it. He didn't like to show it but he loved his sister and would do anything to please his twin. It was the same blood running through the two, how deeply the two were so connected that Gabriel couldn't help but feel this way. "Of course you and I will," he said, as if they had time to do so. As if they could do whatever they wanted. He scooped some poached eggs and toast, eating slowly. In Return For Your Love.

Ethan●Viridis●Silva Ethan caught sight of Gabriel's stare, feeling slightly uncomfortable and annoyed. Did he really have to? His eyes met Gabriel's and he forced himself to smile politely. They had the same colored irises, although it was clear that the Prince's had a harder, icy glare to them. He looked intimidating even when he wasn't trying to be. Even his tone was demanding. He was a contrast to his more friendly sister. He found himself irritated to be spoken to in such a tone.
"Well," Ethan replied, still holding the smile. "If you insist." Producing another dead rose from his bag, he held it up and it sprang to life again as it had did this morning with Fai's. Setting the revived and fully bloomed rose on the table, he took his eyes away from Gabriel's hard stare, feeling self concious about himself. A blossoming rose is a beautiful sight. Don't you agree?

Allison Valiamont You are the Prince I am the Princess Fates played cruel On pitiful twins Allison didn't think any of Gabriel's tone, she never really noticed it. It was rare for her to notice there contrast, she didn't think much of it. She just stared at Ethan as if the question pondered on her mind aswell, not anywhere close to scolding Gabriel. She stared at the dead rose, still liking it, then as it came to life she silently gasped as her mouth slowly opened in awe, and her eyes became wide towards the plant. It wasn't the plant though, it was the power. "You can bring the dead to life?" she question quietly, but a surprised expression. Allison didn't guess plant manipulation one bit. She never cared much for roses, they were a bit cliche as she prefered other flowers, but she still liked flowers in general. "Thats incredible" she told him, and looked betwen him and Fai. She was slightly ignorant yes, blonde possibly, but the it wasn't completely dumb to think of that idea considering it was dead. If you are cursed Then I am to We have the same blood running through
