The idea of a Senshi of Earth made her frown... But try as she might, she couldn't argue the logic, as much as it disgusted her.

Bordel de merde...

Dioptase scooted away from bickering team to instead make a few steps forward, but not without sending Tanzanite a look that meant that she sympatized completely.

Her only hope was perhaps to keep sliding under Apatite's radar. Or well, pretty much everyone's radar - it was obvious the american agents were a tight bunch, for better or worse (...?) and she felt a bit like a foreigner. A puzzle piece that, while similar, didn't quite fit.

It a moment of weakness, she couldn't help but wish the rest of her team was here. Trying to assert authority on the american agents was awkward as best, if they didn't outright blow her off in spite of her rank.

If she still existed today .. Serandite didn't think the senshi of earth would have appreciated all these party-crashers.

Serandite couldnt stifle her laugher, muffled under her hand, at Apatite's tactics. (Serandite looooooved her. Tanzanite, you lost this round. LOST.)

Alkaid laughed, very softly and somewhat half-hearted, but it was a laugh. Any kind of smile or laugh was an upgrade from the very obvious bad mood she had been thrust into. She had to admit that it was hard to be sulky when she had someone in her ear talking about ninjas.

She curled herself a little closer to him as he pulled her arm through his, trying to stave off the guilty feeling. She was aware it was time to be doing her job and not a time to be cuddling and forgetting her woes, but she was good to no one if she was distracted and sulking. For what it was worth, he wasn't even being overly affectionate, just supportive in a way that Alkaid had experienced little of since her new life began.

"I know," she answered, glancing up to him with those sad orange eyes, "thank you." Then she drew a deep breath and pulled back away from him so that her arm was in his but she was walking at a more appropriate distance. She continued on like that for a few moments, then simply squeezed his arm again and let hers fall back to her side. Duty before pleasure and all. She did flash him a very small, appreciate smile before she glanced back ahead and let her eyes train on Apatite.

She enjoyed his company, but not enough to risk a warning from Tanzanite or even Apatite.

As everyone moved on, away from the mirror, away from the past, away from the senshi they did not knew and were mixed on wishing she was hear, Wolframite paused. Standing beside Tanzanite, he noticed an all too familiar pink and wanted to groan. He had been hoping Bismuthite would have missed this battle, and he was met with a feeling of nervousness not only because of what the other boy could say to make certain unwanted things known, but for what dangers he was in. It was one thing to care about a Nega. All the friends he had here would really upset him if they were hurt, but he rose up in rank alongside them, knew how they fought, and knew they could take care of themselves. There was a strange level in seeing Bismuthite, someone he meet outside of the Negaverse who was now involved, and who was a rookie. IT was his cockiness and ego that worried him, and he hoped his overconfidence didn't cause him trouble of the fatal sort.

Breathing deep, he was conflicted if he should pretend that Bismuthite was anyone else or if that cold shoulder would be held against him outside of their uniforms. Deciding he should just treat him like he did before, as a recruit who was under Tanzanite's care, he lingered by the General and hoped Bismuthite would come on his own. Since Aree already knew, which had been completely unplanned, he didn't want to walk over and cause her to think anything. Just a smile on her face would have made him want to die on the spot.

Luckily for Wolframite, Billy tried to hold some semblance of professional-ness when he was Bismuthite. It was much like when he sold his paintings on the streets. Hopefully the glance the Lieutenant and Captain shared, and Bismuthite's respectable nod of greeting would help ease the poor Captain's nerves. The last thing they needed was for either one to be...distracted.

"I do what I can," he replied with a shrug as she pulled away from him. He had to admit, he was already missing the feeling of her arm wrapped around his but he understood why she backed off. Mixing business with pleasure, especially in the presence of a General-Queen, was probably not the best idea. But she still looked so sad and it tugged at his heart strings.

Perhaps after they were done in the temple of Elysion he could spend some time cheering her up. Yeah, that'd be nice. He was grinning at the thought.

Even though they were no longer physically touching Chase kept close to the corrupted senshi and would occasionally glance sideways at her to see how she was reacting. He hoped that if they came across other mirrors that it wouldn't show more senshi. He was certain that was what had upset her.

Zinkenite paused to speak to Ever, sorry Ilumnite, "We are in Elision, it's neither dreams nor reality but something of both, it's the heard of our world and the minds and hearts of men could be swayed if the Senshi win this place... we can not let them have it, whatever the cost."
His tone was serious, there was something big happening here, enormous.
"Ever since they invaded it, we were sent to drive them out, that is what we -must- do..." He did not say the last of the thoughts he had Spoken to the other General Queen, that sooner it be burned to the ground than let the senshi have it... but his meaning was clear. Drive them out or die trying...there were no grey areas.

For being such a special place, it really didn't seem as though the guardians did much upkeep.

Captain Alumo frowned, his usual expression, as he stepped through the crack in the wall, ducking only a little as he did so. Yeah, so, it could have happened a long time ago, but he'd assume that it would give the guardians enough time to pick up a book on masoning or whatever so they could make the temple look a little less like a fix-me-up job. Yes, he was critiquing the temple. How could he not when the past three places he'd seen had consisted of people growing wings, a freaking volcano, and rainbows, respectively.

He kept his mouth shut, following beind as the others spoke to each other, figuring that if they gave a damn about who he was (if they didn't know already), then they would ask. Besides that, he was fine with being "the Captain who was transfered with Laurelite".

Besides, they probably wouldn't want his opinion of the decorations and style of the place. Not his taste at all. But since it was so important for them to claim, he would keep his thoughts on interior design to himself. But seriously. Once they claim the place for themselves, they would definitely have to do something about the gaudy decorations.

Talk about being kitsch.

Hell, he even kept his mouth shut about the apparent Senshi and her little show of magic, listening to the others as they exchanged ideas about who she was and what she was doing there. He was about to snap at Ilmenite for being a little punk, but there were already at least three Captains to theoretically keep the little snot in control. No one taught this punk about manners, did they?

Alumo almost spoke up when it seemed as though a handful of them were too busy flirting with each other, and disrespecting a General, to boot, but bit his tongue, not wanting to get involved. He would really like to get on with what they were trying to accomplish, though. General-Queen Apatite... was not like Laurelite... but she knew what she was doing, so he'd go along with whatever she decided... It wasn't like he had much choice in the matter, anyway. At least she was moving on and not ogling over a mirror even longer.

The thought of a Senshi of Earth made him want to punch something. But he would hold himself back until he found an actual Senshi to punch. It would be much more satisfying than, say, punching that mirror back there.

As Apatite continued to lead her subordinates down the corridor (at one point she had gone so far as to attempt to arrange the whole gang in a Negaverse conga line), they would all eventually notice that the one mirror wasn't the only one here that was still intact. Occasionally they would come across another reflection of another moment from history, but for the most part they depicted events that didn't seem all too relevant.

There were authority figures of some kind shaking hands over here, a time-forgotten holiday being celebrated over there. All broken and out of context, they told stories that were interesting to watch; however, like a sitcom well past its prime, they were devoid of context or meaning.

However, Apatite then took a random turn down a fork in the hallway -- and they were all met with the sight of Sailor Earth's fuku once more. This time she had her back pressed up against a large tree, and was craning her neck to peer behind it at something going on in the background.

Zinkenite paused to watch, that was a move he could appreciate, gathering information he'd call it, even if it was surreptitious, Oh he wished he could -hear- them... past or not what were they saying. What was she looking for?

He shifted on his feet as though by moving he might be able to see with her beyond that tree, stupid thought really but it was like trying to move out of the way of your own reflection.

Looks like Zink was going to have his hands full with this new lieutenant... at least zink can never claim to be bored... though she had a strange feeling if this one pressed matters he might he arm chow. She wondered how he would fit on the team, time would tell.

Walking down the long and broken hallways, following the general queen, the group discovered more mirrors... more memories. "its like we are inside a filing cabinet in someones mind..." She said idely, not really a question jsut a starement. None of the people were from the previous ones, no one memorable anyways.

Fayalite filed in next to the negas she knew once more as they took a peek around another corner. Damn maze....

"Its that sailor again with the earth staff..." She looked at it curiously. Was perhaps what they were seeing the memories of these ruins, and if so... what was sailor earth doing in Elysion? Was she a guardian too? Maybe a visitor.. she had importance, maybe a priestess? What was she looking for...

Following down the line, he felt on edge with being in such a formation, wishing they were more spread out, but then again, sticking together was best. With a General-Queen leading the way, you tended to feel a bit more safe just with the backup of such power, though he did have to question sanity here.

Moving along, he stopped with everyone and noticed once again the same Earth senshi that was on everyone's mind. More and more questions about someone in the past that might or may be here in the future, and a clear lack of answers from anyone. It was all theory and he wished there was some tour guide to help them out. Then again, fi they were going to tear this place down, there wasn't much point.

Without the same wide-eyed wonder as some other officers, Wolframite watched with a flat expression, looking this girl from the past up and down and thinking very little of her. She was interested in something, and that was what caught his attention. "Maybe this is her tomb or she was killed here. This place looks like there was a fight." It was all up in the air why she was such a figure here. "We were told Elysion was the center of the Earth. Center of the Earth. Earth Senshi. Makes sense they might have a few pictures of her." Though if she was so important to this place, what had happened and why didn’t the Queen tell them about her. Wouldn't they be looking for her too?

Like the image they had watched before, it was evident enough that this reflection was not of anywhere in Elysion: the landscape didn't quite match, and neither did the traces of architecture present on the edges. It was more likely that, as odd as it seemed, this hall of mirrors was meant to house reflections of past events from all over the Earth.

For a moment or two, it was nothing else but Sailor Earth's own head that blocked their view of whatever it is she was watching. They could make out the edges of what looked like a human figure or two, but not much else about who they might be until they finally stepped out into the open. One of the pair was a man with dark hair, dressed in regal-looking garb... and even with the distance he was at from the senshi, it was easy to make out a pair of captivating eyes. There was a distinctly regal air about him, in spite of how the mirror provided nothing in terms of sound, scent or atmosphere.

The second figure, on the other hand, had no mystery surrounding her as far as her identity was concerned.

Practically everyone in the Negaverse had been given at least a small briefing about who she was, what she might look like, what it would mean for the entire struggle for the Earth if she were to ever make an appearance. And for those who hadn't received the memo, she would still most likely look familiar...

...because they had encountered her likeness before, just a few months ago -- in a gift shop trinket, of all things.

"Oh you have got to be shitting me..." She said, eyes growing wide. They all pretty much figured the one woman was sailor earth... but the two figures she approached. One did not fit a description she could recall, but the other? Fit a description they were all memo'd with... and one that she remmebered from the 8 or so slowglobes she selfishly hoarded before the...ah... incident.

Pink eyes could not be torn from the glass, maybe something important would happen... some sort of clue. Oh how she wished she could hear what was going on.

Fayalite just hoped this was not another sign of what was to come... the princess needed to STAY dead. She watched...intently. "Anyone know who the man is?"

He leaned over to Ilumenite to talk to him quietly, being the newest recruit he wouldn't have otherwise understood some of what he saw, or Zink was sure of that at least. "That...is their damned princess I think..." he said just above a whisper... if she arrived..." He shook his head with angry eyes. Still...god he hated those god forsaken snow globe's he'd seen her in, and the effects, he still sometimes caught himself humming that god forsaken song and that was from ONE of them.
