This time, Cora had no problems to find Hypnos. The little senshi sitting on Themis' shoulders was like a beacon in the night. She quietly followed Themis, not doing much about to get herself seen. When he met Bell, she sat down on the floor and examined them from afar.
The cat was nervous, not liking the tone senshis were speaking to each other. Ears twitching, she listened them. Cream-colored tail wiped the floor around her, showing signs of annoyance, if anyone bothered to look. Why they had to argue?

Confused didn't cut it. The words spoken to Ares confused Sirius to no end. There was darkness in her heart? She didn't let her confusion show but the senshi was confused, did that mean Ares would get them killed? Oh why did nothing ever make any sense? She looked around realising that really apart from the blood moon court she had no one, especially not anyone she loved enough and trusted enough to follow.
Ares it was and would be.
She stood behind Ares with the others and waited for whatever was to come next. Ares had been the only senshi other then Castor to give her truth when it came to the senshi, she had told her how things really were in the world and so out of anyone Ares was the only one she properly respected.
"So when do we fight?" It seemed like the only logical question, they were going to have to fight so when?

Everything Sidra had to say was filtered and weighed in Bellatrix's mind. The more she listened the more Bell knew she was on the right path. Her eyes had been opened to the fact that everyone, Negaverse agents and Senshi alike were, in the end, all people with hopes, dreams, feelings, and people who loved and cared for them, and Bellatrix knew she didn't have it in her to extinguish that without due cause.
Themis; hand was welcomed, and held firm as ther very roots of fortitude rebuilt themself in the once conflicted senshi.
In the end, they had nothing to go on but what was in their hearts.
It was then Bellatrix's eyes flittered to Cora. Bell had known Cora was a guardian cat the moment she had received the feline(and i suppose we assume Cora would have known on sight too?). It was Bell who ordered Cora to watch over Ainsley. Bell didn't know Ainsley and Hypnos were one in the same. yet.
"What are you doing here, Cora?" Came Bellatrix's whisper.

"I'm watching over you," Cora whispered back. "Ainsley is sleeping so it's all right." Well, technically it was true. Ainsley was sleeping in her bed and Cora was there too, curled up next to her. She left out the information that Ainsley was also Hypnos. Somehow she had the feeling Bell would not like that.
"I'm a guardian, to both of you," she added, still whispering. Her gaze went back up. Was she looking at Themis? Or perhaps Hypnos? It was hard to tell. "And his too...."

It was as if Sirius' question had been the one the voice in the antechamber had been waiting for all-along. "Soon. The chain has been broken somehow and it grows in strength. Be vigilant. Be strong. Beware.” The embossing on the stone slowly returned as the blackness and the voice faded. The wall that had been oddly in the center of the archway was...gone? Apparently whatever was supposed to happen here had occurred.
Vigilance was something they had in spades, to the point of being distrustful of almost all other senshi in existence. They were a fractured group without their clearly defined leaders, and those leaders had goals of their own as well as pasts and histories. Their strength was, as a result, not what it should have been.
Beware indeed.

The Senshi of the Kraken tossed her hair back off her shoulder, leveling her glare at Flora and Juno as they approached. Not that anyone paid her any mind- Scylla was short, slim, and invisible when people got butthurt. The step that she took towards Juno was definitely not a friendly one, nor was the steel in her gaze. It wasn't Ares that took the fist, it was Scylla, catching the swing in her hand and stopping it, squeezing down on the other senshi's fist until her own knuckles turned white. "I'll thank you to tread very lightly, Greenie." The girl made sure to enunciate every word. "Tempers can get you in trouble, believe me." (She wasn't stopping the girl from hurting Ares, so much as she was stopping Juno from getting herself hurt. Ares wasn't afraid of a knock-down-drag-out fight, and Jada wasn't sure any of them were ready for such a clear divide that would come from questioned loyalties.) She shoved the fist away, and let the green-haired girl decide what she would do from there. If she wanted to pursue a fight, Scylla would end it a lot more painlessly than Ares would.
A glance at the Blood Moon senshi had Ares looking annoyed, lips pursed. Well, she had to have known what her insult would feel like, really. "It doesn't matter who the hell we pledge loyalty to. You don't have to have a leader to want to make a difference. So a Princess is powerful- we all know it doesn't make her wiser or less human than anyone else, but I for one don't like being told we have no choice but to rely on their powers. It makes the rest of us seem rather pointless, doesn't it?" Her tone was bland, conversational. She wasn't speaking to offend or pick a fight, though she was certain someone would take it that way. And her voice lapsed into a respectful silence when 'Cosmos' went to speak again.
Like Sirius, though, the question in her mind was When will we have to fight again? Unlike Ares, Scylla didn't enjoy her world revolving around battle. She didn't thrive mentally on the thrills and the bloodshed. She wanted this to be over so that people could live out their lives. The Scyllas of the past had never clung to Serenity anyway, so all of the princess picking didn't phase her in the least. But watching all of the other senshi choosing to pick and fight or band together in buddy-buddy happies instead of focusing on something legitimately important really made her nauseated.
"The chain has been broken?" What chain? The one holding Metallia? The one in charge of senshi rebirth? The one... hell, that could be a literal chain, a figurative chain...

Hugbell bobbed her head, she had her hood down she came over to Polaris but now had pulled it back over her curls. Hoping to help hide herself more. "Hi..." She said softly as she was wrapped in a half hug.
She watched as the one who said she was 'almost' Cosmos, spoke watching her talking about hugging the negaverse, and the fight not being about that. The girl seemed a bit... Hugbell tilted her head she wasn't sure.... but something seemed a bit off. She paused, "Is she okay?" Hugbell wanted to tug Polaris over to investigate 'almost' Cosmos more, the child was curious but unsure if she should approach the older senshi.
Then she caught the voice again, her head tilted, "Chain?" She looked curiously up at Polaris, "What chain?" She tilted her head before looking around at the others.

Words struck MuCephei like the cord of a harp as Nova-Cosmos spoke again, 'light can still enter their hearts'. It was such a relief to know that her hopes were not foolish, it soothed away some small part of the pain in her heart from the fight she had with Ares... the thought that the world might not be reduced entirely to kill or be killed, that hope still lived for even those who were turned to darkness. And yet... after her speech she seemed to crumble and fold to the degree that MuCephei wanted to go to her and take her hand just to return the same hope she had given her. Soon...soon they would have to fight again and still they stood divided, she had already shown her support...so she would show her trust. She moved a few steps closer and brushed a slender fingered gloved hand, stark black against the white of the girl before saying quietly. "... I believe in you... and thank you."
Sometimes the first step to finding faith in yourself...was the faith of others.
She then turned and addressed the others. "... Are there any healing senshi among us?... We may yet all need you before this fight is over... My Attacks are ranged, I can use my blood as well as your own to fight, but only my blood makes needles... I will fight beside anyone who needs me... if we must fight soon may we please pair off between experienced and inexperienced... I hope that we could reduce casualties...if you don't mind." She dipped her head slightly in deference to Cosmos and the other leaders's of senshi she knew...prince or team leader she made no difference in her curtsy.

Birhan had remained silent while Ares picked a fight with the...reborn senshi. Cosmos? Had someone else called her 'Nova'? Either way, the girl wasn't saying anything new. The same old 'follow the princess' stuff that the cats had been saying since day one.
She slowly moved closer to her leader, silent backup in the face of Ares' opposition. Clearly, the BMC opinion was not a popular one. It didn't matter. Birhan was used to being different from the norm, and the BMC had found a path that suited them. They wouldn't give it up just because some senshi-back-from-the-dead said to follow a princess who, not so long ago, was a corrupted enemy.
"If the princess isn't stepping up as a leader, you can't blame us for following someone who does," she said. Unlike Ares, Birhan remained calm but sure. Until someone provoked the readhead's temper, she was fine with her firm belief that Ares would be the one to make a difference in this war. "Haven't others done the same, forming their own little groups? Helios or Pegasus or whoever, has her own group of followers, right?"
Or so Nemesis had said while they received treatment after the Elysion ambush. It rankled Birhan that it was fine for people to follow a Priestess who hadn't wanted the senshi in her special Elysion garden, but not to follow Ares? Why? Because Ares was violent (Birhan preferred to think of it as getting the job done)? Because Ares was loud and opinioned (Birhan thought of it as 'confident and sure of herself')? Because Ares was a Parallel? (Birhan didn't have an alternate for that. But she also didn't care, since Ares was stuck here like the rest of them.)
Birhan edged closer to Scylla, as well. If this turned violent, she wanted a kickass power close by, not to mention someone to watch her back. The mention of the broken chain earned a shrug. "Dunno," she said quietly to Scylla. "Mysterious voices are so unhelpful with the details, doncha think? Something for the BMC to discuss later?"

Elsewhere in the temple, Foramen hugged the shadows. He gathered what information he could, and let others argue. As far as he was concerned, one group was no better than any other.
This 'Cosmos' though... another interesting figure.
Europa had encouraged his idle thought to speak to Chibimoon at some point. Perhaps he should also hunt down this Cosmos person and see what they were all about, too.
(( Er, feel free to interact with either senshi. Even though Foramen looks/sounds very anti-social, he'll still talk if approached. Just making an IC reason for why he hasn't done anything during this so far... ))

There was a smile as Cosmos, once Nova, spoke of them still being able to love. It didn't, couldn't, do much now, but the sentiment was enjoyed. Love and light in the darkness. It was nice to know that it was still possible for some of them. That what he with her had been real, even if only for that short time they had. "All I got from the Disney movie is that Hades was kind of awesome and Danny DeVito would make an epic personal trainer. But hey, if it works it works. The cats found us and showed us we're special little snowflakes and meant to save and defend and be like the goddamn batman just more flashy and with magic moon glitter." He smiled at Iris and blew her a kiss. Sorry *********, he couldn't resist.
"We got brought back or reborn or whatever it is here for a reason right? I mean, whatever took out our homes in space didn't leave us many clues behind. So I guess we're less like batman and more like superman. Just less bullet proof. Our homes of the past are gone, have to protect the one we have now. And...you've got our backs." He gave the white enigma a smile. "Right now that's good enough for me. Leadership we can discuss later. Night now we just need to suck it up and pow wow and play nice long enough to kick some negaversers in the balls."
As if right on que, Sirius had asked and the voice of disembodiment had returned. "Chains." He mused. "Kinky. Sound right up their ally though. Well-" Taking a step forward Castor looked at the place where the wall had vanished. "My girlfriend played a lot of videogames and often vanishing walls is code for, 'Check this s**t out but you're ******** if you don't go in looking to get your a** kicked with out proper gear.'" A shrug. "But I was always the guy who said ******** it and went in anyway. So, anyone else for finding those negas and pulling a zerg rush? I'm in the mood for letting out some pent up aggression in a good old fashion face smashing." A head tilt to Flora and MuCephi. A shadow of the cocky senshi that wasn't plagued with self doubt. "I'm all for fighting and ******** with them, but playing on hard mode with no back up isn't very appealing."

Chain being broken ?
He wasn't sure what the voice meant by that, and it made him frown, even as Bell and Cora started to talk to each other, blissfully unaware that the tiny Senshi of Sleep sitting on his shoulders was the very person they were talking about.
He didn't like the sound of this, and really he found all the bickering ridiculous. Their window of opportunity to know more about this Metallia thing was gone, and no one had sought more information on it. He hadn't, and it made him frown more. He'd let himself be distracted by the fractured groups of senshi butting heads.
But Themis also played video games. It was unlikely they could have gotten more out of magical mysterious voices.
Themis had never been a leader figure, and he wasn't sure if he wanted that very same fractured mess to turn down on him if he said something they disliked. They clearly outnumbered him, after all.
And, well, it wasn't his damn problem. He had people to keep alive. Let them bicker if they wished - wouldn't it be so ironic if something jumped them while they were too busy bickering to notice ?
If they had to all somehow work together to win... Well, Themis wasn't sure this kind of miracle was possible.

Foramen huffed and took a step in Castor's direction. "Much as I hate to agree with you," and he really, really did, "you've got a point. Let's go see where the damn door leads."
He wasn't a gamer himself, but even to him, a suddenly disappearing door clearly said 'go this way'. It also said things like 'it's a trap!' but Foramen couldn't cast stones. If it did lead to a battle, Foramen wanted in. He'd had enough of listening to everyone argue back and forth. It someone wanted all the senshi united, their best bet was not to stick all the senshi in one room, but to stick them in a room with the Negaverse. Even Foramen couldn't help but like his fellow senshi when they were all that stood between him and death at the hands of a Negamob.

Birhan waited on Ares. She was following their leader, whether that meant a fight or not. The BMC had some discipline, even if the rest of this mob didn't.

Arsinoe listened to the various things going on around him and nodded slightly to himself. Half of it seemed like nonsense but the other half made sense. They did need to unite under a leader. If not one then a handful they could trust. Whether those leaders were fighters or were just beacons that others gathered to he didn't care so long as -someone- was there for others to believe in.
As the wall vanished and Castor spoke up he nudged his partner slightly, hoping she'd back him up. "I'm not really much of a fighter but i'll go with you and do whatever I can." He knew he couldn't hold his own one-on-one but working with Denebola had taught him that he could work well with others. "I don't really know any of you," His partner aside. "But if working together with all of you is what it takes to drive them out of this place, so be it."

Of course they all but screamed ambush, but what else could they do at this point ? Well, beside waiting for the sun to rise like idiots.
"Well." He told Bellatrix, straighting Hypnos on his shoulders once more. "Shall we see how deep the rabbit hole go ?"
He was still ignoring the princess vs no princess argument. One didn't need a shiny title to be a guiding light.

Before Metis could really get a word in, Sailor Iris rather firmly placed a hand on her shoulder when that voice spoke again. "Now that's some interestin' sh*t... confusin'... but interestin'..." She shrugged, but then began to pull her companion along by the shoulder (no hand holding, sorry, that's gay) towards the group again since it suddenly seemed relevant again. Of course, the first thing she got greeted by was Castor's disgusting display. The senshi of Hail would quickly receive a scowl.
"Eh... Metis... gotta say hi t'someone real quick... jus' hold on... I'll be back..." Being considerate of her blind-but-not-really-blind companion, she patted a hand along the shoulder she had been tugging along before making her way to the rather foreign looking Sailor Nova (or Cosmos or whatever she went by now).
Sailor Iris was not the sentimental sort. However, she did feel slightly obligated to at least say something. Wiping off the scowl which Castor had caused in the first place, she put on a big grin. With a wave of the hand, she merely said "It's good t'see ya 'round, kid... glad t'see ya still kickin'..." It was simple, and in all honesty, completely irrelevant to a majority of the conversation. Having said her two cents, she departed just as abruptly as she had approached, offering "I hope t'see more of ya 'round, kid!" Even with Sidra/Nova/Cosmos still being older, Sailor Iris was still calling her a kid. Typical Sailor Iris inaccuracies and lack of formalities.
Soon enough, Iris was beside her teammate once more, hand again on the brunette's shoulder. "So... maybe cuz I'm hearin' some buzz from th'others 'ere... but I'm kinda curious... Do ya think we should go towards that doorway and maybe at least take a peek at what's goin' on there?" There was a slight squeeze to Iris' hand. If there was one thing that the yellow suited senshi knew about her companion, it was the fact she didn't see things the way everyone else did.
